Cohen has strangely hired a Clinton lawyer and pled out to crimes which weren’t crimes:
Mark Levin: ‘Donald Trump Is in the Clear’ — ‘Lanny Davis Blew It,’ ‘You Are a Dummy, Lanny’
Tuesday on Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” conservative talker and legal expert Mark Levin criticized the plea deal Michael Cohen made with the prosecutor for the Southern District of New York regarding campaign finance law violations.
Levin argued Cohen pled guilty to the charge despite them not being offenses and at the behest of the prosecutor who insisted they were offenses.
Partial transcript as follows…
Does the name Lanny Davis sound familiar?
Lanny Davis, the former counsel and adviser to President Bill Clinton who is representing Michael Cohen, President Donald Trump’s former lawyer, used his client’s guilty plea on Tuesday afternoon to target Trump…
Throughout the 2016 presidential campaign and its aftermath, Davis supported Hillary Clinton. He published a book earlier this year blaming former FBI director James Comey for costing Clinton the presidency.
In it, he called for Trump to be removed from office under the 25th Amendment, on the grounds of incapacity.
And in doing it, Cohen throws a fastball at the head of the most powerful man on earth, who is always holding all the cards?
U.S. President Donald Trump’s former personal lawyer Michael Cohen testified on Tuesday that Trump had directed him to commit a crime by arranging payments ahead of the 2016 presidential election to silence two women who claimed to have had affairs with Trump.
Cohen, 51, made the statements as he pleaded guilty to eight criminal charges in federal court in Manhattan, including tax evasion, bank fraud and campaign finance violations.
Cohen did not name Trump in court, but his lawyer, Lanny Davis, said afterward that he was referring to the president.
“Today he (Cohen) stood up and testified under oath that Donald Trump directed him to commit a crime by making payments to two women for the principal purpose of influencing an election,” Davis said in a statement.
“If those payments were a crime for Michael Cohen, then why wouldn’t they be a crime for Donald Trump?” Davis said.
There are two possibilities. One is Cabal worked this perfectly. They recruited Cohen early on, got him to organize this payoff, tape Trump and leave those tapes in his office to be seized in a raid, and this plea deal will ultimately reward Cohen with Cabal membership, and all the benefits that entails.
But the other possibility is this was a Trump set-up. Note that Trump now has access to extensive surveillance and intelligence assets. Something like this is either a devastating blow, if you don’t have an intelligence/surveillance capability, or it can be an amazing opportunity if you do have such a capability, and you can set this up to happen under your operation’s watchful eye.
Regardless of which possibility is the case, I can tell you some things that would work the same in both cases.
First there would be a conspiracy. Cabal seizes power positions, and fills them with their people. From FBI agents, to prosecutors, to court clerks, to judges, to even jurors and people in the office who select them for duty and assign them to courts, they will take control of something like this to a degree you would not believe. It does not work the way you think.
Somebody will put them all on the same page somehow, so jurors show up for duty and say the right things, and prosecutors and defense attorneys know to not exclude them from the pool, and judges know what to do on their side. I have no idea how they communicate, but I am sure they will think it secure, probably in large part due to Cabal’s own roving surveillance watching out for competing surveillance operations targeting their assets. I would bet the judge in this case is Cabal, the prosecutor is Cabal, the clerks are Cabal, the FBI agents are Cabal, the defense attorney is Cabal, and even the media is Cabal.
The question is, is Cohen Cabal? Either he is Cabal, and this is a shot at Trump, or he is a double, working Cabal. In that case the surveillance machine which targeted Trump, and which Trump has seized parts of for his own use, may just have captured a criminal conspiracy to subvert the entire United States government through its very Justice system, to undo the lawful election of possibly the only President in the last 100 years who honestly entered the office to serve the people, defend the Constitution, and preserve the basic freedoms we were all told are our’s to enjoy in this nation.
And given our modern surveillance capabilities, it would have been captured completely, at every step, in vivid Technicolor and Dolby surround sound.
And it would blow the minds of the populace when it was revealed.
Tell everyone about r/K Theory and Politics, because nobody would believe how bad it is
Simply because of who (((Cohen))) is, he is not to be trusted and definitely will betray Trump. People like (((Cohen))) have no loyalty to a goy.
You know Trump’s daughter renounced Christ to marry Kushner I assume?
The father of the bride was VERY proud.
Look at the bottom of the plea agreement. It was written on April 24th! Interesting that it was written last spring but announced the same day as the Manafort verdict.
Then the very next day it looks like the Reddit greatawakening board gets shut down. A whole lot of cabal battle space prep is taking place now.
I don’t follow this stuff too closely, so I may be wrong in the following assessment.
On the one hand, we have Paul Manafort, who had a professional, and pertinently an election-related relationship for all of a few months. Nothing on Manafort has implicated Trump in any way. More importantly, in spite of everything, Manafort has refrained from doing the same.
Manafort is a known sketchy character with a shady past and he is convicted for unsavory things (to the public). He’s quiet. To the point of being put in solitary confinement.
On the other hand, Michael Cohen and Trump go back decades. Yet, he is singing like a canary. Even cops to crimes that literally don’t exist. Is a known liar. It’s almost comic.
Trump values loyalty above nearly everything.
How does sound? What is the best explanation that fits the above facts?
