In earlier, saner days, this beast would have been institutionalized to protect society and itself. Or if it was a more socially adept primate, work at a “freak show” to provide some constructive meaning to its life and give it a certain level of self-sufficiency As it is, it has no meaning or purpose beyond the next taxpayer-funded meal.
