Terrorists Are r-strategists

You see the free resources-issue everywhere:

The Manchester suicide bomber used taxpayer-funded student loans and benefits to bankroll the terror plot, police believe.

Salman Abedi is understood to have received thousands of pounds in state funding in the run up to Monday’s atrocity even while he was overseas receiving bomb-making training.

Police are investigating Abedi’s finances, including how he paid for frequent trips to Libya where he is thought to have been taught to make bombs at a jihadist training camp.

I find jihadi ideology interesting, as it is very much designed to appeal to disaffected r-strategists who have given up on getting free resources in this life, by offering them the free resources they crave in the afterlife.

Many of these jihadis are often have a history in their youth of seeking to be “rappers,” as a way of being given millions of dollars, endless free access to women, and the dopamine of social acceptance for very little work. When their dreams fail, they navigate their way to a belief system designed to minimize amygdala-agitation and promise the r-selected utopia, from the promise of numerous virgins and endless pleasure in the afterlife, to their god’s greatness, power, and nobility, to the denigration of the unbelievers they will kill as evil and deserving of their fate. Everything is designed to promise free resources and minimize amygdala/aversive-stimulus.

When their laptops are obtained overseas, it is no surprise they are filled with ever-more twisted pornographic material, designed to stimulate dulled r-amygdalae that have gone far more r than nature would normally allow.

I’m sure there is a way to create some sort of computer virus for the brain, designed to trigger jihadi amygdalae in some regard in response to being associated with their ideology. Jihadis are the SJWs of Islam. To that end, President’s Trump’s “Loser” jibes, exploiting the pain r-strategists feel in the face of ridicule, are an excellent start. If joining radical Islam is seen as the mark of a loser, many status-conscious r-strategists will flee from it.

I only wonder what a more comprehensive plan, using all the tools highlighted in leftist works of self-analysis like Rules For Radicals, and employing them in the context of amygdala, and seeking to produce K-ification, could accomplish.
