Attorney General Jeff Sessions is investigating up to $6 billion in legal settlement money that the Obama administration steered toward progressive causes and allies in left-wing advocacy groups.

A memo sent to US attorneys on July 28, published Friday by Breitbart news, ordered a review of a decade’s worth of payouts that Congressional Republicans have called a political slush fund.

Former Attorneys General Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch regularly arranged for major corporations to make large “donations” to left-leaning groups like UnidosUS — formerly the National Council of La Raza — and NeighborWorks America during settlement negotiations to end banking, environmental, civil-rights, and other federal lawsuits.

The groups getting the money were not victims in the cases or parties to the lawsuits, and Republicans say they had no proper claim to the cash.

That means that all punitive damages awarded in the cases should have gone directly into the US Treasury, say Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee who probed the scheme in 2015…

The list included UnidosUS, which advocates for illegal immigrants; the National Community Reinvestment Coalition, a left-leaning housing lobbyist group; Operation Hope, which pushes banks to lend to unqualified mortgage applicants in Los Angeles; and the Mutual Housing Association of New York, a spinoff of the controversial community-organizing group ACORN…

Sessions ordered a stop to the strategy in June.

“Settlement funds should go first to the victims and then to the American people — not to .?.?. the political friends of whoever is in power,” Sessions said at the time.

The investigation will be the first tally of the cash that ended up in the hands of left-wing special interests — and signals a new willingness on Sessions’ part to scrutinize Obama administration activities.

Of course. EPA was one regulatory agency of many that was steering billions of dollars from regulatory settlements into Cabal operations, which funneled them back up the chain of command. I will bet there are Swiss and Chinese Bank accounts like nothing we could imagine.

I should have seen that. I was off on that in this News Brief, where I speculated it was to counter Cabal business surveillance designed to give them competitive advantages through exploitation of EPA’s regulatory authority. It turns out Pruitt is actually running one element of the counter-intelligence operation against Cabal Inc from inside EPA, funneling intelligence back to the God Emperor’s central command, probably looking at just how deep the Cabal’s tentacles go into EPA’s body of employees, and how much money was lost.

One mistake you can make is to assume everybody is running parallel surveillance operations. I tend to do that, since I am halfway to recruiting my own network and surveillance team and jumping into the game just to find out for myself exactly what the fuck is going on out there.

But the truth is, intel operations do not share territory nicely. Nobody in that game wants anyone else possibly uncovering the myriad of illegalities and criminal activities that come with playing at the top level, and then blackmailing them.

So where intel operations are run, you will usually have one top dog who will tamp down other operations for their own operational security. At this level, there can be only one. So these days, the machine which the Cabal owns will pick up on any other players very quickly and move to either control or destroy them in short order. I have no doubt if you dug through the laws and regulations, you would find some law or regulation somewhere which allows some secretive obscure federal agency to take over all lower-level Federal, State, and Local law enforcement surveillance and investigation/enforcement operations, probably ostensibly for terrorism. If you followed that obscure agency up through the ranks to its leadership, you would have tracked back at least 80% of the way to the Cabal leadership.

And it is looking like that leadership just happens to run a global criminal/corruption enterprise that has subsumed every other criminal enterprise that produced any revenue over six figures, and almost all of our government’s power structures – and it is milking our governments and their secrets for billions, if not trillions wherever it can.

So the lesson would seem to be that whenever you see anybody taking measures to try and protect against the top-tier surveillance players, you are looking at somebody who is a threat to the Cabal. Then again, you can probably tell that by how the Mainstream media treats them.

No wonder Trump supports Pruitt.
