The Shadow War Between The Cabal And The World

In the fall of 2012, for reasons that remain mysterious to me, it became clear that my family and I were being followed. I had been in Moscow as ambassador then for less than a year. As I wrote to the head of our security team on October 7, “My guards informed me that I was followed today while attending my son’s soccer game. And they then kept with us as we went to McDonald’s.” My head of security replied that if we saw them, it was because they wanted us to see them.

A few weeks later, agents from Russia’s security service FSB, or so we assumed, sat in the pew behind us in church, which truly unnerved my wife. They followed us on the streets, and closely tailed our Cadillac. On one occasion, one of my drivers overreacted to being followed. With my family in the car, he began driving faster and more erratically, weaving through Russia’s crazy traffic until I finally intervened and urged him to relax. After all, our situation was not like in the movies. We could never lose them for good. They knew where we lived.

The car chase episode scared me, as it illustrated that the Russian intelligence officers were succeeding in getting under our collective skin. It also was getting dangerous.

During my first year as ambassador to Russia in the Obama administration, the Russian authorities conducted a ground campaign of harassment against my colleagues at the embassy, myself and, from time to time, even my family. I was the architect of the Reset plan to improve relations between the United States and Russia, and here I was, witnessing firsthand just how deeply and how quickly the relationship was deteriorating—and how little anyone could do to stop it.

I never thought twice about people who run from the cops. I just always attributed it to stupidity. But when you are chased, especially by a superior threatening force, the decision to run is not really as conscious as you assume, nor is it as prone to logical intervention. There are deep instinctual pathways buried in the brain, that we do not know are there, because we have never tripped them in our cushy first world utopias. But when tripped, they will produce the drive to run, as an instinct, almost like a reflex.

It is very interesting to experience them, and feel an uncontrollable, wild drive focused entirely on finding the hole and escaping the net at top speed, blocking out all other thoughts. Even this professionally-trained DSS driver succumbed to the instinct. I view teenagers who run from the cops now very differently, and recognize that drive may not have been the decision I thought it was, but rather a laser focusing of the brain on finding a hole and escaping. Not that it is an excuse, or I excuse why the people are running from cops in the first place. But the mechanism is there regardless and should be understood and recognized by everyone involved – especially cops, who in assuming people should act logically, and not recognizing the reflexive nature of the focus on escape, may not recognize coming threats and act in ways to shield themselves from the reflexive, purely instinctual, totally non-logical animals they face.

This article was at first interesting to me. Then something clicked, and it blew my mind.

A lot has gone on behind the scenes of this site, giving me insights into what was going on in other areas. Unlike most here, I suspect Vault-Co shut up shop because he and his families were being hit with directed energy/sonic weapons, directed at him covertly from neighboring houses which had been bought up by Cabal and occupied by spook families, complete with regular jobs and innocent cover lives. It is not as crazy as you think. And once you are in a house next door, it is nothing to point an ultrasonic weapon at your neighbor covertly from behind your walls, and let them have it as they sleep. I will explain in the future why I know that.

But for now, I have for a while thought I was the reason they shut the Russian consulates in America. I was getting tired of what I thought was leftist-ordered US government harassment, so I formulated a plan of which I am sure they became aware. It would have been an immense pain in the ass to execute, as far as I knew at the time it would have simply introduced mass chaos rather than solve the problem decisively, I wasn’t sure exactly what I faced, and I still wanted to be a loyal, patriotic American. So I decided to wait and observe, rather than act rashly, and maybe give America’s enemies a leg up in the global competitions of intelligence and espionage.

But just before the consulates were closed, I was preparing for a trip that would, by pure coincidence, have brought me right by one, and as the trip grew closer, suddenly all the consulates were closed, with perfect timing. The need for the trip was subsequently eliminated as well, through events I suspect may have been engineered, making me think shuttering the Russian consulates may even have been a back-up plan to keep me away from the Russians.

Once they were closed, they were left closed, probably in case anyone else spotted the vulnerability I was close to exploiting.

You never know anything with certainty though. Before I thought the probability that I and my threat caused the closures was about 60%. It made more sense than most other explanations. But this article makes me think it may have been more like 75-95%, and maybe higher.

Here is what I think is a plausible explanation that fits the facts as I know them, and could explain the pieces of the story not contained in this article. Again, nothing is certain, and my read could be off. But I do not think so.

Back in 2012, Cabal may have realized it had a problem. What the vulnerability was, I do not know. It may have simply been a realization that the natives were growing restless in the ranks of NSA and Military intelligence, and those guys were smart, trained, and dangerous. Obama was a full on Commie, Muslims were taking over our national security apparatus, pedophiles were being promoted up the ranks because they could be controlled, a foreign Cabal plan to subvert our entire government was emerging which might have ended in America’s defeat at the hands of a foreign enemy, and other stuff was occurring to citizens which should never occur in a free society and the protectors in government didn’t like that. I suspect in some form things were coming to head on all sides.

According to Q, Military Intel began planning to expel the Cabal back when JFK was assassinated, but the Cabal apparently did not know this. From Cabal’s perspective, Military Intel and NSA were bucking, and perhaps looking for a means to expel Cabal from American government immediately. From Cabal’s perspective, that would have required a couple of things. It would have required a denied area from which to formulate plans free from US government/Cabal-controlled Surveillance, which was in reality just Cabal surveillance. It would have required an ability to access and acquire intelligence outside of Cabal’s control. And it might have required other assets of a first world intelligence operation which could not be acquired in America without Cabal being aware of their acquisition.

Cabal had probably already war-gamed most of that, and had America locked down. Military Intel and NSA, as far as Cabal knew, could not get what they needed without popping tripwires in the US Government apparatus or the apparatuses of our allies and alerting Cabal. But if they had allied with Russian intelligence to overthrow Cabal…

I suspect around 2011-2012, Cabal activated one of its more potent weapons it was developing to try and subvert this threat.

Some think Q has revealed a much more shocking plan of Cabal than most are aware. This analysis of Q tells a story where Cabal had decided America and her citizens were growing too independent. K-selection was closing in. Americans were growing restless, and Cabal felt it might lose control. Americans were even better armed with even more lethal weaponry than they had been twenty years ago with the rise in popularity of assault weapons, so gun control was heading in the wrong direction. The governmental and Law Enforcement machinery was beginning to realize they were not always being deployed as protectors of the innocent. And as Cabal tried to assert more control, a vulnerability opened up which would eventually, inevitably be revealed, and provoke a civil war. I’ve seen the vulnerability firsthand, and if it came to light broadly, there would be a civil war over night.

According to this analysis, Cabal had a bold plan which began its final phase when Obama, on Cabal orders, shut down the space shuttle program to cut America off from Space and her satellites.

From there, Cabal would cut a deal with China, or maybe even infiltrate and take over China, which would then seize dominance in space, and use that to defeat America in a war, taking all of her military technology and weaponry. They’d supposedly have used an EMP technology and attacks on our satellite infrastructure to eliminate our technological advantage first, and then flood us with millions of the young Chinese men who China fears will rise up in China anyway once they all realize they will never get a wife and have children. From there, China would slap on a traditional totalitarian culture, complete with Secret Police and generalized oppression, and Cabal could run things in America for the new Chinese Empire.

The great experiment in freedom that was the American Republic would have been finished.

It fits with a lot of things, from the Military killing GPS in California to run exercises simulating a loss of satellites, to Trump announcing he was going to create an entire branch of the Military called the Space Force to assert dominance in Space, to the secret weapon Cabal rolled out to try and prevent Military Intel from forming a temporary alliance with Russia – our own nascent Stasi Secret Police State.

The big risk Cabal has faced is that they have lost the high ground of violent capability to an increasingly well-armed American citizenry. As a result, they have responded with the formation of a vast secret police force, unlike anything one would ever think could form in America. See where in the article it references “Nashi, the Kremlin-created “youth group” that sometimes acted as stunt journalists or street protesters in the government’s service?”

Well, that is child’s play compared to a secret force of millions of citizen spies created in America, and diffused and embedded throughout the population. The individuals were probably recruited into service as some citizen watch group against terrorism, and then loosely trained up in intelligence and surveillance, as well as harassment activities. Then they were deployed against regular citizens at the whim of the elites.

See Schneiderman tell a girl he was beating and raping she couldn’t do anything to escape him, or he would have her “followed around” and harassed? That was this force, and he not only knew about it – it was a toy he could wind up and send after you on a whim, probably because Cabal wanted to keep him satisfied and working for them, and giving him that power facilitated that. That is unlike anything you would think could exist in America – and yet there it is, waiting to be revealed and set off a civil war, which 76 Million American gunowners, supported by disgusted cops and Military members would make short work of.

Operation TIPS was probably where this force first was proposed. The pilot program proposed one in 24 citizens (one million people in eight cities) be recruited into this force, for deployment against their fellow citizens at the whim of the bureaucrats of Cabal. They would maintain their regular lives as cover, and their association with government would be kept concealed. I suspect that force has since grown substantially.

Add in a robust deployment of technical capabilities ranging from traffic and sidewalk cameras to cell phone Stingrays and directed energy weapons. Then coordinate it all in real time through a professional ops center with technology like real time cell phone tracking of all operators, themselves deployed by central control with real time radio contact. Then add in other, unofficial capabilities kept in private sector contractors and not even shared with the government, which nobody would ever admit were being deployed. And finally, cloak it all on paper, probably through privatization and private sector contracts and unofficial payments in gift cards and shared resources, and you would have quite the covert domestic intelligence machine with which to exert total dominance over the civilian populace once China defeated the US Militarily under the purposely incompetent leadership of Cabal assets at all levels of the US government.

No regular American would want a Secret Police force of that scale or with those capabilities. It is something even beyond the KGB or Stasi. I am not sure exactly how or why Cabal formed it so quickly so soon, or exposed it so openly, but I suspect we will find some other event behind the scenes which scared them, perhaps the formation of the internet, with its uncontrollable tendency to ally American individualists, and create pockets of social power not under Cabal control. Or maybe Obama’s execution of Cabal’s plans brought things out into the open too fast and too soon, and Intel rebelled behind the scenes.

Regardless, Cabal found itself sitting on a domestic American timebomb. It was running a vast op against American citizens, pitting citizens against citizens in ways repellent to traditional American notions of patriotic unity. As the article notes, “technological advances in cyber surveillance over the last decade, as well as voice and video monitoring, are mind-boggling,” and those were being deployed against the citizens as well. I suspect there is not a local news anchor out there without several dozen sex tapes in existence that they are not even aware of. There is even evidence they are deploying directed energy weapons against citizens as part of their harassment campaigns, perhaps to train up for what Cabal ultimately intended to be their end game – supporting total citizenry suppression under a Chinese boot of civil authority.

Bear in mind, the explanation above is the only credible explanation I see for specific things I have observed firsthand. I can see no other explanation which fits the evidence as I have observed it. And until Q, it made no sense to me at all – it just appeared as intelligent people on a massive quixotic suicide mission to destroy their own organizations completely forever. I could not make heads or tails out of it absent the idea that a foreign intelligence operation was taking over America proper and laying the groundwork for something much worse.

Which brings us back around to the Russians. Cabal apparently didn’t know about the Plan of Q. But elsewhere the Secret Police force was a timebomb waiting to blow the moment it was revealed broadly to the populace. And with the internet that could happen any day. Already it was leaking out all over on youtube and other sites. People who were under it were linking up online. Military intel and NSA were bucking, and might be able to link up with the Russians in a last ditch effort to save America. Cabal needed to buy time, and prevent Intel and the Russians from meeting.

My suspicion is that back in 2011-2012, Russian assets in America, from diplomats, to citizens, to spies, all came under the coordinated harassment campaigns we see on the internet described as gangstalking, run by the massive Secret Police Force. In reality it is overt harassment (also called decoy/diversion) surveillance operations, and the Russians were probably as flummoxed by them as the American Ambassador described in the article. The scale, when it falls on you, is what will blow your mind. All of a sudden, from every angle, hostile Americans were following and threatening them wherever they traveled in our nation. It was probably very different from what they were used to.

This irritation, and recreation of Cold War hostilities, would force American intelligence to wall itself off from the Russians, and prevent them from linking up with each other. And there was always the possibility it could provoke ever larger hostilities, such as by altering the Russian decisions made in places like Crimea and the Ukraine. Indeed Obama’s and Soros’ Ukraine adventure might have had no strategic significance at all, beyond simply engendering greater hostilities between our nations, and closing an alliance with Russian intelligence as an avenue by which American patriots might have tried to keep America from falling to the clutches of Cabal, and our new Chinese overlords.

So why would they close the consulates because of me? If you are going to fight an intelligence operation it helps if you have an intelligence agency. In my own day to day battles it was clear no American intelligence agency was of use, so I formulated a fairly complex plan to open the door for a Russian agency to “trick” me into letting it solve my problems, at least to some degree, as I innocently solicited Russian Consular assistance in procuring Russian private sector services. It was not a sure thing. But it offered the prospect of a series of events which would likely have snowballed, and at least bought me space and resources through the mass promotion of r/K and Evopsych, before I relocated overseas.

At the time I assumed one US intel chief had simply, perhaps accidently, overstepped some bounds and created something too big. What I didn’t realize at the time was that behind the scenes was Cabal. And what Cabal saw in my plan was me pulling back a curtain for the Russians, allowing them to strike back and expose the enemies who were harassing them in our nation. And maybe revealing to the Russians that their problems with the American government were in fact not official American government policy, but rather a public facet of a very covert subversion of the American government by some private sector actors. In retrospect, given the opportunity I was going to present, I suspect Russian intel would have deployed every asset at its disposal to help me destroy everything, and probably have given me asylum and maybe even a job.

And once you loose one thread like that and begin pulling, there is no telling what else you unravel. Russia might have even realized America was in trouble, and it was in Russia’s interest to help her, because once Cabal had America and China, Cabal would have come for Russia.

I held back because my observers figured out what I was up to. They sent a message in Cabalese, staging a broken down vehicle in front of a surveillance camera and microphone watching my driveway just as they detected I was in front of the monitor in my house. This allowed the passengers to get out and have a conversation to explain that there was a lot of law enforcement around because of certain criminals in my neighborhood. It implied they were Law Enforcement, and I was potentially going to sabotage a legit operation. I didn’t know enough about what was going on, and it was still early in my being a target, so I couldn’t decide which course of action was correct. I decided to wait and observe, and my targeting became more of a passive following and less of a harassment operation.

Had Q’s plan not been operative behind the scenes, my hesitancy might very well have cost us the nation.

I suppose it is all God’s plan but I would now definitely have done things differently, if given a second shot. Then again, God’s Providence does seem to serve America well, so perhaps it is all for the better.

Anyway, I never closed the door on my plan. And I suspect that was realized, and that others could have pursued it as well, which was why when a series of events threatened to bring me right next to a Russian consulate, within a few weeks all the Consulates in the US were shuttered and the need for my trip evaporated under very unusual circumstances. America had gotten so bad, that if Americans wanted freedom, the only place we thought we could turn was Russia, and the Cabal needed to shut that down. How times can change.

Anyway, the article was interesting. It would indicate that like me, Russia did not grasp that there was a third actor in this play. Russia assumed this was harassment by US government forces, and it responded in their nation as you see in the article. Sadly in doing so, it played right into Cabal’s hands, and closed the only door which Cabal saw at the time for the return of freedom.
