A judge on Tuesday ruled that Donald Trump and his company are liable for fraud by misstating the true values of multiple real estate properties for years and thus grossly overstating the former president’s net worth by billions of dollars. They are going to try to shut down the Trump organization, and already canceled the New York business certificates of Trump, the Trump Organization, and the other defendants, including two of his sons, as well as appointed an independent receiver to manage the dissolution of the corporate entities whose business certificates were canceled. How long are we going to have to watch this stupid movie?

The judge, and nasolabial lines:

Observation on Twitter:

What a “coincidence” that on the same day we learn Joe Biden was wired $260,000 from China, a NY judge rules Trump committed fraud and needs to shut down all his businesses. What a joke. Every time more Biden corruption is revealed, Deep State drops another Trump court attack

Notice how to time these things, they need intelligence on our side, to know when what is about to break, so they can arrange court action. Also, all the court actors must be controlled, and able to follow orders so their actions are timed just right. And they all know there is a onspiracy.

James Clapper, former Director of National Intelligence, has echoed General Mark Milley’s apprehensions that if reelected, President Donald Trump will throw a massive number of Deep-Staters into prison.

Trump asks Putin to release info on Hunter Biden business deal.

Hunter Biden sues Rudy Giuliani over infamous laptop found at repair shop. Amazing. Get into politics because you love the country, and look at all the lawsuits swirling around, designed to tell people, “Don’t do that.” This is what you will see try to take full control online as 2024 closes in. Already I see the heat being turned up.

Hunter Biden received $250K wires originating in Beijing with beneficiary address listed as Joe Biden’s home. These things happen when you are doing a ton of shit, because it is nearly impossible to maintain perfect tradecraft everywhere. Of course adding to the issue is when he was doing this, it was probably assumed Cabal would always be in full control, and would protect him anyway.

Kevin McCarthy on Twitter:

Breaking ? Money from China was wired to an account listing Joe Biden’s Delaware home as the beneficiary address.

@RepJamesComer
uncovered $260k in wires to Hunter Biden from 2019, while Joe Biden was running for president. Our impeachment inquiry will uncover the whole truth.

Paul Sperry:

DEVELOPING: Hill investigators want to know WHO’S PAYING HUNTER’S PROJECTED $10 MIL IN LEGAL FEES for suing 1) Giuliani 2) Costello 3) Mac Isaac 4) Ziegler + 5) the IRS — in addition to defending him against 3 felony charges. His DC superlawyer Abbe Lowell charges $1k-$5k / hour

Hunter claimed in child support case that he was “unemployed and had no monthly income”

In Dec., records show his father took out a $250k HELOC on $3 mil Rehoboth Beach house, but line of credit barely makes dent in Hunter’s projected $10 million in attorneys fees

Who’s paying?

On Twitter, some Collin Rugg:

Can someone tell me what the fired Twitter employees did all day?

No, seriously. Elon fired 75% of them and Twitter still works the same.[Editors note: Surveillance? Might this be common among businesses? Where was the money coming from to pay them for the 15+ years before Musk took over?]

BREAKING: Hunter Biden received a $250,000 payment from Beijing with Joe Biden’s home address listed as the beneficiary address.

But keep in mind: Joe Biden has never talked to his son about overseas business dealings.

Just months after Biden announced his run for president, the wire was made to Hunter Biden with Joe Biden’s 1209 Barley Mill Rd address in Wilmington, Delaware listed as the beneficiary.

The wire that was received came from Jonathan Li, the CEO of BHR Partners.

This is the same man that Joe Biden sat down with for coffee according to testimony from Devon Archer.

Biden also allegedly wrote a college recommendation for Li’s daughter to Georgetown.

Nothing to see here!

JUST IN: New York City is gearing up to pay over $1,000,000,000 on just hotels over the next 3 years to house illegal immigrants.

Good! That’s what happens when you call yourself a “Sanctuary City.”

But that’s just the hotel costs. NYC Mayor Eric Adams estimates the total cost of the migrant crisis will be about $12B over the next 3 years.

“We are past our breaking point,” he said. “With more than 57,300 individuals currently in our care on an average night, it amounts to $9.8 million a day. Almost $300 million a month and nearly $3.6 billion a year.”

Gavin Newsom signs 11 percent excise tax on guns, describes it as a ‘sin tax.’

JPMorgan Chase admitted to pressuring the financial software company Intuit into preventing gun sellers from using the company’s payment processing services, according to a letter Sen. Ted Cruz sent Monday after looking into the policy. The most fascinating thing. Cabal does not want a population capable of defending itself against their savages, nor does it want America able to resist its control. And if it were in control, it would just pass gun control, just like it opened the borders, or allowed all this crime. And yet, every new court decision is an expansion of gun rights, and every month is a new NICS record, as we head toward exposure of the conspiracy. Clearly, I do not think Cabal is in control of that.

California looking to restrict travel for classic cars. I have always thought one of the best ways to avoid having to lock yourself inside one of Globohomo’s remote control death-traps and watch as it drives 120mph into a bridge abutment, would be to be a classic car restorer. I figured demand meant you would always be able to get a 1950’s something or other. But here they are, trying to eliminate that option.

Covid vaccines DO cause unexpected vaginal bleeding in women – even if they haven’t had their period in YEARS, study finds. Many of these things will be shown to be inflammatory. As in the body they will be shown to be wiping out various structural cells and proteins as if they were foreign invaders. And notice, cancer has an inflammatory component, most likely from the body producing antibodies which bind to receptors like hormones, activating them, such as estrogen receptor antibodies triggering the proliferation of breast cancer cells, and an estrogen antagonist like Tamoxifen countering them. You will see a lot of cancers come from these vaccines.

Celebrity TV dentist Dr Uchenna Okoye, 53,  died from a bleed on the brain, a coroner’s report has found.

Why did Biden receive his COVID booster in private?

Former Major City Police detective reveals 50% of SIDS cases happened within 48 hours post “vaccine.” Now, suppose the majority of doctors are actually planted agents working for an intelligence operation which is targeting everyone, and working to control the human environment, starting with children. Might those “random” reactions have not been random? Could those kids have been given a special shot? We had a woman on here way back who said she thought Cabal was trying to use its files to selectively breed its organization, and prevent the plebes from advancing their traits too far by preventing breedings there. It tried to pair her with guy after guy, but she refused, and found the love of her life, who she thinks they gave cancer to, to kill him, so they could try to get her genes again. I have no doubt, there are pairings, which this thing will not allow. Maybe those are sometimes future SIDS cases, if they cannot be derailed quietly before a child is conceived. What I can tell you is, what you are dealing with in this thing is 100 percent criminal, 100 percent controlling, and 100 percent ruthless. And in my personal experience, it does seem to try to control what relationships happen, and who pairs with who.

A study published by scientists at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in July, and reportedly circulating widely on Chinese social media this week, concluded that as many as 20 species of coronavirus are “highly likely” to cause an outbreak among humans.

“ Trump and company liable for fraud in New York lawsuit, judge rules”

Not exactly.
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2023/09/26/new-york-judge-rules-without-trial-jury-or-verdict-that-president-trump-must-dissolve-all-business-interests-in-state/

From the link:
“ A New York State judge has arbitrarily ruled, no trial – no jury, that President Trump overvalued his real estate holdings in New York, which means he paid too much in taxes, in order to secure financing and loans.”

Yeah, there is no way that this one stands on appeal. The (((judge))) has ruled serious questions of fact as being indisputable, and not only is it disputable for reasonable people, his version of the facts is in fact not reasonable.
The standard for a judge in a Motion for Summary Judgment is that all facts have to held in the light most favorable to the non-movant (Trump in this case.) If there is a significant question of fact, the MSJ can’t be granted.
Here, the (((judge))) has simply taken as fact that the properties are valued at extremely lowball valuations, often the tax value of the property. First, it is wildly and vociferously disputed by Trump, and it also isn’t reasonable as fair market value. It’s so bad that if an expert came in and tried to claim that tax value is fair market value, a federal judge would likely not let them testify as being not credible because they are not applying the widely accepted practices of their art.
If the idea that he committed fraud is based on the value of the property, unless Trump concedes it (he hasn’t and won’t) then that is a fact question that has to go to a jury. Period. Extra period. The (((judge))) can’t just decide that on his own.

I haven’t looked at the case or the procedural posture but my first instinct was they’ve found a point where judicial discretion is allowed.

They got Zillow to poast a low value as “proof” apparently.

I can say my place is worth a million bucks, and I can say it to anyone, but the bank involved, whether I’m selling, or using it for collateral, is going to make a proper assessment and act accordingly. No one’s word has any true standing. When no harm has been inflicted, no crime has been committed. This is a slide into communism where all corporations can be summarily dissolved and redistributed to anyone the court deems. Reparations? I also agree with JustMe, apparently the Trump business’s have been falsely taxed. Time to sue the city and county. We are in troubled waters folks.

Fine. Now let the same be done to every real estate owner in NYC. Just watch some old Louis Rossman videos showing the overvaluing and padding of retail space by landlords.

At a minimum. And if you think the craziness ends when Trump becomes president, think again. If they try doing things like military tribunals, firing government employees en masse, securing the border, and brokering peace deals, there’s going to be absolute pandemonium in the streets and on college campuses. Even high school teachers will be taking their students out to “defend democracy.” And don’t forget about the climate activists seeking to close down ports, interstates, and railroads.

and if they want to pursue federal prosecutions of local cabal infiltrated in your local government, it will take years because the courts can’t even begin to handle all the people in this country who belong in prison.

Correct. My prediction is that Trump wins by a massive landslide and Biden decides to do all of the things that they blamed on Trump. Assuming the “patriots are in control”, this has been the modus operandi of this whole shitty movie. Bad guys do X, blame Trump for X, Trump is not guilty of X. So buckle up, it’s going to be shitty next summer let alone Nov, Dec, and Jan. Time to get your shit together, if you haven’t already. You have a year.

This could be prep for the enemy running Musk as a last minute shock nomination to the presidency. I don’t even know for which party. It would make sense to have him try and split the vote with republicans against Trump, but it also makes sense to have him be the “muh reasonable demuhcrat” and take over for sleepy joe.

Democrats tell lies, but they rarely lie about who they are. Republicans always lie about who they are. Worse still, Republicans don’t feel the need to repent of their misdeeds and cowardice. This puts them worse than the pharisees were, as some pharisees did feel the need to repent occasionally. Allan West says our country is run by cowards and communists, but I would go further, I would say our country is run by apostates and satanists, and truly apostates, like pharisees are simply a more ‘PR’ variant of satanism. So the devil runs the US right now. It explains everything that we see. It won’t last.

And see…this is also POSSIBLY why the RINOs have stayed in power so long is because they are perceived as the “lesser of two evils”.

It’s our job (in my opinion) to get Americans to understand that THEY’RE ALL EVIL.

Gaetz did an interview on Tucker a couple years ago with his adopted teenage son which creeped me out. Kid says, “I did not see [this political exchange] ‘cause I was sleeping from a workout from the night before…” and they both giggle weirdly. Something about the whole thing feels wildly off. My parents were involved when I was a kid. They and others tried to fight the institutionalization of election fraud here in California, but they were outnumbered by orders of magnitude, and then the CAGOP sold everyone out for a few safe districts. It’s why I toss anyone who still says “they voted for it” into the retard bin.

The national GOP at the time couldn’t give a gnat’s fart. They surrendered the whole west coast. Grifters and traitors all the way down.

We need leaders and organizers, but it feels like Cabal snuffs out anyone who shows promise on that front. Hitler 2.0 (to be intentionally hyperbolic) was probably killed as a 12 year old in a suspicious car accident.

And people scoff at my family making plans to flee the U.S. if necessary.

As hard as this is for reg ppl like us to do, I think the right thing to do as view everything that happens as part of negotiations btwn DJT and Cabal.

We are absolutely getting beaten up and down right now. Admitted. But that’s just on some of the fronts, not all.

Cabal is going to play up every purely tactical advance and mere change as a big win. Even if it doesn’t have strategic importance or is pyhrric.

But on the largest scale, this is all negotiations. That’s what war is. War is part of negotiations between two States.

Just like trials are a sign that one side has seriously miscalculated its strength. Almost always. 98% of the time. Probably more.

A huge number of cases settle on the courthouse steps right before the trial begins. Esp big cases with deep-pocket participants.

And then if someone miscalculates and takes it to a verdict, then negotiations begin again over the award.

The decision makers for Cabal are cold fish. They’re trying to convince DJT to settle on their terms. DJT is just shrugging and saying “nah, man. You settle on mine.”

And as the proofs escalate, the final “fair” price reveals itself to the competent.

For better or worse, DJT is a dealmaker, a negotiator. I think it’s for the best, but it’s hard to watch for me. And to take the blows Cabal is landing trying to prove their case.

I really do think this thing ends at a table with the DJT coalition and the Cabal coalition. DJT might not be around and someone else is put forward, there’s always someone.

I pray it is DJT gloating while Cabal signs the Peace Agreement (which they won’t honor for long).

God it would be great if W and Hillary and Barry put pen to paper for Cabal.

Fwiw, I agree totally with your description of post-Rev War US. Completely right imo. London did a fighting retreat and then counter-attacked. But it took a loooong time for them to “win”. The Civ War was largely a war against London. The South was largely a London colony. I think the North was insane and obsessed with bloodlust due to influence of a diff foreign entity (Khazars).

Wilson’s Admin was a great victory for them. Prob the greatest.

But there will always be foreign intelligence in the US. There is in every country.

The only way out is some Stalinist nightmare lasting generations. And even that wasn’t 100%. As we saw in the 1990’s when the usual suspects took over.

I think Putin’s and his siloviki backers have the right approach. And that is a tough tough path requiring actual saint-like patience.

Right. That’s what I’m saying. But counter-intel and anti-racketeering are constant processes.

Full spectrum dominance over the globe is impossible. Cabal can just retreat mostly to elsewhere keeping some of its network intact.

As much as I’d like to, the US can’t go full Hermit Kingdom until we go to space. And even then it’s impossible to eradicate Cabal.

Excellent recommendation. Thanks.
I knew Burr was a traitor but this essay provides the details; and Hamilton becomes a hero and a martyr.
The fact of bloodlines in the Scottisch Rite conspiracies adds credence to Miles Mathis’ emphasis on the control of the United States by the aristocratic bloodlines.

I can tell from this (and your previous posts) that you have a very strong finance background. I imagine you’re quite well off. Hence your highly logical problem-solving and emphasis on negotiation. I’m not a financial advisor but I do agree with a lot of your posts.

But this isn’t a finance war. It’s very different. There’s no market to move. Period. It’s far, FAR more primal.

I have very close friends in and from finance with track records just as good or better than what I imagine yours is. The most common mistake I think finance guys make is the “clean cut-ness” of the solutions they propose. They think every solution can be found through logic, which simply is not true. I think you’re making a similar mistake here.

There’s nothing to “settle”. There is nothing to negotiate. There is no middle ground. This isn’t Omaha or Texas hold’em. This is a brutal, do-or-die situation we’re all backed into.

The reality is that decision-makers are cold-fish. Especially true in Finance and Politcs and Industry and the Military.

DJT and his siloviki are cold-fishes. They’re still alive because they are cold-fishes. DJT puts on a show and he enjoys it tremendously but that dude’s mind is ice cold and crystal clear.

The decision-makers in Cabal are cold-cold-fish. Hillary is an ice-cold-fish.

They’re cruel and he is kind. But they’re all cold.

It is do-or-die for us and him.

Competent Industrialists and Politicians and Generals calculate resources and then evaluate possible objectives. Objectives are constrained by resources.

There just aren’t the resources to eradicate Cabal from the US. And there never will be. Cabal has never been eradicated.

But, in DJT we have a Statesman who can btfo Cabal as badly as Putin. And that’s an incredible thing. Even if it isn’t 100%. Even if it is only 50%.

And after he wins, he’ll have to fight Cabal until he dies. And so will we. But we’ll have the chance to do great things again. Positive things. We can put things in order. Not everything, but a lot of things.

And nowhere in there will there be a deal.
They are bent on absolute eradication of us and we must take the same position even if we can’t complete it 100%.

I think this misunderstands Khan. His expansion wasn’t exterminationist and he did cut deals. By the time he reached Europe and Russia his army was almost all conquered peoples.

It’s akin to thinking his army was almost all horse-archers.

He was a Statesman. Like Napoleon and Alexander. Who also famously cut deals all the time.

Zelensky’s core support was Kholomoisky and Reznikov. Both gone and in relative disgrace. I think Mercouris is right and this is to isolate Zelensky and pressure him to do US bidding or step down.

US bidding is to create a Korea style DMZ behind which glibohomo Int’l Finance can do what it does via “re-industrializing” UKR and bringing it into EU and NATO. All in prep for version 2.0 of the SMO in 10yrs after Vlad is gone.

Chris Masterjohn, a substack writer on nutrition, has a bit about salmon versus beef, for energy metabolism. His work is paywalled. He does a great deal of writing about micronutrients and the respiratory cycle. I read bits and pieces when he sends out emails, but I don’t pay that much attention.

Just, the beef and salmon energy contrast was something you had noted.

I’ll just add that I experience this too. I’m O-negative and via process of elimination over years settled on red meat (beef) and animal fat (beef) as the best for myself. As in, that’s what I eat +95% of the time (as per kcal ratio). Beef, 1/2 and 1/2 and butter.

Pork is almost indistinguishable from beef. And if I could find a reasonable source of non corn fed pork, I’d prob eat that 1:1 to beef because I like it. I think the digestive tract of pork means diet of animal is crucial concern unlike beef.

Chicken, at this point, doesn’t even feel like it provides anything nutritious. The eggs seem good in a weird way but my body registers almost no energy supply even adj for kcals.

This is woo-woo but I think the NFL coach who said not to eat chicken becaise it is a “nervous bird” was 100% right.

The nature of the animal is prob very important. I guess I am a cow or pig nature! Hahahbab

Idk what that says about Salmon. I like it raw A LOT like other fish. And I really like eel as the Zaps make it.

What are salmon like by nature?

Bison (esp) and Elk and Deer seem to suit me well also, but it is very lean.

Another weird thing is, as a kid growing up playing sports with the brothers, is that they seem to thrive on a fruit based diet. And when they switch to a meat heavy one it eff’s them up. I mean, as in, they can maintain absurd muscle mass and stay lean eating fruit and sweets and potatoes etc etc. It’s so wild.

If possible, I would not eat any high oil ocean fish on the assumption they have a lot of vitamin A. I ran across this guy who did an article on vit. A poisoning. It’s very good. Specifically, he uses data from extremely large populations. Like the whole eastern seaboard of Canada, Whole countries. He may be just a guy on the internet but his data appears to be irrefutable to me. Maybe he is wrong, but it would take some serious voodoo data twisting to make any sense out of the statistics he has on the extra illness from overconsumption of vit. A. It appears to show that large amounts of vitamin A, and understand they are fortifying our foods with this poison in large quantities, cause all sorts of health problems. In the real world, this research is Nobel Prize level or close, but in clown world instead they will just keep packing our food with stuff we don’t need. Just like they use fluoridation in the water. A known poison. I believe it was Sweden who made them take all the fortifying stuff out of cereals and other foods. Smart.

BTW note that Bill Gates, such a vax hero, sent a fortune genetically engineering rice to have large amounts of vitamin A in it,”to save the children”. At one time I thought this was noble but seeing all the things he has been involved in I’m not so sure now that his plans were not different from his stated goals.

I’ve been struck recently by the concept of the “double-edged sword”.

Specifically, how Cabal operations seem to be always “double-edged swords”.

It seems that everything they do hurts them as much as their enemy. Almost to a pyhrric extent.

Take DJT or UKR or ESG or BLM or 2008 or “Biden” or whatever one wants.

It’s so uniform that I’m tempted to say it is “a feature and not a bug”.

Clearly, there theological tones here of “the Devil breaks his tools” and “God wins in the end”.

And the obv counter that the “real” Cabal isn’t being effected.

Idk. I have the feeling this is one of those moments where I realize something brain-dead obvious that everyone else has known intuitively forever.

I’m also tempted to use the word “entropic” here, but I don’t really know what that word means…

“We are ready [for the conflict], although the result will come at a far greater cost to mankind than in 1945,” the politician [Medvedev] concluded.- TASS

I posted the TASS report ystdy. It’s Medvedev saying RUS is ready for head-to-head vs NATO.

But that’s a real headscratcher of a sentence.

On one had he’s saying mankind as a whole will lose big. And RUS is part of mankind. An obv statement but still shocking that he would say it.

On the other, he cites to 1945. That’s a real surprise. At first I read it as a reference to the onset of WWII. But that’s clearly not what he is saying.

1945 was the year the Axis collapsed. RUS declared victory. The Allies declared victory.

He must mean the atomic strikes on Japan.

The amazing thing is that obesity is so easy to treat.

Diet: avoid things that are processed or manufactured. I really don’t think most people can remain obese if they eat real food that they’ve prepared. There’s just limits to the amount of calories you can get out of real food. It takes an investment in time to prepare them. Obesity has really exploded with the availability of ice cream, snack chips, corn syrup, etc.

and do an hour of zone 2 exercise a day. Honestly, I don’t even think zone 2 is “exercise.” It’s just the kind of minimal movement that everyone used to do just to survive. It’s incredible that we’ve become so screwed up that we view walking, ie moving around with minimal effort, as “exercise.”

Everyone I have ever known who was obese was addicted to TV or other media and also addicted to processed foods.
