A real case study in what awaits us all in the next decade or two:
A new study finds Venezuela on the brink of famine, with an alarming fifteen percent of citizens saying they can only feed themselves with “food waste discarded by commercial establishments,” while nearly half say they have had to take time off work to search for food. The study — conducted by More Consulting and published in the Spanish-language Diario de las Américas — reflects a reality that has become the signature of President Nicolás Maduro’s tenure: a food and medicine shortage that forces most in the nation to wait in supermarket lines that can last up to eight hours. On many occasions, after the wait, they find that there is nothing left to buy.
Dead animals, garbage, and strange foods that would normally be ignored, are all suddenly on the menu, because the idiots of the political left couldn’t understand that this is the predictable result of implementing hardcore leftism.
Notice how the deterioration in the quality of food will mix with the diminished immunity produced by stress and malnutrition. Initially, people will begin getting sick. The pathogens they pick up from the disgusting food they are eating will spread from one to another and will grow stronger with each subsequent infectee.
Bacteria aren’t that bad – so long as antibiotics are freely available, but the viruses you will see come out of the dead animals scavenged in third world areas could be problematic.
Nevertheless, with reduced disgust, and inability to respond appropriately to threat, expect the pandemic Apocalypse to clean out the liberals in our populations – and it will not be accidental.
r-strategist Liberals are the grasshoppers of the human race. They are made to bloom in the glut and ease. When the hardship comes, their bodies will litter the streets like leaves as humanity enters the winter of its existence.
[…] Venezuelans Eating Garbage […]
Call them locusts. The locust is a grasshopper that lives an unassuming life. Then suddenly there’s too much food and some chemical change happens… the locusts become darker and larger. And then they all take off at once and scour the countryside, eating every single resource they can find on the way. When all the food is gone, they go back to being grasshoppers.
Look at this from a disease agent’s point of view: Is it better to (a) multiply slowly so that your host lives a long time, giving you many chances to infect others, (b) multiply quickly so your host gets violently ill and dies, leaving its surroundings splattered with trillions of copies of you, or (c) do (a) with one host species and (b) with another?
So what’s likely to happen when millions of hungry, immuno-compromised humans rummage through dumpsters alongside hungry, immuno-compromised rats? Don’t assume our scientists will warn us of an incoming pandemic — they raised the alarm for SARS, bird flu, Ebola, Zika, etc. but AIDS sneaked in unnoticed. And that’s assuming an economic crisis doesn’t force those scientists to tend their vegetable gardens instead.
Why isn’t news of this on our tv screens, like Ethiopia would be? Are we that spiteful? Not that i’m in favor of doing anything, it just seems strange.
Venezuela is an object lesson on what leftism always leads to. A lesson the leftist media do not want their sheeple to learn from.
