I have wondered if some of the gangstalked are in essence above the law, because there is no real record of their existence, as some kind of safety mechanism for the Conspiracy, since you do not really exist, at least on paper. An anon on 4Chan described a relative who was gangstalked and who ended up giving up on normal life, and just doing whatever he felt like. He began trafficking drugs, and got caught by a Sheriff, and there was some kind of hang up in his processing, and after a few hours a Deputy came out and let him go, saying they had gotten a call from the Federal Justice Department, telling them he was to be released without any charges. And supposedly he was caught with major weight, and should have been looking at around life in prison. But for some reason they could not put him in the system. I have wondered when we win this thing, if I would go to reup a driver’s license and find there is no record of me, and all my interactions with the system involved surveillance running in ahead of me, flashing IDs and taking over a window at the office, and handling my case as if I were in the system like everyone else.

When I see this next one I think surveillance vehicle. One of the old family friends I have who has gotten surveillance due to me, reported that the neighbors across and slightly down the street, every morning, would pull a new Jeep out of their garage and park it in front of their house, on a slight angle, pointing at the family friend’s driveway, before they got in their two other cars, and each took off for work. It is assumed the car is wired to transmit video, and there was some kind of rechargeable battery system which each night had to be pulled into the garage and recharged. So basically it contains the mRNA you are familiar with, and a complex of machines which will take the whole thing and reproduce it, like a virus, so if somebody encounters just one molecule which gets inside one cell, it will grow like a virus and produce more vaccine. Although their argument is they can use lower doses, and the vaccine will multiply in your cells up to larger doses, it sounds to me like that are trying to make the mRNA vaccine transmissible like a virus, and this is the first step. Not to mention they have no idea how large the amplification of the vaccine will be in cells in everyone, as it will likely vary with intracellular states and conditions (ie fasted vs unfasted, growing vs senescent or even catabolic, and so on). Unbelievably dangerous, and you can bet the testing will be half-assed to nonexistent. And simple peptide vaccines are still easier to synthesize/purify, and ship and handle, and they are proven and safer. I hope the coming war cleans these people out, because at this point, they are clearly a lethal threat at the level of the entire species. At this rate they appear on course to generate an airborne, infective, replicative vaccine, and sooner or later there is a good chance one of them will prove like a lethal virus, given the complexity of the subject and our lack of understanding of it.

If all there were, were eye symptoms consistent with burning, like blinding and burning, I would say yes. But you had skin symptoms, tissue swelling in the face, and blurred vision, which has been noted with Havana. Plus, an IR laser would require you hit each person in the eyes.

Re the Diddy double: The double’s eyes in 9/24 are closer together than the 5/24 photo, and the 9/24 hairline is different with a slight widow’s peak. Differences in brow size, too. If you’re an artist, you easily notice these features.

Here’s what the Russians have actually said. First they have repeatedly stated, and including presentations to the UN Security Council that most western long range missiles have built in protections to keep them from unauthorized use. National experts have special codes and programming needed to make the missiles work. Therefore, if one of those missiles gets launched into Russia, then it is proof a NATO country just attacked Russia. If NATO starts a war with Russia, then Russia will defend itself against NATO. If Russia finds itself under nuclear attack, it will respond in kind. Russia has made it clear that attacking a nuclear power plant in an attempt to create a nuclear disaster in Russia is a nuclear attack and Russia will respond proportionally. There is enough deliberate vagueness there to allow the Russians to respond with an attack against a NATO nuclear power plant using similar style weapons to what NATO may have used in their attack. In all of this, the Russians have been clear. They have no intention of using nuclear weapons, but if NATO wants to jump to that level, then Russia is willing to follow their lead.
Now go back and reread the article and see if that is what is said there, or did the article’s author use vague and slippery language to create the impression a Russian said something that actually he never did. Usually these articles are ambiguous, but sometimes they flat out lie.
I suggest we all take past history as a good indication for future conduct. The Russians had cluster munitions, which have been banned for years. Because they were banned, the Russians kept theirs in storage. When the Ukrainians began using cluster munitions given to them by the United States, the Russians made several public statements pointing out their use, waited a few days, then pulled their cluster munitions out of storage and have been using them heavily since then. This is because the Laws of War allow you to use a banned weapon if the other side uses it first. The same goes for phosphorous. The same will go for nuclear weapons. Russia will let NATO go first, but once they detect launch, they have already said they will immediately respond, and they will go straight for NATO capitals. That will only happen if NATO shoots first, but the Russians have promised, if that happens IT’S ON.

Someone asked about how this can be done. How it can be aimed and focused to one pinpoint target. So I am going to share what known technology we already understand and use to explain it. Radio waves have been understood since WWII when the British implemented radar to detect incoming planes from Germany. The concept is simple and relies on power output and antenna design.
A beam antenna concentrates a broadcast frequency from a source and the shape of the antenna aligns the output from the source into a straight beam. Just like a flashlight collects light from the central source bulb and by reflection directs it all one direction out the front. It is basically a parabolic mirror. Reflective antennas do the very same, they bounce radio waves just like a mirror does light. And just like an optical lens, the shape of the reflector can dictate where the focal point of the radiation will be.

So far this is pretty basic and most folks understand the principles behind how a parabolic satellite dish collects a weak signal and concentrates it towards a receiver antenna at the proper focal length from the center of the dish so it receives more of the signal. They are scattered weak signals until concetrated to a fine focal point. Now reverse the energy, instead of it receiving it is sending a beam out. This is utilized already with parabolic satellite uplinks from terrestrial emitters beamed at a satellite and radar.
Now concentrated beam antennas with a high output can smoke you if you get in front of them at the right focal length. And certain frequencies are more destructive than others. But here is where the fine targeting comes in, just like an optical lens with light, the shape of the reflector on the antenna can dictate focal length. and there are a couple ways to do this. But it is being reflected into a beam from the emitter output. It is basically a half lens shape reflector. But that parabolic shape can be changed and adjusted just like the shape of a lens to concentrate on different focal length points at different distances. The easiest way to do this is to have an array of separate reflector panels that can be separately aimed to the same point at a same distance. This is similar to how the James Webb Space Telescope works. It has multiple mirrors that are aligned towards one collection point.
Now imagine it being a radio wave output at high power, these panel reflectors can be aligned to one common point at any distance needed. The Webb Telescope is semi-parabolic, But it would not have to be, a flat panel array of multiple reflectors can do the same focal distance selection. Just like solar farms that concentrate and aim the sun at one point to create massive amounts of heat to generate power. Each mirror in a solar farm has to be aimed separately at the target point. And range is only limited by the power output. The exact focal point can be miles away. They already used this tech in old school Telephone Microwave relays back in the day of landlines. To hop over mountains rather than string wire.
Now there is also another technology that can be utilized to aim and pinpoint a target. Ham operators are familiar with passive reflectors in antenna design. these like in the example of a YAGI antenna take random waves and align them to be concentrated at the receiving element stubs. A new and simlar principle is used in a new antenna design called a “lens” antenna. It has a lens that can also be utilized to beam to particular focal spots just like an optical lens by changing the shape. These same lens antennas can be used to also concentrate the output to a single point at different distances. Again range only limited by output power.

Now… To detect a direction they could be coming from all it would take is a flat piece of metal a couple feet by a couple feet, aluminium will work. And a multi-frequency signal meter. With the meter behind the metal it will reflect/block and reduce the signal when you are pointing it at the incoming source but be strong in all other directions.

The powers in charge of America right now want America to be powerful once again, so the manufacturing economy will be restored along with law & order. Everything Trump wants will be rubber-stamped because of his landslide. Just a guess, I think the dollar will be stabilized by offering crude oil shipments as collateral for t-bills, hence why America’s oil spigots will be cranked open to degree never seen before.
What I think is happening is that Clown World intended America to tool up for WW3, and Q’s patriots have hijacked it and are going to rebuild America while avoiding war, just like Sam Adams did as president in using anti-French sentiment to justify building a navy while pursuing a peace treaty in secret.
