Flop.
As we’ve discussed previously, Mitt Romney’s attack on Donald Trump was as transparently hypocritical as it was misguided. Here was a two-time failed candidate levying a series of charges against Trump – most of which Harry Reid had previously used against Romney himself. It was the weakest of cheap shots.
Within a day it became clear to anyone who was watching the 2016 election that the speech had succeeded only in that it further divided the GOP or strengthened Trump’s position. It was, to be blunt, a grotesque miscalculation.
Now we know that what we assumed during that first day is indeed true. Romney’s diatribe has failed to sway most Republicans, while strengthening the resolve of the Trump faithful.
Best of all, this was, “just act one” of what Romney will do to elect President Trump:
The host of Mitt Romney’s speech attacking Republican frontrunner Donald Trump on Thursday at the University of Utah told Breitbart News: “This is just Act One” for Mitt Romney.
This specific speech was what pushed me from liking both Trump and Cruz, straightinto Trump’s corner unequivocally. Nothing says GOPe-approved like an endorsement from Romney, who I always saw as a clever psychopath trying to feed his own ego by screwing the real conservatives who he held in contempt all along.
At this point, the GOPe has proven such an abysmal failure that anybody they oppose deserves support, if for no better reason than to tear down the entire corrupt machine.

Trump is the SMOD.
Last Republican winner I voted for was Reagan. In all those decades, I voted but always lost. When I voted write-in in Maryland my vote was always tossed in the same pile as a Communist, Socialist, loony liberal, Cuckservative or rabid Negroe lover or Negroe hater. Thanks, Maryland. Now I live elsewhere and my vote will count, as it goes to Trump.
