Scott Adams Sees Liberalism Crushing Testosterone

Interesting:

But if you’re an undecided voter, and male, you’re seeing something different. You’re seeing a celebration that your role in society is permanently diminished…

Let me say this again, so you know I’m not kidding. Based on what I know about the human body, and the way our thoughts regulate our hormones, the Democratic National Convention is probably lowering testosterone levels all over the country. Literally, not figuratively. And since testosterone is a feel-good chemical for men, I think the Democratic convention is making men feel less happy. They might not know why they feel less happy, but they will start to associate the low feeling with whatever they are looking at when it happens, i.e. Clinton.

Good point, though the part about testosterone is only true for male Democrat voters.

As a conservative, I watched some of the Democrat convention, and was struck by two things. One, I am now uncontrollably repulsed by liberals. I cannot tolerate them within my sphere, to the point I literally had to change channels periodically to let my amygdala rest. As I pondered this, I pictured what would happen if there ever is a civilizational breakdown, because I am a civilized guy and even I can see an ideologicidal war being a major stress reliever.

I would imagine the uncivilized guys are going to go hog wild if they happen on hipsters with Bernie or Hillary bumper stickers once the law is non-existent. Eliminating amygdala irritation is the foundation of violence. I can easily see Bosnian level violence become normal if the façade comes down.

Two, I felt a real wave of vigor as I contemplated what I saw, because as I watched it I felt like I was watching the early part of a Charles Bronson Deathwish film. The Democrat Convention was like the first part of a Deathwish movie, where the thugs are running wild, shooting children, raping women, and laughing about it. That is the part where the movie is establishing all the reasons Charles would later have to kill them, so you could properly enjoy their deaths.

If you know they are all going to be killed, all the first part does is invigorate you, and make you look forward to the second part, where Bronson does what Bronson does to all of the people who deserve it.

Trump vs Clinton is the first race in a while where you really know how the movie will end, while you are watching it. Every time they talk about how much they hate Donald, I just see them grinding for eight years under a President Trump who makes Reagan’s popularity look small and meaningless. Every time they list all the horrible thing Donald will do, I see them helpless and forced to endure Donald doing those things – to the cheers of the nation. This is a guy who basically made the GOP at least tacitly accept homosexuality – in one night. On the other issues where he is conservative he will make liberalism a laughingstock.

So the Democrat convention could have two different effects, depending on who is watching it. Yes, Adams is right – Liberal males are going to see nearly undetectable levels of testosterone plunge even further. Perhaps this is purposeful, as a liberal male will only see other males becoming more liberal, the more they are emasculated. If I were a Liberal, perhaps I would say, “The more emasculation the better!” You don’t want men feeling manly, if you want a liberal pansy – especially a female – elected to the Presidency.

But on the other side, I would think brief exposures to the Democrat convention may be invigorating for Conservatives, and even slightly boost Testosterone levels in their ranks. It is reminding us who we hate, and dangling an almost free victory right in front of us.

This really is a magical time for the right – it is the beginning of the K-shift.

I really hope you’re right about this K-shift coming. I see things going much more r until the debt bubble bursts and free resources are no long available via the state; Ron Paul has been predicting this for years and people call him crazy for it just like how they called him crazy for predicting the bursting of the housing bubble and the 08 recession.

I think leftists don’t see the growing 19+ trillion dollar debt as a problem because in their minds they believe that resources are unlimited but conservatives/libertarians understand scarcity and the fact that we can’t just keep printing and borrowing money to fund these massive government expenditures. The gender role reversal is also pretty clear when society becomes more and more r-selected while the Democrats have pretty much epitomized this.

I agree. Trump can only delay the inevitable. But I hope he does. I’m just having kids; wouldn’t mind a few years to prepare.

Heh, Bronson fan. I might have known. Chato’s Land was my favorite.

They keep accusing us of angry rhetoric. It’s the argument du jour down to the smallest bunny. I’ve exploring r land. The funny thing is, though there is plenty to be angry about, I’m almost gleeful, not angry.

The only downer is they run and hide so quickly.

Their accusations are always a form of projection.

I always wonder about this too, the lefty chameleons that will be k chameleons when needed. How will we sort them out?

I could say what I thought of the DNC convention, but you would ban me from here, So…..Watching the RNC version, as the Trump parade of r-bred negroes [their progeny will regress to the mean] topped by Peter Faggot Thiel saying: “Now we are told that the great debate is about who gets to use which bathroom. This is a distraction from our real problems. Who cares?” Well, damn I care [yes, USG, I care]. And I heard the Trump crowd cheer Thiel.
I understand your r/K real well, but my senses and brain now tell me there is no real difference between Clinton and Trump.
The political contest is only a r-controlled fantasy.
I understand the move to the center strategy, but Trump bulldozed 16-17 competitors, some big names, and now he shows his true political position.
An apocalypse is the only result.

Why is your book so expensive? Do you ever think it might go on sale? Or maybe you could bust it into a couple of affordable chunks?

But you haven’t pondered the Democratic answer to Bikers For Trump:

“I would imagine the uncivilized guys are going to go hog wild if they happen on hipsters with Bernie or Hillary bumper stickers once the law is non-existent. ”

I am convinced the reason this doesn’t happen already is because people at present have better things to do, namely, striving for a better tomorrow within the system. If the system failed, there’d be nothing stopping people from satisfying their more primal urges.

You know America needs to seriously deal with the criminal gangs in its midst and drug cartels that pose a security threat as well as a threat on sovereignty. They should all be exterminated with extreme prejudice. The atrocities they commit south of the border will soon spill over. Their practice of killing mayors, journalists and police/military for noncompliance will be in America if they are not stopped.

Wipe out every last one.
