He’s here illegally, but he can’t be deported:
A federal appeals court has ruled that the U.S. cannot deport an illegal immigrant who is a “habitual drunkard.”
The decision overlooked an immigration law… that had made it difficult for a person… to evade deportation for embodying symptoms of a “habitual drunkard.”
If the government does not appeal the ruling, he will be allowed to seek to stay in the country or leave voluntarily without being detained.
He’s here illegally, which you would think would mean you could deport him. But no. He’s a habitual drunkard, and there is a law which says you can really deport a habitual drunkard. But for this judge, all of the laws are clear, and they say he can stay.
In such a blatantly lawless country, is it any wonder Trump is so popular? If you tell the people their will means nothing, you invite a leader who will impose their will by force, and create a population which will feel, the more force the better.
