The Governmental System Is Breaking Down

Judges try to rein in the Trump Administration:

A federal judge on Tuesday blocked any attempt by the Trump administration to withhold funding from “sanctuary cities” that do not cooperate with U.S. immigration officials, saying the president has no authority to attach new conditions to federal spending.

You see this everywhere. Judges just see the system as a tool to be manipulated, ignored, or overridden. Antifa see free speech as something to shut down. Berkeley politicians see the law as something they only enforce for their own kind’s advantage. Even on the right, filibusters are gone, we’ve begun using executive orders to expedite policy ourselves, and overseas pacts like the Paris Accords get called a treaty so they can be quietly killed in the senate. What used to be an orderly execution of rules we had all agreed to, and blind adherence to law has given way to a raw, manipulative power struggle.

What we are seeing is a breakdown in the amygdala-driven drive to exist within strict structural organizations for a larger purpose, governed by rules, and agreed to by all. If your amygdala is very developed, it processes the rules and guides you to exist within them. You feel comfort in such an environment, because your amygdala’s focus is on the rules. Its tolerance of minor adversity foster’s tolerance for any consequences that arise from adhering to the rules. Those consequences are weighed in the context of the long-term advantages, and then ignored.

These are amygdalae that are breaking down. They can’t tolerate any adversity. The immediate amygdala-discomfort of adversity overwhelms any thoughts of longer-term consequences, and fosters a disregard for the normal civilizational structures. As individuals lose sight of the benefits of the structures, they splinter into ever more hostile factions, and the importance of the structures diminishes even more.

In short, we are already on a path toward savagery, even before you factor in the coming economic apocalypse that will destroy all the structures we are already psychologically predisposed to ignore.

Tell everyone about r/K Theory, because it is easier to spread it before things come down

This sort of kritarchy is not without precedent:

http://www.claremont.org/crb/article/the-two-billion-dollar-judge/

TR;DR a federal judge decided that Kansas City wasn’t spending enough money on inner-city schools, so he ordered taxes raised to build lavish new schools, improve black test scores, and lure white children back from the suburbs. After twenty years, two billion dollars, and no improvement, this effort was abandoned.

There is no peaceful way to remove a judge from office, but elected officials can simply ignore them, as Andrew Jackson and Tony Abbot famously did. Let the judges spew forth their partisan dreck, ridicule their convoluted Talmudic logic, and challenge them to enforce their decisions. Better to be ruled by right-wing death squads than by judges!

JUD-ges.
Jewry Jury.
Jud-icative.
(Jude= German for Jew)

…is all of this invented by Jews? Did Christian kings have a bunch of Jews make the decisions? Maybe starting in England?
Intriguing.

On the right I think its impatience with the continued antics of the left. It could also be large-conservative amygdalae that are processing stimuli differently- in essence they’re going “the rule now is that people won’t follow the ‘rules’.” The left was so good under Obama at moving the Overton window away from following the law that it has permanently damaged political patience. It has set us on a course, one that we cannot get off of. We all know what it is and where it leads.

What is the nature of the feedback you’re pointing to here? I can imagine the feedback of one side becoming more aggressive which spurs the other side to respond and it escalates out of control. But how does it work with this judge?

I think Trump is establishing a paper trail of obstruction by the judiciary in order to pull an Andrew Jackson once it becomes clear to the public they’ve repeatedly stopped him for purely political gain.

The subject of the particular article is Wittgenstein’s discussion of rule following.

[The Western contributors to the magazine intrigue me. Defectors from decadent of western academia and/or ecumenical idiots? It is, in any case, ]

Do our minds follow the order of logical truths, or is it arbitrary self-validation? I call it the wet-ware problem of logic.
I discovered that deeply grounded reason involves effective coordination of cerebral activity with animal instinct.

“A term has no meaning until it is connected with the characteristics of the object which it applies to…[rules] embody a way of acting within the world…norms that relate to certain skills. They not only report phenomena, but also embody a way of acting within the world. ”

I have developed instinctive capacity to follow such Islamic connotation. This draws on experience – the chain reaction producing complex partial seizures, which sometimes trigger mob behavior. It is no accident that my epilepsy produced vivid intuition about Islam. (Mohammed was an epileptic)

From the Article: “ Following a rule is not just matter of doing what accords…. The rule must be one’s reason for acting… in conformity with a common way of acting that is displayed in the behavior of everyone who has had the same training, instruction, and guidance. “

Absent normal regulatory systems, humans activity can amplify itself into something like a storm, rapidly propagating among populations. These environments which rapid crystalize highly ordered, goal oriented structures.

Without preparation, the [dopamine] goal orientation behaviour is inchoate, almost involuntary. To the prepared mind, which has prayed five times a day, which has contemplated the scripture and lived it in obedience, social frenzies can be coordinated, a tactical grammar compatible with any similarly trained stranger. A population unaware of this potentiality has absolutely no prospect of organizing a defense.

Dominance can be established very rapidly.

PS. My last two paragraphs outline the strategic use of social breakdown. By some magnificent co-incidence, the very same Turkish Publication has an article on the same subject:

” To the prepared mind, which has prayed five times a day, which has contemplated the scripture and lived it in obedience”

The System has limped along longer than many of us imagined it would. It seems like it is rapidly coming to a head, but so has it several times before. At this point it must be totally running on fumes.
