Historically, I have observed when Trump is in a negotiation he likes to begin from a position of strength with someone, so he first punches them in the face a few times, and keeps it up during the negotiation, to make his opponents lesser but still substantial concessions to him seem like an improvement from that baseline. Given Israel appears to have its hand so deep in the American cookie jar, from Epstein, to at least having foreknowledge of 9/11, and Trump could easily send all of that viral overnight, Trump would seem to be in an unusually strong bargaining position.

What are the chances of that happening randomly? Does that increase the likelihood that if it happened, it might be due to something else, like an organized operation, with specific objectives assigned by a command?

To make a generalization about female behavior, women are primed to identify who the most powerful man or faction of men (the Big Men) are in their society, and engage in behavior which they believe those men would approve as a way to gain status and improve their own survival and reproductive prospects. Right now, women perceive that the Big Men in control are the men behind the media-tech-entertainment complex, and those men, via their mouthpieces, are telling women that trans is good, grooming kids to be trans is good, and being against all this is bad and bigoted. Barriers to entry. It’s all funded by insurance companies, because we have all been pushed into getting ALL of our medical care paid for by a system linked to our jobs.
Before the HMO push, you just paid the doctor. It might be (today equivalent) $50-100, but you just paid them, like your car mechanic. If you had insurance, it was likely catastrophic insurance that didn’t kick in until you had something major like a broken arm or being admitted.
Now you don’t even pay out of pocket for a yearly physical. But someone is paying, and it all goes through coding and negotiated deals and network deals and all the other paperwork that comes with dealing with an insurance company.
All that creates barriers to entry for the single operator. He has to hire a nurse or PA to help him, he has to have a receptionist. But now, he also has to hire a billing clerk (to do the paperwork in the office with the patient) and a coding tech (to code the bill so that the insurance company will pay it) and he also has to have an accounting person, because now he’s sending out bills and having to keep up with remittance to his accounts receivable. So, he’s already up to 5 people he had to hire just to be able to work. If you can’t hire those 5 people, you can’t even open up.

I suspect Cabal has infiltrated the medical profession in Russia. In fact, I know that it has. You’ll recall at the beginning of the COVID pandemic, few doctors committed suicide by jumping out windows. I suspect they were assisted by the FSB.
Cabal isn’t nearly as strong in Russia, but there’s no doubt that they are there. I’m sure the leaders of many countries are on edge worrying about various plagues being released if they don’t participate.

In fact the only thing that works with the Jews is to just get rid of them. Don’t let them stay in your country, don’t let them have any say in your country. Don’t let them trade in your country. The problem we have is the military has all but said we have something here that could be millions of years ahead of us. Now that is coming from the media and obviously you can’t trust it. But it has to be kept as a possibility.
If it is possible there is something millions of years ahead of us, then that guy’s story, as utterly insane as it sounds, has to also be kept open as a possibility. And if that is a possibility, what isn’t? You very rapidly end up unable to sort anything.
