Experts in the field of robotics have now revealed that the next logical step is for designers to create sex robots to look exactly like your favourite celebrities.
David Levy, author of Love and Sex with Robots, said the demand was “absolutely” there.
The expert is convinced the sexy cyborgs would fly off the shelves.
He told the Daily Star Online: “You can imagine people saying, ‘I’ve got a sex robot who looks like Angelina Jolie and she’s fabulous in bed!’”
Where technology meets r-selection, you get a very weird world. I think deep down we see some sort of purpose to God’s plan. We are, actively evolving our species and the universe, toward some kind of highly complex greatness. Where r-selection impedes that plan, or with technology even destroys it, it just feels wrong. Highly amusing, but wrong nonetheless.
Of course the more r you go, the more K you get. This will cull a lot of r-selected genes from the gene pool through self-sterilization as these characters disappear down the sexbot rabbit hole.

It is an established legal principle that celebrities have a copyright in their own images. Celebrity sex-bots will only exist if the celebrity licenses his image. Of course, that leaves a black market alternative, but there cannot be a legal mass market.
