Some stats show 6-8K readers, Jetpack says 2K (Though at some point jetpack began markedly undercounting visits. One day a link from Vox Day was worth 10-12K visits, and within a week it would only register 1200 of those visits for some reason.) and we have had about 20K signups for the free book, But still, being a good fraction of MSNBC, whatever it is, on such a shoestring is impressive.
