So two NYPD who viewed the insurance file were killed. I’d be surprised if they were Line of Duty deaths. My guess would be they had heart attacks, or maybe were in a car accident, or had a medical procedure innocently go awry.

Again, I post a lot of crazy things on this site. I know a lot of you look at it, and think I must be some sort of a paranoid personality disorder. I know this, because fifteen years ago I would have thought I was crazy. But there is a unique path you can take, and it will give you a unique perspective.

I could easily have been a cop, and probably would have been exceedingly happy in that world. And as I map in my head that parallel life path I could have followed, I recognize that even as I saw sides of life most people would miss, I would have been totally ignorant of the machine Cabal Inc. has assembled in the shadows all over the world. Mostly because it is so intense and massive you would not be able to believe it.

In addition, I have seen that machine. It is kind of like those 3D paintings people look at, where they look like a flat repeating pattern, until suddenly your eyes focus just right, and then a startling image hits you between the eyes.

Once you see the image of Cabal Inc, you reflect on how it would form, and what it would have to do to survive, and what would rapidly become normal to it, and you realize, Cabal Inc is a natural state of evolution. And if you are not raised seeing it, it is all too easy to assume nothing like it could ever form.

It is like only having ever known the earth back when it was just volcanic rock and a toxic soup of chemicals. You would never think a fleshy, technologically advanced society capable of philosophy, and science, and medicine, and love, and rage, and loyalty and betrayal, and all the things which make humanity amazing could form. Let alone that it would be composed of billions of individual self-sustaining, reproducing, sentient, self-conscious biological machines of such a complexity we still have no idea how consciousness could form. But grow up in modern human society, and you see that human society and those biological machines, and even consciousness, were always preordained. They would evolve naturally from nothing, and if you destroyed them all, they would emerge again, right from the earth.

Leave the population to its own devices long enough, in freedom, and powerful people will align together to increase their power. They will try to corrupt centers of power to turn them to their own ends. The machine will form.

Then they will grow ever more aggressive in protecting their machine because they will have to. The more power they amass, the more rules they will be breaking. The more rules they will break, the farther they will have to go to maintain secrecy. That farther they go to maintain secrecy, the more rules they will be breaking, and on and on. The rule-breaking requires secrecy, the secrecy requires power, the power requires even more rule-breaking. It will naturally go farther and farther. It will naturally get bigger and bigger. It will naturally violate societal norms and mores more and more. It will eventually kill. And then killing will eventually become normal within that machine, even as outsiders think killing would be impossible. It is the natural path, and if you destroy Cabal, Inc, Cabal Inc will reform all over again, given enough time. The battle will never end.

But if you are just a patriotic guy who believes in freedom, born into the Constitutional republic, you will not believe it even possible. You started life outside of that machine, before any rules were broken, and you have been taught from day one that rule-breaking is wrong, and produces swift punishment. You are told everyone believes that, and most seem to, so you assume it is right. You are on the surface of rocky, poison soup earth, and you cannot imagine anything else ever existing on that barren wasteland.

But behind that façade, the machine is at the apex of its evolution, where rules are broken left and right as a matter of course. And those who are born within it, and see it from the inside from birth, accept that as a natural state of affairs. They were born into modern civilization, and accept the massive level of evolution as a natural state of affairs, and they recognize Cabal Inc. would always arise from that barren wasteland.

So when I see US Marshalls on the TV Show Manhunter, the tip of the Law Enforcement spear, highly trained in surveillance, not realizing that they were being shadowed, and observed, and even technically monitored by technology they cannot imagine exists, I can understand their cluelessness. They have no idea what is out there, because they were not born into Cabal.

The reality is these detectives, as major case guys who handle the most sensitive stuff, were already under massive surveillance for years if not decades, to keep an eye on them and get an idea of who they were. When they were assigned to Weiner’s laptop, I am sure Cabal Inc’s people pulled the list of detectives with access, and Cabal agents who these detectives had no idea existed already knew the detectives personally, maybe in ways even their wives and family did not. I would bet those Cabal agents immediately identified the detectives who were so hyper-principled, and slightly rule-breaking, that they might try to leak the files to create justice where the system was failing. They probably already knew which of the detectives prior contacts/associates they would try to leak the files to. When it came to containing the leaks, they were ahead of them before the laptop even turned up.

And when Cabal’s surveillance picked up on the detectives beginning to make moves to leak what was on Weiner’s laptop, those Cabal agents in charge of that could pull massive files with everything needed to hit those detectives, and hand it off to the hitters. They knew where they regularly bought food, they knew how often they bought it, they knew how it was selected at the shelf in the store (latest date/front of the shelf, most pristine packaging, best looking, etc), and they knew exactly how to get somebody in ahead of them to preposition a sealed product which the Cabal had already made sure was the perfect vehicle for the perfect poison/infectious agent/etc. The hitter never even had to prep – it was all already there waiting for them.

The detectives probably never even knew they had been looked at by a single person since they found the laptop, let alone the massive operation that had been targeting them from long before they ever encountered anything sensitive, and which already had everything needed to take them out. I will bet as they passed this mortal coil, they never even knew it was related to Weiner’s laptop.

If you are a cop, be cautious, and act as if you are always under the microscope, and somebody is always watching and listening – especially if you think this article is silly. I know your psychology. You sought power to act and protect, and you think you have that power. You probably even want to mix it up and take on evil face to face, maybe in part to test yourself. But you do not know what is out there, already set up upon you, how vulnerable you are, how little ability to compete in that deceptive shadowy world you have, or where the boundaries of normalcy in killing really lie.

You do have power, but until Cabal is dealt with, power is a very dangerous thing to hold in this nation. And somebody has made sure they will always have more, at least until they ran into Donald Trump and the Resistance.

And for those who run Cabal Ops, especially those who thought they were running US Gov Ops, but are beginning to wonder if they really know where their orders come from, you watch your ass too. Those who exist at the border of Cabal and the machines it compromised will be high on the list of loose ends to be tied off. If you might hold the key to prosecutions or even intelligence gathering on how this thing formed, keep yourself alive to render justice. Because my guess is you had far more power than most, and you were under containment that is even more than you would think possible. Those who ran surveillance on these detectives would be high on the list.

I’m sure the God Emperor has plans for your knowledge. Randomize your own food acquisition, and avoid medical care until the storm breaks.

It is worth noting her shooter insisted to family he was being gangstalked by Police and Fire Department EMTs. If he was under the government surveillance referred to as Gangstalking by civilians, then there is no way his writings and spoken words indicating he wanted to attack Police were not logged by that surveillance, there is no way he acquired a firearm without the surveillance knowing, there is no way he set out that day with the firearm without surveillance knowing he had it, and they would have been following him as he approached Detective Familia’s command post, where she was vulnerable, so they would have known what was coming before it happened.

If I was running his surveillance, and I was Law Enforcement, the moment he indicated hostility to Law Enforcement my antennae would have been up. The moment he got a gun I would have made sure he never approached a Police Officer without a shooter close by on foot surveillance with a lightening quick draw. And they would have had orders that the moment they saw a potential draw movement they were to draw, and the moment they saw a gun they were to kill. If you know the resources of these operations, that would not be difficult to do. But in this case, they didn’t.

Another oddity of this case. Where surveillance rolls, local PD is moved out of the way, in what seems a procedure local PD has adapted to. I could site a famous case that got nationwide attention, where this procedure actually resulted in injury, because Police could not respond to 911 calls about an unfolding incident because surveillance was operative in the area. You can also see it in this video, where according to the videographer, one of the civilian operatives they recruit loses his cool with the target, and threatens to call Police. He backs off, because he knows Police are barred from entering that sector, due to the presence of a Targeted Individual.

Detective Familia’s shooter, Alexander Bonds Also sought “Psychiatric” help days before the shooting. Stay away from shrinks.

Why Familia was still sitting there, in an area where a Targeted individual was located and being tracked, is highly unusual. She should have been moved out as he approached. That she was not had always had me cataloging her case as a case where the Cabal had provoked a black person to shoot a cop by gaslighting him into thinking he was being “harassed by Police,” until he got a gun and shot a Police officer in retaliation. I assumed it was just about increasing black turnout by increasing racial tensions.

It appears it is even worse than even my paranoid mind could have imagined. They knew he was going to gun for a cop, they spun him up as high as they could until it was certain he would be a shooter, and then the one cop they didn’t move out of the way was the one they wanted hit. Of course he would have shot her.

It is worth noting Detective Familia was a single mother struggling to raise 4 children, who were left orphaned by her death, and totally on their own, save for her NYPD family.

Q is right, these people are pure evil.

Also, it is worth noting, this is the second drop by Q referencing gangstalking tangentially. Now Eric Schneiderman is the face of the Cabal elites who deploy gangstalking, and Miosotis Familia is the face of the victims. I see a new narrative brewing. If you are under this, take heart.
