News Briefs – 08/04/2023

Here are some news stories that might be of interest. Most articles will be more or less summarized in the headline. You can skim the headlines and summaries, and click the links if they are of interest. Keep in mind, many of these reports are products of an unreliable news media, so although they will be what people are hearing and talking about, there is no guarantee any one of them is necessarily correct, and we have had cases of outright lies make it onto these pages.

We have an advertiser, The Daily Financial Trends – a financial news aggregator designed to deliver the data other financial sites deliver, but in a fraction of the time. Give them a click and see if you prefer getting your financial news there.

We maintain a light, news-story-only, very mobile-friendly  version of this site, with no comments, at https://www.rkpolitics.com

Former Attorney General Bill Barr warned Republicans to “be careful” of getting caught in former President Trump’s “carnage.” If I had to guess, these people he is talking to, who have also been indicted, are getting swarmed by the surveillance in a show of force during their normal days, and other people around them are repeating this phrase to them in their real lives, to tell them to turn on Trump, and testify against him. This use of this phrase makes me think Barr is definitely a bad guy, in the conspiracy, and not just playing some role. Again, he looks so genial and harmless, like a basset hound’s face. But he likely knows Sept 11th was done purposely, all the brave warriors who died and were maimed since then didn’t have to be, and his conspiracy is now destroying the country, and burning cities to the ground in every election. And he is fine with it. Under that genial surface, the man is a shark, a total psychopath.

You can argue with them until you are blue in the face, and they will still simply seize power, if you do not oppose them physically. If you want this to stop, you have find men with morals and decency, and they have to let everyone know that morals and decency are back, and anyone who disagrees will meet force. What America really needs is to be poised where everyone honors the system, because it is better than the violence which awaits otherwise. Right now, the violence does not await, so criminals ignore the system and take what they want, unafraid of any consequence.

John Dean: If Trump is not convicted, ‘We don’t have the Democracy we believe we have.’ In Cabal speak, democracy is code for their conspiracy to subvert democracy and freedom. This sounds like Dean is telling everyone else in Cabal, “None of us know what is going on, and a lot of us are afraid maybe our conspiracy is no longer in control. We should all look at the Trump case, and if he is not convicted, then we will know, we are all in deep shit, our command has lost control, and they will be coming for us next.” Maybe they know as little as we do about the command and what is really going on. It makes me wonder if Q was right, and if things go down, they will all begin to self-terminate in a suicide weekend, rather than face the music for what they have done.

A good video of Cabal actors calling on Republican electors to put Hillary in the White House instead of Trump, as they tried to overthrow the 2016 election. I hope whatever Q is thinking will happen takes these people out. Every one of these traitors knew what happened on 9/11, and exactly who was behind it. They supported the wanton murder of innocent Americans that day. The people who were caught on fire, and jumping from those towers, were seen by them as simply a necessary sacrifice so they could live like kings. Every one of them knows about the surveillance that is betraying you and supports it. Every one has the blood of the American troops which came after on their hands. Decent Americans should not have to share their country with traitors like these, walking free in it. Nor should they be allowed to escape for convienence or simplicity. Some things are worth doing the right way. Creating the new America is one of them. Regardless, this video was them, trying to let the Cabal members involved in Trump’s electoral win know what Cabal expected of them. I am guessing when Trump took the electoral college, they were all left frightened and wondering if it was a sign something had gone wrong.

Idaho murders suspect Bryan Kohberger’s lawyers claim he ‘has a long habit of going for drives alone at night’ and ADMIT he did so on the night of the killings. State is also refusing to name a lab involved in the investigation for some reason. I have thought if there were no surveillance, there is little that would be nicer than cruising on a motorcycle through dark rural areas of America at 2AM, under the Milky Way, while the world sleeps. Stop off in the darkest area, and lay out in a field, looking up at the clouds of stars of the Milky Way spread across a pitch black sky, as nobody else has any idea what you are doing. Right now there are people who do this, and I understand why. And whenever they took that first ride, their neighborhood monitor heard the car start up and begin driving, and wondered, “What are they up to?” And they tracked them until they found out. Eventually, they just knew when the car started up, what was going on. Right now, somewhere, there are files I could go to, if we could locate them, which would have all the people who do this in them, and where they drive to. If surveillance were going do a murder like this, and needed somebody to pin it on, they could easily locate somebody who took  such drives, and who did so in the target area. I don’t know if this guy did this or not, but I know those girls were under surveillance at the food truck, and I know the couple who lived nearby whose dog was skinned had a Postal Service Truck of Death parked outside their home when the Google Car drive by, and I know the owner of the rental it happened in is now bulldozing a perfectly good rental right next to the university for no reason, in a way which will make insurance very unlikely to recompense him for it, leaving him out a $300,000 house and the yearly income it provided. And until it is destroyed, he has installed a mobile security guard booth, and given the home 24/7 security, to prevent anyone from examining the crime scene.

It works for me. I went on a keto diet a year and a half ago. It only took a month or so before the allergies and arthitis went away.

Have you “fat adapted”. Some do, I sure did. My endurance ability is prob better now than it was on a carb centric diet.

And extended fasts are zero problem now.

Pablo, a Keto diet is essentially high fat intake and very low carb intake.

The general theory isn’t complex. The human body can run on two diff fuels but not both at the same time. Think of it as a car with the option to run diesel or gasoline or a hybrid vehicle. Most everyone today runs their body on the engine that uses carbohydrates as the fuel source. The other engine does not use carbohydrates as the source and won’t engage when carbs are taken in above a very low level. In order to get the other system to engage, carbs must be restricted to very low levels. This is not 100% true but it is true enough.

Now, the switch has to occur while the vehicle is moving in our analogy and that can cause some temporary issues. Many complain of flu like symptoms during the initial change. This can be short or long.

There is almost always a decrease in endurance capacity when the switch is made. And also a general disinclination to perform endurance tasks. This eases over time.

There appears to be a second change after an extended time on the diet, usually about 1 year. At that point the body becomes able to utilize fat for endurance efforts at least as well as it used to use carbs.

The diet is called ketogenic because ketones are extracted in the urine and sometimes breathe once the switch to the new engine has been made. Think of it as evidence the new engine is being used.

John’s Hopkins University did a lot of btilliant work in the past on the benefits of running on this different engine.

The famous Atkins diet is ketogenic. As is the current Carnivore diet. But there are others.

A ketogenuc diet is simply one very very low in carbs. But that leaves a lot of room for fat and protein to be at diff ratios. This can accomplish diffetent things. And have sig differences in results.

Johns Hopkins used what is generally called a “threapeutic” ketogenic diet. That meant a specific ratio of fat to protein. This was to control things like epilepsy.

But that sort of control isn’t necessary for most.

So, to do the diet, one limits carbs to a very very low level and keeps it there. And one endures the initial issues of the engine change. A commitment of at least 2mnths is required in my opinion.

Benefits are from a stabilization of blood sugar levels. And decreased food drive and better access to fat stores.

Drawbacks are the intial transition phase and more expense in food.

It’s easier to go carnivore than counting carbs and macros for a ketogenic diet.

Unless your’re moving from rice and potatoes to Kobe beef, there’s not really any difference in grocery prices.

The hypoallergenic effects would be worth it even if I didn’t lose a bunch of weight.

Yes. I am Carnivore as well. I guess, mostly. I think it is more expensive. But not enough to bother me.

I also believe that pork fed on Corn etc etc should be avoided. Their different digestive system means that the corn diet messes up the n3/n6 ratio.

And that NFL coach was right: chickens are nervous animals and eating their meat should be minimized.

I always laugh when I remember Owsley Stanley was a huge Carnivore guy.

Plenty of old judokas getting around without major issues. I surf with two others. Same vintage, but they were in that game far longer than me.

Bear in mind that the best versions so far are the portuguese and spanish ones. The one in english is understandable, and theretofore, useful for substaining the point that in a list of countries, the elections are rigged, and as all those countries have electronic voting, the electronic voting itself is made to commit fraud to gain access to the easy money of the government as well as the power to persecute and destroy enemies, to the level of even genociding entire nations, both in the own country and abroad. Sadly my first translation of april 2023 gives uncanny valley due to me “forcing the march” while translating it with goolag translator, and I have been a mixture of busy, tired and distracted as well as its somewhat demanding to finish polishing the text.

Will also add some interesting stuff to the 2nd and for this year final version.

> Chicago police supervisors ordered the cops to terminate efforts to pull the robbers over.

The old Second City Cop blog covered Chicago PD’s problems in detail. The supervisors are an entirely different cadre from the patrolmen, and there’s essentially no path from patrolman to supervisor.

Promotions in CPD come from “merit”, not any quantifiable metrics. It’s a patronage system. They nominate and hire people with few or no qualifications; they never see any street time, they go directly into the ranks of the bosses. Only the low-level schmucks go outside the station where it’s dangerous.

They’re also unionized, and the union supports the status quo. It has also been backed by most of the previous city administrations.

As to Joe Rogan’s comments on Bud Light, I’d be hesitant to take such comments at face value. I think an important task for Rogan is to create a public persona that is not easily pigeonholed. Sure, Rogan says that he doesn’t like Trump and doesn’t want to help him. But there’s plenty of clips of Rogan talking about things Trump has done or said and you can tell there is admiration there.

Rogan needs to create a public image of an independent. I think he makes statements on various topics to strengthen that perception. He’s a very shrewd guy.

A guy I used to work for deep in the hood used to climb the pole to hook up the cable where we worked for all the pay channels back when it was all analog. The first few times it was manually shut back off in less than 24 hours. Then they just left it be for a few years. He checked again and there was a digital box on there that was turned on/off remotely. We wondered how they knew so fast, best we could figure they had some way of knowing when it was hooked up or not, but we couldn’t figure out how something like that would work. Seeing this makes me wonder if someone saw him, made sure what he was up to and put it back out of habit. Once they saw he wasn’t messing with any of their stuff they let it be so he’d quit monkeying around with the pole.

It’s remarkable how creepy, blowhard and false these actors are in their patriotism doublespeak. What they do convey however, is intensity, as if their secret comms to the initiated and their propaganda to the useful idiots are of very deadly seriousness. Once you see this beast you can’t unsee it and video evidence like this only confirms the conspiracy.

While I agree on the sentiment, it is a hard prayer since it also falls on the one praying. You have to be willing to be judged with the same rod and accept the results on yourself. Think twice or prepare well (drastic repentance) before praying this…

Steve Morris
Steve Morris

In the parable the faithful are judged with the staff, it can be harsh but more akin to a spanking. The rod is not even for the lost, it’s for the wicked. Best explanation I’ve heard is, it’s like your in a dark alley and you’re being followed by thugs ready to rob you, then you see a figure coming toward you with a spiked club but as he gets closer you realize the guy with the club is Jesus and the club ain’t for you. It fits the good Shepard archetype, you never see a Shepard clubbing the hell out of one of his lambs.

Readers here should consider signing up at You.gov to respond to polls. I received and responded to questions in recent surveys that are referenced in the news stories above. They usually only take a few minutes. Sometimes, they ask for qualititative responses like….”why do you disagree with Blackrock’s ESG policy” so I always make the most of those opportunities.

Some researcher from St. Louis University had a survey earlier this week that was allllll about President Trump, and felonies etc. He asked questions about “our democracy” so I added comments about the US actually being a constitutional republic.

I think most people who do these surveys are Dems and blue-haired feminists, so I see this as doing my part to throw sand in the gears.

He even taunted the socialist government of bolivia saying that “We will coup whoever we want, deal with it!”

It was about the lithium for his cars. He implied being a federal agent.

AC I went about the surveillance state in america including the private intel agencias being hired by global banks like jpMorgon in my first book on the liberturdians ( which I found are funded at least by the U.S. British, German, dutch, and other governments + their private backers)

Yes. Musk is clearly a DoD front. But there are many factions in the DoD. Musk seems to be working for a faction that does not want to wrap up the US as a business.

Russia today seems to have the fortune the American colonies had, back when this nation was Godly.”

If does feel like the torch has passed to Russia from what was once this American beacon on the hill. As Russia enters a virtuous cycle America seems to have fallen into a vicious cycle. Yet, the Q backchannel presaged all this and Trump’s whole being constantly exposes the darkness to light. This process of Good is as coordinated as the conspiracy of Evil it reveals.

The mainstream news we are exposed to here in the US will be distressing for the next couple of years. With our faith in God we will get through this. Imagine America and Russia as blood-brothers and partners. Together we can annihilate evil in the world and return it to the beautiful, life-giving garden He intended it to be. Christian, or not, China will contribute to this mutually beneficial multipolarity because the Great Awakening we are entering exposes all evil everywhere.

It would be nice to fast forward this movie ten years or so and to already be enjoying the sunny epilog with our loved ones but that’s not how we get there. For now have faith, stand up for yourself, call out the bs narrative, call out the surveillance, support Trump, prepare for the next round of social control. Be strong.

re: Bill Barr showed his colors by defending the murders at Ruby Ridge

The Senate Judiciary Committee hearings for Attorney General nominee William Barr have focused heavily on Barr’s views on Special Counsel Robert Mueller. But nobody is asking about Barr’s legal crusade for blanket immunity for federal agents who killed American citizens.

Barr received a routine questionnaire from the Judiciary Committee asking him to disclose his past work including pro bono activities “serving the disadvantaged.” The “disadvantaged” that Barr spent the most time helping was an FBI agent who slayed an Idaho mother holding her baby in 1992…

That charitable work (for an FBI agent who already had a federally-paid law firm defending him) helped tamp down one of the biggest scandals during Barr’s time as Attorney General from 1991 to early 1993. Barr was responsible for both the U.S. Marshals Service and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, two federal agencies whose misconduct at Ruby Ridge “helped to weaken the bond of trust that must exist between ordinary Americans and our law enforcement agencies,” according to a 1995 Senate Judiciary Committee report.

>Curious – Another night of armed robberies, Chicago police officers radioed that they had located the robbers driving around the area, and, once again, Chicago police supervisors ordered the cops to terminate efforts to pull the robbers over.

To be fair, armed robbery gangs in Chicongo probably outgun the average police unit by a factor of 100. Probably 4-6 armed guys in the car driving around, all armed, probably with full auto glocks and rifles, supported by additional gang QRFs with even more firepower.

The fact it was allowed to get this bad is proof cabal exists as a real police force would be hunting these people down from the get-go, but these could be well-meaning officers trying to save their teammates from getting bullet-hosed the second they pop the lights on.

I’m sure this is totally 100% organic support and has nothing at all to do with the several million dollars Bud Light probably paid Rogan to shill their pisswater.

Just another tick on the “Rogan is a dumbass shill and nothing on his show can be taken as fact in any regard” meter.

Jeez, dude. Relax. It’s not required that people continually spout whatever it is that you want to hear in order for them to be legitimate or for them to do good and useful things. Joe Rogan isn’t an investigative journalist. He hosts specialists who blab about their areas of expertise. If he has someone on you respect, enjoy it. If he has someone on you don’t like, you are under no obligation to agree.

JMO, WRT Trump the other side has one option only, and through court control they are maneuvering into the pre-planned circumstances. Physical isolation, and precise location known. IMO, should this occur, it will be seen to have been what was happening all along.

Understood, this is my intuitive sense of things; I am no deep thinker.

Is this opinion worth expressing? I see the downside.

The upside would seem to be, “we see what you are doing.” Not, “we know what you did,” but a groundswell of warning which undermines the inevitability because it pre-frames the inevitable.

Regarding “This movie sucks”. In all good Hero’s Journey movies, by the end of Act II, all hope is lost. There is no path to victory. The hero is defeated, and evil will prevail. You might as well leave the theater or switch to another movie on Netflix. But then Act III happens.

I don’t think we’re at the end of Act II yet. But in any case, we know these indictments against GEOTUS are ridiculous bullshit, and they all come out the exact day after something major drops on Brandon or Hunter’s corruption. We know it’s bullshit. I’ve been posting lately that if Trump gets another indictment, he gets a free Diet Coke. Hopefully we’ll enter Act III next year.

This is a Gandalf allowing the Scouring of the Shire level bad plot.
Irreparable damage is being done to the country just so Trump and Q can have a bigger “I told you so” and turn a few fringe losers to our side. (who will then be the seeds of future decay and destruction)

Saruman should have been killed when they came across him free after he enchanted the Ents to let him go and Brandon should have been removed while we still had a strategic petroleum reserve and many other things that are gone, possibly forever.

It’s a horrible stupid movie, there’s a reason the movies killed Saruman early and never had the destruction of the Shire.

Wrong.
The damage was still repairable, and cabal made it seem worse than it would have been without them.

Just allowing the importation of millions of barbarians (most of whom are cabal lackeys) is an unforgivable element of this stupid movie.

The damage is not irreparable, Jerusalem was destroyed, all it’s people carried off to slavery and the fight wasn’t over. In the end salvation came from sacrifice, and most didn’t understand. On that score we’re still in act II. Things can get much worse before people finally understand, repent, and go a little farther down the road without repeating the same mistakes. Make no mistake, the sin will always creep in over time, how much time depends on the severity of the lesson. That which does not kill us makes us stronger. Stay strong, stay faithful, hope, love, and charity, and the stronger by far is love.

Ooooh Kay, so… This needs a deep deep dive, but, just on the I’m sure sterilized wiki page. Ahem, Donald Barr, born to a Jewish family but converted to catholicism which Billy described as more Catholic than the Catholics. Parents were educated(psychologist mother and economics father) OSS WWII, then went right into high level education planning for the US Gov. Gets hired as the dean of an ultra elite prep school where he hires Jeffery Epstein, despite Epstein not finishing his college degree and only being 21 years old. Writes a sci-fi novel in 1973 about a world ruled by elite oligarchs who engage in child sex slavery.
In short this guy glows like no other. And yes, Bill Barr got Lon Hochul off for murder twice, once for Vikki Weaver at Ruby Ridge, and again at Waco where it is heavily suspected Hochul was the shooter that sprayed the branch davidions as they escaped the fire unarmed. They were also double tapped to the head to make sure there were no survivors.
