If presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton slips into a coughing fit or any other medical crisis during Monday’s high-stakes debate, she will have to power through, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned!
“There are no commercial breaks,” a commission source explains. “Period.”
Debate moderator Lester Holt does not have the authority to cut away from the stage during the epic 90-minute showdown. And microphone audio for either of the candidates is not to be manipulated.
What is going to be interesting now is how Hillary will have to disappear for four or five days before each debate to withdraw from her drug regimens, in the hopes the drugs will then be more potent when she reintroduces them for the debates. The media will never report on it, claiming she is doing debate prep, but we will know.
My guess is Trump goes easy on her for the first two debates, rather than risk taking her out early. If she breaks down in the first two debates, Bernie could be substituted in relatively easily. It will be more difficult if she has an episode in the third debate, because if Bernie is substituted in, he will not get the free press of a debate.
Still, in her state, I will not be surprised if she collapses anyway. She is not well at all, and this will be immensely stressful on her amygdala. I think it much more likely than not, she will not last through the final debate.
Prepare for Bernie.
[…] The Debate Rules Are Out […]
Can they legally do that, though? Don’t they have to register the candidates quite early?
I think it falls to the Democrat party to field a replacement. But increasingly, there are no rules, and nobody insists anyone abide by them when they are inevitably broken.
From the editor’s note in the Drudge article:
>> “The commission is allowing for a custom-made podium, which will accommodate the difference in stature.”
What else do you think Hillary’s custom-made podium will accommodate?
Interesting.
or Michelle.
