If true, that is very bad. These migrants have no amygdala pathways constraining their behavior now, and Germany shows no sign of inflicting sufficient punishment to create new amygdala constraints on future behavior. They won’t even print their names, lest a rapist migrant feel slighted by the accusation.
On the other hand, it also indicates that they are r-strategists, so it will not take much adversity to cow them, or even drive them back where they came from when the time comes. Like most in the Arab world, they are designed to either cow or be cowed, to be the oppressive dictator, or be the oppressed. Such people will never know freedom, and never even comprehend it.
Hopefully Germany’s citizens will decide to eject them before they hurt too many innocent people, but that depends on Apocalypse. With any luck the first wave of financial failures will hit sometime this year, and help things get moving.

Also, the reports coming in have three major factors added:
1) It was in multiple cities across western Europe
2) It was all planned in advance and coordinated
3) The police had advance intel that it was being planned.
Frankly, if a woman in my family had been subject to that, the local police department would be putting out molotov cocktails at the police station.
Maybe if some vigilante gangs start forming and go out on patrols and beat the everloving shit out of every immigrant they see who even dares to look at their women, things will change…but that won’t happen until the apocalypse.
It is unfortunate that when the time comes, the K-strategists will have to battle not just the migrants, but their own government as well. For tenured bureaucrats, the migrants are a much more desirable population than their own citizens: with a little bit of muscle-flexing they shut up and do what they’re told.
