Leaves are ultra valuable as nutrient-rich bio-degradable mulch. Four collection bags full fill 1 contractor bag = 1 bale of straw. Real straw is no longer $2-3 per bale, but more like $10-12. Straw may also be tainted with long lasting herbicide. Blow your leaves into piles, vacu-shred them, fill contractor bags, and store for next year’s garden. I had 14 bags last year, total value = about what a leaf blower costs. Mulch makes gardening much more easy and productive.

It is a strange video because at the start, the cop appears to have executed a traffic stop, gotten the driver out of the car, and then moved fifteen feet in front of the car and gotten way off the road, and then he the driver of the stopped car gets off the road, instead of staying with his vehicle.
I am wondering why the guy is stopped and filming. He might be one of these leftists looking to catch cops breaking some rule so he can blow it up and try to get the cop fired. It is even possible surveillance didn’t want him filming like that, since he is like his own minor surveillance op, and you never know what he might film, if they are operating, Gilgo Beach style, in the area.
One possible scenario which might fit the video – Surveillance didn’t want this guy playing surveillance himself, had the cop stop one of their’s, make a scene, and arranged it perfectly in a time and place to lure this guy in to film, and then had a vehicular unit handle the crash, to dissuade him from filming. It would explain the perfect timing of the guy who stepped over the guard rail just before the car showed up, just incase the car had misjudged and hit his car. I am not sure why that guy would step away from his vehicle if it was a traffic stop as cops tend to want to keep people near their car.
