Not Unexpected – Trump Loses No Ground

Trump is still polling well.

A Wall Street Journal report suggests that despite critics’ opinions predicting GOP frontrunner Donald Trump’s poll numbers would fall, two early – though unscientific – polls predict that may be wrong.

“Time Magazine found that Mr. Trump took 47% of nearly 55,000 votes. Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) of Florida was in second place with just 10%. The Drudge Report’s poll found more than half of nearly 362,000 voters favored Mr. Trump, well above everyone else,” the Wall Street Journal noted.

Simply because these pundits have their jobs, they assume they are respected and adored, and they are the Kingmakers. The truth is the media has an approval rating as low as the Congress.

Donald is the enemy of both, so the enemy of my enemy becomes a friend to the populace. Illegal murderers and rapists don’t like him. Liberals loathe him. Prissy lawyer-cunts try to take him down. The pundits want him gone. Rosie O’Donnell can’t stand him. The GOPe wishes he’d die. Even El Chapo is tweeting Donald death threats. How many more enemies does he need to make before he enjoys a Reaganesque landslide among the common man?

I’m beginning to think Donald Trump is just like Jeb Bush, only more ideologically in line with the party, more liked by the masses, more appealing personally, and with more campaign cash in the bank. This election may very well be his to lose.

If the weekend polls on Monday show Trump holding his ground, the meme may become that Donald is bulletproof. If that is the case, then the media will have to regroup to come up with a new strategy, and while it does, expect the public dialog to change radically.
