A leftist on 4Chan claims to have brain scans of Trump taken in 2015 showing brain deterioration indicative of some kind of dementia. 99% chance it is a LARP, given Trump shows no signs of dementia nine years later. But it would be interesting if true. Gary Nolan at Stanford noted brains of those exposed to Havana Syndrome show indices on MRI of brain diseases, especially MS, but I would imagine others as well. However in those cases, unlike the disease, the brain will rewire around the deficits as it goes, and they will not show characteristic symptoms of the diseases. I would be surprised if Trump has not been beamed at some point. There is a lot of it going around.

Those two cunt moderators grew up gloating, as they did various things to steal other’s freedom and autonomy behind their backs, from following neighbors through grocery stores and gleefully running to the machine to tattle on everything a person bought, to spying on their “friends” in school, to derailing the lives of innocent little girls who were smart and whose parents were raising them right. What Israel must be thinking is, while they were putting bombs in pagers to take out Hezbollah operatives as part of a long plan, Iran’s long plan may be developing a nuclear bomb which can be put on those hypersonic missiles, which now can get through Israel’s defenses freely, so it can put multiple nukes one day right over Tel Aviv, and the rest of Israel. If that came to pass, Israel would probably one day be no more, so I would expect this war now to escalate to the point Israel will be obliterating as much stuff in Iran as it can, focused around the nuclear program. Assuming Iran does not already have nukes.

A Sheriff is a primarily an elected politician. He doesn’t even have to have a “law enforcement” certification, though his deputies, who get their authority from him, do.
While it looks odd since most sheriffs wear a uniform, their legal status is the same as that between a governor and his state police; he’s their boss, but not necessarily one of them.
The thrust of the argument from AC is that it’s a role that, in a real world, would almost exclusively be staffed by the best, most qualified cop in the area who could know what his guys need, lead from experience and get shit done.
Except we never see that. It’s all bumbling incompetents who take up these roles so real people can never occupy them to great effect. Just think it through: if you were ever forced into a situation where you had to eliminate a diddler, would it look like that video? I actually can get behind the idea of super organisms more than I can Darwinian evolution. Though it seems the current cells in modern history aren’t too helpful for the superorganism wrt low fertility rates.
There’s a good fictional example of the kind of super-organism you’re talking about. Back in 1995 John Barnes wrote a rather creepy SF novel called “Kaleidoscope Century.” It seems to be mostly forgotten now.
The backstory of the novel was that AIs much like modern ones were essentially at war with each other, competing for bandwidth and computing resources. One AI observed that human brains had a useful amount of storage and processing power, and wrote a “virus” (a Dawkins-style meme, though the word no longer means that in common usage) that would run on human brains, turning them into low-speed, low-bandwidth, but quite plentiful peripherals. Other AIs did the same thing, basically using armies of AI-controlled meat puppets against each other, fighting until there was only one left.
I’m pretty sure such a thing is impossible. At least, not possible now. Though I suspect there are at least several organizations nibbling around the edges. Why try to persuade your citizenry when you could just program them? It’s for their own good, you know.

Re Israel hitting Iranian nuclear facilities. Whilst it is possible I think the focus will be on the oil industry. If iran then retaliates and hits oil/gas facilities in the gulf the price of oil skyrockets and Russian oil becomes the only game in town. Major disruption to the oil industries in the gulf will doom the West. Whilst the US has ample reserves the infrastructure to bring it out of the ground is not there thanks to the eco fanatics.
Remember ALL wars are banker wars and I believe the banksteins are throwing Israel under the bus by using it to bring down the West. Iran doesn’t really need nukes. The majority of Israel’s population is now squeezed into the central part of the country. I’ve been pondering how God uses Satan’s personality against him. If Satan had protected Jesus, he could have won. Satan knew if Jesus went to the cross, He’d defeat Satan. He was like an addict who knows he is destroying his life and his family, but does it anyway
Now consider Israel. Way back, God had a choice between two twins. One is an alpha stud, the other a sneaky gamma. God picked Jacob, a lying, deceptive gamma. Those genetics have come down to us today in his descendents. Did God set a trap for Satan? Did He know Satan would do his best to subvert and convert the Jews to himself? Except, by doing that, Satan may have laid the groundwork for modern Israel to go psycho with nukes.
As long as this world exists, Satan stays out of hell. Maybe God set a trap in picking Jacob, a trap that wouldn’t come to fruition until thousands of years later when a bunch of self-obsessed gamma smart boys in Israel, under the influence of a murder obsessed Satan, decide to go out in a blaze of glory rather than admit they may have been wrong. In doing that, they trigger the events which end the world, bring the return of Christ, and the final and eternal casting of Satan into hell.
The irony would be if Satan had kept his hands off the Jews, or kept the Jews in line, this world might continue on indefinitely and Satan would stay out of hell, but Satan, unable to fight his nature, dooms himself by his own poor decisions.

The various military air wings could be all over this and they are being blocked by level of the chain of command. The people in those mountains are officially being left to die.

Typical charter costs for a light helicopter are $300-$500/hr, and a medium from $500 to $1000/hr. The profit margin for a helicopter charter isn’t all that much; fuel and maintenance are very expensive. So the people and companies flying search-and-rescue or recon-and-supplies are contributing substantial amounts of money out of their own pockets, since it’s unlikely they’ll get anything from the Fed or state for their (expressly unwanted) help.
