News Briefs – 09/05/2019

I always see lots of r/K related stories I think might interest the readers here, but I only have time to blog about a few, so here are some additional news stories that might be of interest. For unknown reasons, in some browsers the tweets in these posts display best if you click on the post instead of viewing it on the main page. You can skim the titles and summaries, and click the links if they are of interest. Keep in mind, many of these reports are products of the Fake News, so although they will be what people are hearing and talking about, there is no guarantee any one of them is necessarily correct, and we have had cases of outright lies make it onto these pages, especially about President Trump.

Obama White House Counsel Greg Craig acquitted of the one remaining charge. Read the article and look at how smug they all are. Now this is interesting. What have I said? The entire court system will be compromised. Infiltration is easy, especially once an operation gets this big, and is targeting a society like our’s which has been lulled into the deepest of sleeps. Craig had two charges against him. Obama appointee Amy Berman Jackson (who is still busting Roger Stone’s balls) actually just dismissed one charge a month ago (which could easily have been the stronger one). The remaining one was about registering as a foreign agent, which Patrick Byrne just said a week ago was one of those things nobody in DC did, and which was seemingly used for selective prosecutions, such as of Marina Butina. And now that remaining case is over, and the new Judge even castigated the government for bringing it. Do you think that would have happened if it was Donald Trump Jr Mueller brought these charges against? The Judge even added in that our Republic is at risk right now, I presume from the God Emperor, who the Judge is implying is going to destroy the nation.

In a case like this, the Clerk could be one of them, and they would hit the database and send out a raft of juror summons notices to a thousand or two Cabal operatives who are like sleepers, living regular lives and only breaking off from it for things like this and basic ground surveillance. So now you have an entire jury pool, which seems diverse, whose members seem to all have regular jobs, but they are all a part of the conspiracy. The Judge could be one. The Defense attorney probably would be one. Even the prosecutor could be one, though by that point it hardly matters. I have no idea of the specifics of this case, but I do know with a system like that, he could have been dead to rights guilty of both charges, and he would walk out with a full exoneration and the Judge insulting Trump in the process.

Now you see why we would wait, and slowly build up the sealed indictments. If two months ago all the indictments were unsealed, and this Judge was indicted, the Clerk was indicted, the Prosecutor was indicted, the Jurors were indicted, as were all other Cabalites in the system, guess what? They all have to recuse from any Cabal-related case until those indictments are dealt with. And just like that they are all out of the system. Whatever is left, however sparse, is what will be hearing their cases. And imagine when those cases are all about a conspiracy which was screwing the jury over and corrupting their land so their children would be screwed too. Which raises the question, why wasn’t Craig’s indictment sealed, until the day the party started? Why did Mueller, of all people charge an Obama-lawyer who is almost certainly Cabal himself? Suppose everyone involved with his case was under surveillance, and the entire mechanism which fixed this case was just documented in exquisite detail? How will that look on the even news once it has been purged of Cabal operatives?

Trump administration to consider a social credit score to decide who can buy a gun? It is so clear this is a non-starter. So what is going on? Trump just put in the minds of normies that he would go farther than the left on gun control. No longer is he anything like a gun-ideologue. Where we feel panic and shock, the left looks at him and thinks he is really open minded. Now when he shuts down the left later, it will seem almost bipartisan, as if he was one of them. I almost wouldn’t write this, but for the fact recognizing it will keep our side unified, and give Trump room to go even farther in the future.

Cory Booker says gun licenses are a ‘common-sense’ restriction on the Second Amendment. What would people here think, if Trump passed a law saying every driver’s license issued had to have a background check which would then be reflected on the license. If you passed, and your driver’s license was so marked, it would work as a National Concealed Carry license, and a sort of FFL, so you could skip the NICS checks and buy guns just by presenting the license with a DMV confirmation, even for intrastate mail-order sales, thereby not needing to use an FFL to receive guns in your state. It would make everyone undergo a NICS, which would prevent databasing of just gun-owner names. It would give us National Concealed Carry as well as the ability to buy via mail order, just like an FFL, and if someone couldn’t produce a license with the Firearms Approval, like the Texas Shooter, selling him a weapon in a private sale would be a crime, just like now at a gun store. I think gunowners would see a definite win, and Leftists would probably block the universal background check for everyone, because they would not want all those law abiding citizens to have their Second Amendment freedoms. It would probably also be good for cops, looking at a Driver’s License to immediately know if they were dealing with a problem child or not.

Trump and Cabal are constantly head faking each other. Cabal launches prosecutions in order to get their guys light sentences or to get charges dismissed, getting ahead of what’s coming. That’s what happened to Epstein I think, and also why I think Trumps team disposed of him. Trump then issues orders making the world think the fight is about to begin, like wither declaws or Iran, only to hold back, forcing the enemy to expend energy for a fight that doesn’t happen. He is like the boy who cried wolf, but he wants the enemies to think he isn’t serious so they don’t see it when he is serious and is ready to hit them hard.

Re: your gun license idea. Not bad, provided you could get all states and municipalities to honor it as permission to own/transfer/carry (blue-staters would suddenly start caring a lot about the Tenth Amendment). There is one hitch though: the “good guy” endorsement would remain physically on the card until renewal time, even if you were subsequently disqualified. I don’t know about all states, but I have read that in Florida and Utah, they run the background check on every licensee biweekly or whatever, and send out suspension letters to those who come up flagged. So if you want background checks at all, you need to be able to run the checks at any time.

I actually am not that keen on prohibiting classes of people from having guns. In my opinion there are way too many offenses and conditions on the books that automatically deprive you of your rights for life, and clearly none of them stop career criminals or the criminally insane from doing whatever they want. In general, if you can’t be trusted to possess a firearm, you shouldn’t be allowed out of prison or an institution. But of course that opinion is way outside the Overton Window today.

Anyone who isn’t locked up or executed should get to have guns, we need to move things that direction and end background checks/FFLs entirely.

The 10thA doesn’t apply to guns.
Article VI binds all states to the Constitution and the 2ndA is part of the Constitution.
We need SCOTUS to rule that the 2ndA means what it says and that the states are bound by it, RBG needs to be replaced.

You’re right about the 10A, but that wouldn’t stop it being used as an argument, should nationwide concealed carry or something like it ever be passed, which it won’t. It is more likely the US will formally break up before then, at which point it will be moot.

An unequivocal affirmation of the 2A as written by SCOTUS is another thing that will never happen, even with RBG replaced. In much more conservative times, SCOTUS had no problem upholding the NFA in US v Miller, or for that matter, racist gun control in Dred Scott. Again, I think it is more likely the Apocalypse will come first (Q or no Q) and make our black-robed gods irrelevant.

> Pence visited Iceland, and the locals were blown away by how heavily armed all his security was.

That’s a fairly new thing. Back in WWII the host country provided security for visiting chiefs of state; famously, Roosevelt’s NKVD bodyguards at Yalta.

Of course, the entire population of Iceland is 338,000; the web says they have 706 police, which seems about right, considering US city and PD sizes. I couldn’t find out anything about the number of military police or if there was any equivalent to the US Secret Service, but chances are, it would be difficult for Iceland to budget for the kind of security the Secret Service expects for a Vice President nowadays.

Just for historical reference, in his autobiography Harry Truman talked about how people would accost him in the street as he walked about DC attending to his personal affairs. If they had official business, they should make an appointment. Meanwhile, he walked out in public with one (1) Secret Service bodyguard, IN WARTIME.

Bill Clinton used to have four bodyguards with Uzi submachine guns back when he was Governor… I’m not sure modern politicians are so much worried about assassination as the the status of being so “important” they required ridiculous amounts of “security.” C. Northcote Parkinson talked about that sort of thing in his book “Parkinson’s Law”, about his time in the British Colonial Service.

Off Topic:

To better understand part of Cabal’s strategy and philosophy, it’s very important to view several series of films by Adam Curtis, most notably THE TRAP and THE CENTURY OF THE SELF.

Cabal holds deep power over the minds of its members. In my time here, I’ve noticed that AC is quite mystified by this and I’ve repeatedly stated that it doesn’t require a complicated explanation in terms of mechanics: cabal works by promising great rewards or great punishments, all behind a veil of uncertainty. Those under Cabal’s spell thus navigate through selfish fear and desire. This is by design. And it’s why you’ll see constant efforts by cabal to constantly dislocate and relocate people and cut them off from their history. Through intense fear of punishment and desire for reward, obfuscated by deep uncertainty, cabal holds its members in a trance state of very high compliance. There is no secret society and there most certainly is not an agreed upon ideology or manifesto or anything like that. All it is is a bunch of people so focused on selfishness that they become very easy to manipulate. This is compounded by constant debt, erosion of savings, and a paycheck to paycheck lifestyle. Compounded by constant social dislocation that inhibits loyalty to others. Cabal members share the same trance induced by concentration and direction of their libidinal energies highly constrained by unbelievable levels of fear of what might happen if they step across the line.

What is the consequence of this? It squelches behaviors that might lead towards revolution of the status quo. It’s slavery masked. There is also a tremendous amount of material out there condemning narcissists as the root of all things bad. Nonsense. Narcissism (and by that I do not mean pathological naricissism which is something else) is marked by dissatisfaction, perfectionism, condemnation, the desire to make one’s mark, etc. This is not necessarily bad. If you’ve ever marveled at the incredible precision or elaborateness of ancient stone structures, what you’re marveling over is the expression of some fanatical narcissist/perfectionist. Cabal seeks to eliminate narcissists because they are unruly and difficult to control, and cabal has absolutely zero interest in anything approaching greatness, inspiration, beauty. Modern art is specifically designed to leave its victims helpless. It’s as toxic as some EMF beacon kicking out a field that makes you emotionally sick.

Watch the first 2 minutes of this Adam Curtis documentary. He teases you with what’s going on behind the scenes. It’s unbelievably deep. Curtis makes no reference of cabal, but it’s clear that he sees trends in operation that deserve some exploration

Going further, when one looks deeper into cabal and the behavior that it promotes, one can see that on a certain level it’s really quite fascist and very control oriented. It tries very hard to punish rebelliousness as if this is some kind of anti-social trait. In some ways, narcissism is similarly targeted to the point where people really believe that all narcissism is bad, not merely the grossly pathological or personality disordered variations. Cabal has tried very hard to crush people who are likely to show real dissent, condemnation of existing structures, etc.

The problem is that we really don’t know which behaviors outside of the norm or average are truly pathological in a larger sociological context. As a social species, it’s quite likely that humans naturally come with a variety of temperaments that contribute to things working. As big of a pain in the ass as rebellious people may seem, and granting that people do have different reasons for being rebellious, these people do promote change. And in the right cases, advancement. Dissatisfaction with the status quo is a huge threat to the powers that be, but such people are also the Prometheans who inspired human progress.

Cabal wants obedience and doesn’t tolerate dissent or people with novel ideas about how our lives should be organized. Such an outlook, carried to its extreme, is a recipe for human stagnation.

We are currently in a situation where things are very wrong and we need to re-examine the nature of our communities, our institutions, and our culture. Far from being the progressives they fancy themselves to be, Cabal promotes an unchanging sameness that is incapable of advancement and also lacks the tried and tested insights to be gained from tradition. It’s aggressively anti-tradition while also being aggressively opposed to change and squelching of the behaviors that lead to the generation of new social units and forms. When populations grow they naturally produce various offshoots and cults and sects. Many of these fail; evolution is always experimenting and largely produces failures. But this drive towards the creation of new subcultures and new populations is what has led us to different languages and cultures in the first place.

Cabal seems to want to drive us to a place of global sameness, of globalization “rules” enforced in each country that may hold on to the most minor of trappings of cultural identity (food and folk dancing type stuff) while at the same time forcing all societies to be “open” by which they simply mean under the influence of outside forces via control of money and mass media.

This model has been tried in America in the last 50 years: an aggressive push towards sameness in forms and modes of living that is even eradicating regional accents. Combined with massive engineered migrations that have disrupted social bonds between people and their physical environment. The result is a society driven by our impulses guided by a full frontal media brainwashing enterprise, locking people into debt and fear and profound disconnection from all the critical factors that were once common to human populations on every part of the planet.

It’s no wonder Americans are such neurotic and unhappy people. They have little idea where they are from and are allowing their impulses to be guided by people who aren’t interested in their health or well-being but are only interested in control. My guess is the conscious mind can be fooled by this but the subconscious remains aware that on some level things are dreadfully wrong. And thus we have one of the richest societies on earth plagued by staggering levels of anxiety, depression, loneliness and despair.

Just read a long but very interesting blog post from a month ago, called ‘It’s not paranoia if it’s true.’ Presents the Catholic clergy abuse scandal as a cautionary tale against the belief that conspiracy theories are loony, and that the powers that be operate the way we think they do.

https://www.theamericanconservative.com/dreher/its-not-paranoia-if-its-true-conspiracies-epstein-inner-ring/

Quote:

The world is not ordered as we wish it were. It’s not even *disordered* as we wish it were. I’m thinking this morning of something a faithful Catholic layman told me in the spring of 2002, about the abuse scandal. He was a close friend of Cardinal Bernard Law, and active in the Archdiocese of Boston. This man — a very intelligent, morally upright gentleman — had direct knowledge of widespread homosexual corruption in the seminary at the time. He told me that he informed his dear friend the cardinal about all of it … and that the cardinal had done nothing. I asked the man how he reconciled his love and respect for the cardinal with the fact that Law had allowed this kind of corruption to flourish unaddressed.

The man sat across from me, unable to speak. The cognitive dissonance left him paralyzed. He could not accept that the world was ordered in such a way that his dear friend the cardinal could be guilty of such gross negligence. I used to be pretty naive, the kind of person who believed that good men (like my interlocutor) almost always wanted to know the truth, and to fight for justice. What I couldn’t have truly grasped until that extraordinary conversation was how the mind will protect itself from having to face something intolerable. That man was not asked to believe a conspiracy theory; he was asked to put two and two together — facts that he did not dispute. But he couldn’t bring himself to do it. He literally could not summon the will to face the terrible truth about his friend the cardinal, and the truth about the Catholic Archdiocese of Boston.

What’s so frightening to me today, thinking about that, is how every one of us is susceptible to that same paralysis.

I was on the Suspected Terrorist List for several years and was only taken off after an interrogation by an FBI agent at Kennedy airport a couple of years ago.

A person’s name is submitted for consideration, then there’s an investigation before the name is formally added.

You won’t know you’re on it. I didn’t figure it out until 2013 when I was detained at Heathrow and my passport was taken away after being grilled publicly by the airline official at the gate when I was trying to board my flight.

I didn’t resent the fact of being on it, but I was upset that not only were all of my phone calls, emails, and online activity being monitored but so were those of the two people I live with, and my family and friends.

I have mixed feelings about this judge’s ruling. Certainly there are innocent people on the list but names are removed all the time. I was told by someone who works with the NYPD that many plots to attack the city have been prevented but haven’t been made public. So whatever they’re doing is pretty effective. We all have a constitutional right not to be blown up.

What bothers me more is the inefficiency in handling the data that the NSA is collecting. They had everything. They knew how I was living — for years, what books I was ordering. They had my psychiatric profile. It wasn’t until I was a suspect in some ongoing matter that I was cleared, on this side of the pond anyway. It was a waste of the agent’s time.

my personal guess is that it’s much bigger. I’m sure that the average American knows several members. Government agencies, down to local school boards and emergency services, are absolutely loaded with these people.

Also, back during the 1980s it was essentially revealed just how big the NSA was via James Bamford’s books on the topic. A massive amount of manpower. Honestly it wouldn’t surprise me if NSA’s primary purpose has been in tracking down networks of influence in cabal and trying to unravel this thing. Certainly cabal was behind exposing the idea of the NSA to a wider audience.

Indeed. I try to frequently check my evaluations because once you see it, you can be primed to see it everywhere. Over the years I’ve tried to think critically and realize that once it makes itself known to you it wants you to overreact. Not everyone is involved but enough are involved at crucial choke points to cause some real problems.
