GCHQ Bude is a British satellite ground station and signals intercept center. It would imply Cabal was using British Intel to yield access and control of the satellite intelligence.
One source of security for Cabal is their control of the domestic and international surveillance infrastructure. So long as their people are watching for and reporting up the chain, any unusual movements and actions, Cabal can rest easy because nobody will sneak up on them.
One thing I expect Cabal will see as a sign the end is near is if their awareness of the environment is degraded to the point they cannot see the arrest teams closing in. Q killing the satellite feeds would be a major amygdala stimulus, because it could signal an imminent targeting of something access to those feeds would guard against.
Then again, military assaults have a long history of feigning attacks. I would assume before the arrest teams go out, Q will figuratively blow the bugles signaling an attack several times. Killing the satellites will be a major amygdala stimulus for Cabal, but there is much more that will need to be taken out before the end comes.
As we speak, Q may be laying the groundwork to identify the internet pathways supporting the deployed tech, archiving after-action reports, supporting the communications pathways that carry real time physical-surveillance-coordination communications, and identifying key leadership nodes, all of which will blind Cabal when they are taken down, and make Cabal leaders keenly aware that the end is near, and they have no way to see the final blow coming.
I was heartened in one post where Q denigrated the idea of a special prosecutor because it would take too long, and offer too uncertain an outcome. It would lead one to think the end will come with military tribunals.
Either that, or suicides.

I can conjure a reason for doing this, but Corona is *ancient*. Pre-keyhole ancient, they used film. Probably not even in orbit any more.
I saw another heartening story on the same news site as linked above. They audited the Treasury, the mint and the gold reserves. They made a point of noting that there were no leaks which means that there’s less bad people in charge. Of course who knows if the story is true or not but it does sound good. Cabal having it’s com. cut off, money strangled. Good times.

One of the most interesting posts Q dropped last night, at least from the r/K perspective was #2031, where he talks about fake news logic, voter motivation, and the majority mindset. Idea for a future blog post, now that the mid-terms are coming up: How would you design the perfect election campaign (as a K strategist out to defeat r), strictly based on r/K tenets?
What was with the video Q posted on 8/29 ‘Dink – Green Mind’? That was bizarre.
Q linked to this silly Randy Quaid video. Randy ran face first into Cabal and barely escaped with his life. I wonder if Q linking to him was a sort of tip of the hat to a fellow traveler, or if Q is familiarizing his readers with Randy because the back story behind Randy’s problems will become a tangible example for the masses of Cabal’s activities, when the awakening happens.
Q talking about the TI or gangstalking subject sounds to good to be true, but we can keep our fingers crossed.
I believe it will happen, because it was used to kill a wounded Army vet, likely to gain control of his very successful charity, and I was given the impression Trump knew about it, was livid, and would deal with it as soon as it became possible.
Getting a guy like Brian Mancini to kill himself is not a government function, which makes me think it is owned by Cabal, whether the ground level people know it or not. That, and the fact that officials in the Trump campaign were being briefed on the fact there would be people watching them through the walls using microwave imagers (and presumably they would get the skinny on the eavesdroping tech being deployed against them too) makes me think they are targets of it too – and that would motivate anyone with the power to act to rein it in, to do so.
