Signs That Hillary’s Campaign Is Dead – Al Gore, Savior

She is bringing in Al Gore to add some charisma:

Former vice president Al Gore will start campaigning for Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, according to individuals briefed on the plan, in an effort to mobilize young voters who see climate change as a key issue.

The decision by Gore to plunge into the campaign during the final weeks shows the extent to which Democrats remain concerned that Clinton has yet to connect with many millennials, some of whom are backing third-party candidates this year.

Scott Adams is right. So much of an election is not policy or reason or logic – though Hillary would lose on those as well. It is some amorphous emotional perception, which allows you to tell the candidate is dead just by the fact she would bring in Al “Earth Tones” Gore to try and salvage her campaign.

You can also tell by this how Gore is owned. His last interaction with the Clintons was a blowup in the Oval Office over Bill costing him the election, to which Bill reportedly asked him if he was responsible for Gore losing three debates to “this guy,” ie George W Bush. Supposedly Gore nearly had an aneurysm on the spot.

Now he is back trying to help Hillary win the office he had spent his entire life trying to attain, and which he feels he only lost because Bill was too busy banging interns and having fun to stop and think about his aspirations as well.
