No harm in reveling in leftist tears:
Ronald Pelias, an adjunct instructor of theatre at the University of Louisiana Lafayette, recently published a scholarly article that details nearly a dozen different reasons why he feels miserable to the point of self-described sleepless nights under Trump, and why he holds contempt for Trump voters — even for his students who support the Republican president…
“I’ve been told I need to reach out to these voters and try to understand where they are coming from. I believe I do understand them and I do not want to be around them,” he writes. “I do not want to live in the presence of their hate, of their unethical practices, of their ignorance. I know this is a problematic way of being, but I am unwilling to bend to what I see as their fascist ideology… the moral core of the United States has been deeply damaged by the election of Donald Trump.”
Pelias presents snippets of his post-election thoughts, writing “I cannot assuage my apprehension in anything I hear or read… I wake up, shaking. I keep checking the news. I want to sleep, but see nothing that gives me solace.”
“I keep thinking of the millions of people, including those who voted for him, who will suffer if Trump’s inchoate and preposterous policies are enacted. I keep thinking of the millions of people who have been thrown into a state of fear because they are not White, straight, Christians,” Pelias continues. “I keep thinking of the millions of women, including those who did not and those who did vote for Trump, who will lose their hard fought reproductive rights and who are now at greater risk of sexual assault and violence. I keep thinking such thoughts and I cannot sleep. I keep checking the news, each time feeling my anxiety and sorrow grow.”
This is a migrating psychology describing in detail what he is feeling as his migrant urges are being activated.
Notice how inflexible his thinking is. That is how it is designed to work. He is not designed to flex or adapt. He is designed to feel these emotions, without any control over them, until they are so strong they force him to flee his homeland as it is overtaken by K-selection.
He describes these nascent urges himself:
“I believe I do understand them and I do not want to be around them,” he writes. “I do not want to live in the presence of their hate, of their unethical practices, of their ignorance…. I am unwilling to bend to what I see as their fascist ideology… the moral core of the United States has been deeply damaged by the election of Donald Trump.”
He is beginning to experience the urge to migrate away from the K-strategists as an environment of K-selection is approaching. This is designed to get him clear of the blast radius as the Apocalypse approaches.
He is even beginning to associate all those negative emotions with the nation as a whole, making his flight even easier psychologically. If paradise were just over the border, he would head there and experience relief from all of this. Every other urge he has to align with the out-group would facilitate his assimilation there, and he would be happy.
The problem he faces is that as an r-strategist, you do not flee the United States and head to Guatemala in search of freer resources. So he is kind of trapped, since there are few other places where free resources are as great as the US, and where r-selection is as great. And yet, K-selection is still approaching.
It is a natural process to jump from these primitive urges, to the desire to import the foreigners that he is beginning to crave, in an effort to destroy the impending K-selection he is detecting – and destroy the K-strategists he is looking at. If he hates the United States and its people, why not flood it with foreigners to destroy all the fellow citizens he loathes so much? Given his programmed emotions, that will feel ethical.
Just look at how he hates all the students he sees in front of him. Anything he could do to hurt them would be moral, in his mind. That is the last evolution of the r-strategy. Import foreigners and use them to attack K-strategists. That is what the last iteration of the r-strategy is designed to do – it is programmed treason for personal advantage.
In a sane nation this guy would immediately be labeled by the government as a dangerous traitor and deported or killed, but until real K-selection hits, that is probably not feasible. So we will wait until K-selection overtakes the nation, and then wait for the violent purge in the anarchy of the aftermath.
Of course in the era of the God-Emperor nothing is impossible though, so I would not give up entirely on option number one.
If I was this guy I wouldn’t be sleeping well either.
Spread r/K Theory, because rabbits shouldn’t get to sleep well
