Here are some news stories that might be of interest. Most articles will be more or less summarized in the headline. You can skim the headlines and summaries, and click the links if they are of interest. Keep in mind, many of these reports are products of the Fake News, so although they will be what people are hearing and talking about, there is no guarantee any one of them is necessarily correct, and we have had cases of outright lies make it onto these pages, especially about President Trump.

Multiple Mainstream media outlets are reporting the FBI is conducting raids to try and figure out how National File got a copy of the diary of Biden’s daughter, Ashley. But not a one mentions the copy of the diary detailed how Ashley thought she had been handed to a house for sexual molestation as a very young toddler, that must have been so traumatic that she cannot remember it, or how she described her father dragging her into “inappropriate showers,” and blamed that for her hypersexuality. FBI and the mainstream media indirectly confirm the account of Biden’s daughter, describing him sexually abusing her in the shower, but do not broach the allegations themselves at all. And the FBI is not worried Biden was molesting his own daughter, but the full force of the Bureau is going to find and punish whoever it was who found the diary which revealed it. Also worth noting, the FBI raids were being conducted on the private homes of Project Veritas journalists and former journalists, under a claim they may have known something about the diary, and details of the secret Grand Jury involved, which Vertias was told not to reveal, were leaked to the NY Times.

I remember somebody talking about evil people they knew, and saying it was almost as if evil was a job they worked in, and did regardless of whether it benefitted them or not. I have noted the same thing, namely that truly evil people will be so driven to do evil, they will sacrifice, and damage themselves to carry it out. I always thought it strange, and that they would look out for themselves first, but no. They will destroy circumstances which could advance their own interests, just to harm everyone else.

“I have noted the same thing, namely that truly evil people will be so driven to do evil, they will sacrifice, and damage themselves to carry it out.”

It’s one of those things that makes ZERO darwinian sense. Yet, here we are. One would think, were evolution true the way presented to us that this behavior would be completely absent in Sapiens, yet it exists in abundance. The Devil tries everything to to convince you he doesn’t exist.

Evil sometimes disguises itself as stupidity and is made worse by the genuinely stupid:

The Five Universal Laws of Human Stupidity
We underestimate the stupid, and we do so at our own peril.

In 1976, a professor of economic history at the University of California, Berkeley published an essay outlining the fundamental laws of a force he perceived as humanity’s greatest existential threat: Stupidity.

Stupid people, Carlo M. Cipolla explained, share several identifying traits: they are abundant, they are irrational, and they cause problems for others without apparent benefit to themselves, thereby lowering society’s total well-being. There are no defenses against stupidity, argued the Italian-born professor, who died in 2000. The only way a society can avoid being crushed by the burden of its idiots is if the non-stupid work even harder to offset the losses of their stupid brethren.

Let’s take a look at Cipolla’s five basic laws of human stupidity:

Law 1: Always and inevitably everyone underestimates the number of stupid individuals in circulation.

No matter how many idiots you suspect yourself surrounded by, Cipolla wrote, you are invariably lowballing the total. This problem is compounded by biased assumptions that certain people are intelligent based on superficial factors like their job, education level, or other traits we believe to be exclusive of stupidity. They aren’t. Which takes us to:

Law 2: The probability that a certain person be stupid is independent of any other characteristic of that person.

Cipolla posits stupidity is a variable that remains constant across all populations. Every category one can imagine—gender, race, nationality, education level, income—possesses a fixed percentage of stupid people. There are stupid college professors. There are stupid people at Davos and at the UN General Assembly. There are stupid people in every nation on earth. How numerous are the stupid amongst us? It’s impossible to say. And any guess would almost certainly violate the first law, anyway.

Law 3. A stupid person is a person who causes losses to another person or to a group of persons while himself deriving no gain and even possibly incurring losses.

Cipolla called this one the Golden Law of stupidity. A stupid person, according to the economist, is one who causes problems for others without any clear benefit to himself.

The uncle unable to stop himself from posting fake news articles to Facebook? Stupid. The customer service representative who keeps you on the phone for an hour, hangs up on you twice, and somehow still manages to screw up your account? Stupid.

This law also introduces three other phenotypes that Cipolla says co-exist alongside stupidity. First there is the intelligent person, whose actions benefit both himself and others. Then there is the bandit, who benefits himself at others’ expense. And lastly there is the helpless person, whose actions enrich others at his own expense.

The non-stupid are a flawed and inconsistent bunch. Sometimes we act intelligently, sometimes we are selfish bandits, sometimes we act helplessly and are taken advantage of by others, and sometimes we’re a bit of both. The stupid, in comparison, are paragons of consistency, acting at all times with unyielding idiocy.

However, consistent stupidity is the only consistent thing about the stupid. This is what makes stupid people so dangerous. Cipolla explains:

Essentially stupid people are dangerous and damaging because reasonable people find it difficult to imagine and understand unreasonable behavior. An intelligent person may understand the logic of a bandit. The bandit’s actions follow a pattern of rationality: nasty rationality, if you like, but still rationality. The bandit wants a plus on his account. Since he is not intelligent enough to devise ways of obtaining the plus as well as providing you with a plus, he will produce his plus by causing a minus to appear on your account. All this is bad, but it is rational and if you are rational you can predict it. You can foresee a bandit’s actions, his nasty maneuvres and ugly aspirations and often can build up your defenses.

With a stupid person all this is absolutely impossible as explained by the Third Basic Law. A stupid creature will harass you for no reason, for no advantage, without any plan or scheme and at the most improbable times and places. You have no rational way of telling if and when and how and why the stupid creature attacks. When confronted with a stupid individual you are completely at his mercy.

All of which leads us to:

Law 4: Non-stupid people always underestimate the damaging power of stupid individuals. In particular non-stupid people constantly forget that at all times and places and under any circumstances to deal and/or associate with stupid people always turns out to be a costly mistake.

We underestimate the stupid, and we do so at our own peril. This brings us to the fifth and final law:

Law 5: A stupid person is the most dangerous type of person.

And its corollary:

A stupid person is more dangerous than a bandit.

We can do nothing about the stupid. The difference between societies that collapse under the weight of their stupid citizens and those who transcend them are the makeup of the non-stupid. Those progressing in spite of their stupid possess a high proportion of people acting intelligently, those who counterbalance the stupid’s losses by bringing about gains for themselves and their fellows.

Declining societies have the same percentage of stupid people as successful ones. But they also have high percentages of helpless people and, Cipolla writes, “an alarming proliferation of the bandits with overtones of stupidity.”

“Such change in the composition of the non-stupid population inevitably strengthens the destructive power of the [stupid] fraction and makes decline a certainty,” Cipolla concludes. “And the country goes to Hell.”

The only way to deal with actual stupid people is to let them eat the consequences of their own actions whilst shielding those who aren’t stupid from their actions.

If selfie stick morons fall down a cliff and perish despite warnings. Who are we to stop them?

Without the benefit of technology to rescue them I believe that we will have less of such people.

Yes, but original reference was about narcissists, who self sabotage. They don’t care if the whole ship sinks with them on it, just as long as it sinks and everyone drowns.

Are they stupid? Yes. Are they evil? Yes.

Self sabotage makes ZERO sense from a darwinian perspective. There is no biological reason for it.

By knowing who and what they are you defend yourself from them. What you will find though, is that when non-stupids are shielded from them all of sudden the stupids wisen up so they can sneak into somewhere else and cause damage there. Funny that.

“What you will find though, is that when non-stupids are shielded from them all of sudden the stupids wisen up so they can sneak into somewhere else and cause damage there. Funny that.”

Then they are just evil disguising themselves as stupid. They are too incompetent for high-level evil.

But they are competent enough to do evil with plausible deniability.

So that means that their “stupidity” is a false front.

Of course the solution is to make said shielding from the “stupids” more universal and make them eat their own costs all by themselves universally as much as possible.

Execute Justice effectively and they will vanish.

Is that the Ukraine?

To remind people the, not so good or honest, guy running the Ukraine was elected into office and a bunch of protestors AND the police are both shot at a protest. Turns out by the same person they found through inspecting the bullets and then, SHAZAAMM, the President is overthrown and who do they get to run the country. Why no other than a Jew billionaire from Switzerland. An obvious choice right. Of course being a Jew he promptly starts a war between West Ukraine and East Ukraine killing off lots of Ukrainians. Where have we seen this before???

Maybe next time you hear someone bleating for civil war in the US you might pat attention to what happened in the Ukraine. It was very unpleasant.

It needs to be made clear to these bug people that: Taiwan Semiconducter will be scuttled and all of its personnel evacuated or removed before one PLA boot touches Formosa sand; the lower 48 will be salted with radiation rendering it permanently uninhabitable before it becomes a Han Lebensraum breadbasket; and it doesn’t matter if you have all the help in the world from your ‘old Wallstreet Allies’ when Three Gorges sets off a Rube Goldberg economic cascade into 2 billion cannibalizing each other and the Party: and it all would be down to what looks like a ‘natural’ disaster. There is no ‘Thucydides Trap’ or ‘Great Power Confrontation’. This war economy song and dance is maintained with obsolete hand-me-down technology beyond the —ish physics paradigm. And if we – or Russia – go down, the little green men will probe your Celestial anuses with impunity.

Trump supporters, and I used to be one, need to read that article and explain Trump’s obvious role in facilitating all of this madness. He played a critical role in every phase of the Covid Op before he walked away from the steal.

It can’t be easily explained away, and don’t try telling me he was fooled or misinformed. If that is the case, it means Q is Cabal, and they were using Trump as a tool, and an incompetent one at that.

It’s probably just more hopium, but a guy who writes under the name “Patriot Patel” has a series called “Devolution”, where he takes apart some Trump EOs and other documents and statement to claim the legitimate government was devolved to the COCOMs (Combatant Commanders i.e. NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, etc.) and is still in effect. The latest post is here, with links to all the others in the series: https://patelpatriot.substack.com/p/devolution-part-13 .

I remember a COGCON (Continuity of Government Condition) going into effect in January of 2020, and I haven’t heard of it being rescinded.

Then there’s the claim that Trump is still the President of the republic, while Biden is the President of the defunct UNITED STATES corporation. Somebody found a filing in a Florida court where Donald Trump filed to close out the UNITED STATES corporation. There is so much Cabal fuckery going on it will take a long time to clean up.

But again, it’s probably hopium. These are just a few pieces of a very large puzzle.

on serving evil, even if it works against the person doing evil:

one thing I’ve noticed that sociopaths/malignant narcissists (i.e., evil) WIN by making the other person LOSE. There is no “win-win.” And it doesn’t have to be “I win, AND you lose.” No — it can even be lose-lose. The object of the game for the sociopath IS TO MAKE THE OTHER PERSON LOSE. Period.

Evil delights in putting one over on others — deception and betrayal are its hallmarks.

The best we can do is make their attempt to curse others become their own curse whilst removing the curse from the people they attempt to curse.

Evil delights in destroying others whilst living in paradise. We need it that their attempts at ruination destroys them instead.

Unlike most cabal preferred drugs like heroin, coke, fentanyl or even compared to pot, mushrooms are not addictive in the sense that you want to do them every day. At most, most people who enjoyed them probably wouldn’t do it more than once every six months, and even that would be more than you would expect. The risk of creating dead beats from mushrooms alone is pretty much nill.

Same here. Too many people I went to school with fucked up their lived with drugs. So did most of my immediate family.

On the other hand, it might be the kind of tough love needed to fix the body politic. Let the addicts OD or freeze to death in peace. And why should I pay for their support anyway? You could make a modest case for some painkillers, but otherwise nobody becomes an addict by accident.

Also note that we still have one drug treated conspicuously different from the others; other than an age limit, anyone can legally purchase and consume ethyl alcohol. And those age limits apply even in places where (some) other drugs are unrestricted.

My state has a minimum age of 21 to use alcohol and tobacco, but only 18 for marijuana.

AC thanks for your work. I couldn’t do it. But I look forward to your posts every morning. This blog is my first read. You and Sundance at CTH and Miles Mathis Committee are the only sources I consider crucial reading.

This is my first post here and I am afraid it is a bit of a doozy… but here goes.

There is an account on twitter (@DawsonSField) that I find very interesting. I admit it is facially preposterous. In fact, there was a lot of speculation it was James Comey’s alt a few years ago. Dawson’s Field was the site of an anti-Israel terrorist attack in the 70’s. Make of that what you will regarding the owner’s bio and ethnicity…

Anyway, the story the account is telling is that for quite some time (prob over a decade) there has been a bi-partisan effort to rid DC of “The Swamp”. This is an annoying concept for a lot of reasons, but it refers to a global conspiracy.

The GOP effort was led by a group using Trump who has been a lifelong FBI asset. In fact, the Trump family have been FBI assets for generations. The Trump Presidency was a massive Honey Trap to expose the GOP members of “The Swamp”. At this point the GOP bad guys have all been exposed and neutralized.

The DEM effort was led by a group using (prepare yourself) Obama and now Joe and Hunter Biden. The Bidens also being FBI assets. Joe and Hunter are playing the same role Trump did as a Honey Trap to lure the DEM members of “The Swamp” into the open.

The GOP had to be cleansed by a GOP Presidency and the DEMs had to be cleansed by a DEM Presidency in order to avoid the appearance of partisanship.

The Obama and Biden being good guys is admittedly facially absurd. As is the FBI being good guys. But Trump has probably been an FBI or LEO asset his entire life. And even Strozk admits there was never any investigation of Trump. Rosenstein blocked it. And the SDNY grand juries are going no where. AND Trump associates are always getting arrested. Friends and I used to laugh about this “how is Trump not in jail”?

If MMCommittee has taught us anything, it is that everything is fake and gay (especially JFK).

In that light, I think we have to take the facially absurd claims about the Bidens a little seriously. Even though the acct goes so far as to claim there is no evidence of Hunter smoking crack (hahahha!). And I am pondering them. Recent events look like a purge of the Clinton Faction. Especially the VA election.

Q could have been part of the GOP prong of the assault and intended to expose primarily GOP bad guys. This has been accomplished. And it being done during a GOP admin by a “conservative” friendly direction does eliminate the appearance of partisanship.

There’s a lot that is crazy about the narrative. But there’s a lot that isn’t. I don’t know what to make of it. I know I want it to be true and that’s a bad sign. And it all could be part of the MMCommitte’s North Phoenicians vs South Phoenician struggle. Or Larouche’s Platonists vs Aristotelians.

How does it work with AC’s surveillance? Who knows? But maybe the surveillance is epiphenomenal and an inevitable result of tech advance and neither good nor bad in itself?

Apologies for long poast.

It’s very tempting to construct non-falsifiable or functionally non-falsifiable theories to explain the irrational behavior we see every day. How does one prove Hunter is an LEO asset? Disprove? Idk. But his life is absolutely absurd and apparently bent on self-destruction and destroying his family, and yet nothing happens to him and he keeps failing upwards. The art sales are the most absurd thing I have ever heard of. But it would be a fantastic honey trap…. I guess I am looking at it as a comforting dose of copium that may possibly maybe could sorta be kinda right in a larger sense HA!

Fwiw I do think the refusal of SDNY to bring charges against Trump shows he was an important asset of some Federal LEO org for decades. For god sakes he was a real estate mogul in NYC! He built skyscrapers without violating the law in that mafia atmosphere?

I guess if Durham brings down HRC during a DEM Presidency and the DEM AG does not stop it….

RE: Vox Day on why it makes sense the highest parts of the pyramid are serving spiritual evil.

A long time ago I read a book by Malachi Martin called “Hostage to the Devil”. Martin was a Catholic priest and an exorcist. He recounted that many people who came to him for help had made a pact with the devil in return for worldly success. But after they got their wish by becoming successful businessmen, lawyers, doctors, etc, they found the cost was their obedience to a malevolent, demanding force.

@Vox Day,”…China is voluntarily choosing the fate that was imposed upon Russia by angry neocon imperialists who wished to punish the Putin regime for expelling its elite servants who were financializing and parasitizing the Russian economy…”

He’s entirely correct. I don’t see China as any wonderful place or them being the good guys but the Chinese are doing far less to destroy us than the leaders we have now.

He’s entirely wrong.

Somehow he manages to skip admitting he was wrong about China not doing lockdowns and spin it that they are doing it on purpose to purge the country of evil westerners.
It couldn’t possibly be commies being commies and pursuing the same insane power grab as the western tyrants.
Will he eventually refuse to admit he was wrong and spin their embrace of trannies as a good thing?

And his pitiful denial of China’s often stated desire to dominate and conquer the world which is backed up by their predatory actions all over the world would be funny if it wasn’t so sad.

Vox is an absolute joke when it comes to China these days.

AC,”…I tend to view the Chinese as far more dangerous than the Russians…”

True but our country is far more dangerous to us than the Chinese… Presently.

The Chinese are only globalist in the sense that they want to sell things to people so demand open markets, while keeping their own closed and controlled.

China is not a communist country. China is a fascist country.

There is a big difference.

Much has been written about fascism’s similarity to communism, especially in the economic sphere. There are very important similarities, but one distinction is always missed:

Fascism never made an economic argument against the communists. It made a political one.

Picture the Weimar Republic. Bloody Bolsheviks are running around screaming revolution, demanding soviet-style communism. They were making their argument to the German people suffering under the Weimar rule, with massive inflation, with rampant degeneracy, with the siphoning off of German wealth. Weimar promised no future to the German people. The Bolsheviks appeared to have the only answer to the predatory capitalism of the Weimar Republic.

What did the fascists do to counter that? Did they talk about freedom? Did they talk about property rights? Did they talk about the price mechanism as coordinating economic activities? Did they talk about democracy? What counter-argument did they give to the Bolsheviks that convinced everyone from the German worker to the German union man to the German industrialist, to back the fascists?

The Fascist simply looked at the Bolshevik and asked: “Why must German wealth be shared with anyone but the German people?”

You see, communism is often called “international socialism.” This is the basis of the slogan “workers of the world unite.” In practice, international socialism means wealth is captured by the “international people.” It is a con job siphoning wealth to the evil globalists. Fascism cut through all of that, with the simple ask of why a German worker must share his wealth with a Polish worker? To that, the Bolshevik had no answer.

Hence, fascism is often called “national socialism.” That is essentially what China is practicing. The globalists thought that by gifting American manufacturing to the Chinese, the Chinese would eventually gift the commanding heights of their society to them. Instead, the Chinese told them to pound sand. With their economic leverage, they removed democracy from their political system. This means that political parties cannot come under the control of foreign intelligence agencies. By cracking down on tech, media and education, they are maintaining control over their culture. By cracking down on Bitcoin, they are keeping control of their currency (and moving a Chinese server network into the American IP space.) By removing foreigners from their society, they are maintaining themselves as a Han people.

This is how a healthy nation survives. Vox is right. These are all moves that America should have made long ago, but cannot, because America has been invaded and destroyed. That’s the essential tool of divide and conquer. It is why diversity is their strength.

China is a globalist communist country and Xi is taking even more in that direction:

“Unilateralism and protectionism are on the rise, and economic globalization is facing headwinds,” Xi lamented.

“Studies show a steady decline of the World Openness Index over the past decade and a weakening of global consensus on opening up, which are causes for great concern.”

“We must stay on top of the prevailing trend of economic globalization and support countries around the world in opening up wider while rejecting unilateralism and protectionism,” he demanded.

What China wants to apply to the rest of the world is vastly different from what it is applying within its own borders.

Look, I think China is an enemy and a threat. It’s just its own domestic moves are generally beneficial.

The transgender stuff remains good theater.

Moreover, if you’re right about their turn to communism, then that should weaken them even further.

“…What China wants to apply to the rest of the world is vastly different from what it is applying within its own borders….”

There’s a lot to be said for the idea that people and nations have certain sort of nature about them. Habits, mores, they just seem to act in a similar manner for very long periods of time. I’m talking centuries and the Chinese have always wanted to be in control of themselves and mostly be left alone. They realize that this is not working for them but I see no movement by the Chinese that they wish to go on some global crusade to take over the world. I seriously doubt they would do so. The only way I would see them doing so is if the US got into a civil war I think it entirely possible that if the central portion of the US was ceded to the Chinese if they defeated it by the coastal powers they might bite and do this.

map, that is an astute comment. Thank you. I agree with the nationalist socialist interpretation of Xi. I would add that the lack of other political parties may deny global Cabal that access to power. However, Cabal has significant access via a corrupt faction – most likely Jiang Zemin’s – that is a mortal threat to Xi. The battle for China against Cabal is not over yet. Xi’s lack of international travel is notable, as is the “Covid-related” exodus of foreigners. Xi must hold the fort against his Cabal enemies for another year through the 20th Party Congress. Held in October 2022, the Congress will solidify his power – and reinforce Trump’s power prior to the critical mid-term US elections in November 2022.

I have only one disagreement…

“…Picture the Weimar Republic. Bloody Bolsheviks [Jews]are running around screaming revolution, demanding soviet-style communism…”

They were doing more than just screaming revolution. They took over a province/State/ whatever and started in killing off people right away which is what the Jews always do every chance they get.

If it had not been for industrialist putting some money together to fund an armed German group to kill off these Jews Germany would have fallen just like Russia. As it was the Freikorps came in an killed every one the Jews.

“…planned hoax…”

This is an outright lie. I know someone who got corona and he felt he could possibly have died. That it’s less harmful now than when it first broke is easily explained by the fact that viral weapons researcher says engineered viruses are unstable and break down their lethality quickly.

Looking at just what I can see this line appears to me to be a set up. Meaning that they have worse stuff coming and they are trying to get patriots to believe it’s all bullshit so they will be infected with whatever they have coming.

I’ve had it twice, 18 months apart. Horrible flu the first time, bad cold the second.

But I agree the loss of taste and smell is decidedly different than either a flu or cold. It’s not a stuffy nose blocking the smells. It’s like someone hit an off switch. It makes cooking just like watching the food network. Totally bizarre. Great for weight loss.

The chest congestion I felt was unique and different from any flu either. Instead of feeling it in my lungs, it was a fuzzy and tight feeling right behind my sternum. That’s how I knew I had it the second time.

And my point is and I emphasize that while I may speculate kind of wildly at times I’m not known as a liar and I know someone who felt he could have died. If I remember correctly the guy he picked up and got it from, he was a paramedic, did die.

This was earlier in the plague and it was more virulent. We also see this in the reports from China, Italy, Iran and nursing homes that early plague killed lots of people. Now we can not know for sure if all of these were true but I suspect they were.

I believe, once again, that the Jews unleashed this to punish the Chinese for not letting them take over their country. I think they are also responsible for the viral outbreaks in chickens and pigs in China to destroy their food industry. This sort of behavior on the Jews part goes all the way back tot he middle ages at least where they were caught poisoning wells with the plague.

Always keep in mind that the facts bear out that the Jews, if they think they can get away with it, will kill off as many non Jews as they can.

If they are willing to let something loose that kills people once then, they are more than willing to do so again and I suspect the next one would be worse than the first.

I did not read that as being the emphasis. I read as being that the virus was not deadly and I do not believe this and profoundly disagree. That it is less deadly now is not relevant to it’s earlier virulence at all. This is so with any virus.

I had noted the same thing many times, without following it to the next step.

I got complacent running things through “what’s in it for them?” filter, assuming people did things in order to benefit themselves or the groups they associated with, while simply wondering at how often their antics were counterproductive to their own benefit.

That’s not something the FBI would normally get involved with. Spin has a lot to do with it, but they’re going to have a hard time showing that a crime actually occurred.

From https://www.fbi.gov/investigate the FBI’s remit is:

Terrorism
Counterintelligence
Cyber Crime
Public Corruption
Civil Rights
Organized Crime
White-Collar Crime
Violent Crime
WMDs

But then, we know the FBI is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Democratic Party, always available to support the Narrative.

> Detroit votes to decriminalize psychedelic mushrooms for psychological treatments.

The psychiatric industry has been in love with psychedelics since the early 1960s, when Lilly, Kesey, and others were pushing it hard. In the last ten years or so I’ve seen a number of mainstream news articles talking about the various psychiatric associations’ push for legalization of various drugs for treatment; MDMA is in use now, and limited use of LSD.

Psilocybin has been decriminalized in Oregon, and in some specific cities (Denver, Oakland, Santa Cruz, Cambridge) though I don’t understand why state and Federal laws don’t apply in those cases.

I don’t remember any wave of anger when the Fed started criminalizing hallucinogens in the 1960s, but the efforts to legalize it have been almost entirely at the “professional association” level, not stoners-with-signs. They’ve been gnawing at that for half a century now.

Polis is a shitweasel, but “loophole” means that his accountants were smart enough to work the tax code in his favor.

That tax code, with annotations and court precedents, runs upwards of 70,000 pages, and nobody, not even the IRS, knows all the ins, outs, gotchas, and crannies of it. Which is why it’s such a perfect weapon against the citizenry; you can’t ever know you’re *not* in violation of something.

Congress *wanted* that money, and they passed the 16th Amendment without proper procedure when it looked like the opposition was going to block it. So far, every evil the opponents of the tax predicted has come true, mostly generations ago.
