He shows the screenshot of the screen, which shows USB boot enabled, which was a third option, to boot from a USB stick somebody brought with still different software. The question is were any of those remote or USB boot option software packages reviewed and/or certified by the election certification bodies?

One, they said there is an active investigation by Albany Police of a criminal report filed by his staffer who alleged he grabbed her breasts without consent. It appears to be getting investigated about as aggressively as Hunter’s video of him banging his underaged niece. But the more interesting point is Cuomo, in his statement, said he was broaching a staffer’s sexual assault because he had a sexual assault happen to a very close family member, who was raped in high school. It sounded like it may have been the daughter who says she is one of those non-heterosexual identities. If so, Biden’s daughter was sexually assaulted so brutally in a house she can’t even remember what happened in it, and Cuomo’s daughter may have been raped as well, and it appears neither got investigated or dealt with. I wondered when I heard it if Cabal tested an asset’s loyalty by telling them, “Your daughter is going to be raped brutally tomorrow night by one of our bulkier high school surveillance kids at the party she is going to. If you don’t stop it, and give us your daughter to rape through acquiescence, we will assume your loyalty is complete, and know we can trust you – and your political star will rise.” Seems very coincidental so many of these high-ranking politicos have children who have been raped, the rapists seem to not care they are raping a Governor’s or Senator’s daughter (which I would think any criminal would assume could bring serious heat), and the rapes seem to go unpunished. I mean Brandy Vaughn is killed because she said vaccines are bad, but Cuomo’s daughter is raped, and he never called a friend in the Cabal ground-intel/gangstalking/assassination operation, and nothing ever came of it?

w.r.t to Cuomo. The most straightforward interpretation of the facts is of course that they’re just trying to get rid of him and distract from his far more damning actions in the nursing homes. But if he was just a compliant cabal asset taking orders from a machine and it was clear that he was gonna get taken down over the nursing home scandal, wouldn’t he just bow out gracefully and disappear with a sack of cash in tow? If he didn’t, surely a “crazed trump supporter*” would just take him out. Furthermore, if cabal can’t maintain control over the narrative to sweep this under the rug, then they would surely get badly fucked over regardless of whether or not Cuomo personally takes the fall.
My suspicion is that what’s really going on is that there’s a major power struggle within the cabal with Cuomo representing one side and Pelosi representing another. Hell I wouldn’t be surprised if what we think of as Cabal is more of an endlessly shifting pool of intelligence resources with a bunch of gangs/cults/secret-societies existing in an unstable equilibrium where they’re always fighting for control of those assets. The lower level operators probably never have any kind of close contact with their handlers, so if that handler got iced out by some enemy faction, that faction could just take all the relevant information on the given asset that the original faction used to control it, plug itself in to the relevant channels and the asset would be none the wiser. The obvious question then would be why they don’t just expose each other in the press. But that would amount to a form of mutually assured destruction, so obviously they don’t do it except in very limited, controlled instances** where the victimised party can’t respond in kind without further screwing themselves.
Of course, the more prosaic alternative is that Cuomo is terrified that he’s gonna get assassinated anyway, and that he probably has a considerable security detail that answers directly to him which he would lose if he walked away from the governors mansion.

It is definitely in the mix, but I think as an asset and not a command structure. Five eyes came about way after Cabal was already in full control. And as the eponymous Q pointed out it actually contains a mechanism to facilitate people like Hillary selling secrets, because it is designed to not log access to intelligence by one nation while in another. So anyone who wants to pull something and sell it just has to go to another five eyes nation and pull the data at the overseas location. It also probably facilitates spying on citizens by letting one nation spy on another nation’s citizens, and then giving that intel product to the original nation. Though I have to say, I have plenty of Americans spying on me illegally, so I am not sure such a legal work-around is even needed anymore.
And it probably raises the question of what Cabal really is, and if a change in the dominant forces running cabal means Cabal is different, or the same and under new management. I’ve seen speculation the first major intel operation was the Military Intel wing of the Akkadian Empire, and what those intel chiefs built is what infiltrated other nations, recruited networks, and created the first iteration of Cabal, as a supra-state operator with no real geographic basis.
From there, it may have centered itself in nations, brought on new actors and eliminated old, among other forms, drifting into the Roman Empire, then stepping into the Church as Rome fell, then hiding behind the Royals, slipping into America, bringing in Middle Eastern Oil empires, uniting the Five Eyes, and so on. The question is, if the entire networks are the machine, does it matter who runs them.
Some here don’t think China is a central node, but I am not entirely sure. For one, I would point to our news media and cultural programmers in Hollywood, and how they will kowtow to China on a moment’s notice. I’ve obviously heard of gangstalking victims in the West heading to China and expecting China’s intel would keep the ground intel of the gangstalking at bay, but they found it was fully operational over there. China has either flooded its own cash into our political systems (think Clinton in the 90’s, or Biden today) and taken control of our politicians, in which case China has control of Cabal’s network, or it is working for Cabal. And then there is the relentless theft of our technology and manufacturing. If I was Cabal, I would not let the major power of the west lose its technology and manufacturing base to China unless I wanted China to win the next world war. And I’d only want China to win the next world war if they were my asset or they were my boss.
You have to understand the extent of the intelligence operation controlling the US. Espionage does not happen. There are no dead drops, or human sources, or ground intelligence operations. They have files on everyone, and know who is interesting. Whoever is interesting, if they dump their phones and have an untrackable older car, is being traced by sound from the polls, and hidden poll cams and traffic cams, and running into their observation posts in residential homes on corners, and posted bums and beggars at important decision points, and probably more tech like electronic scanners reading toll payment systems and even credit cards, and if you head somewhere isolated they will call in aviation and send in foot surveillance and bicyclists and dog walkers. And the machine is there to fully cover everyone interesting.
The idea we have foreign surveillance in the nation is a meme to make us think the national environment is not controlled to the degree it is. “Hey, anon, look at how this spy tooled us with a wig and a fake nose and glasses, and stole all our national security secrets, or how this handful of Muslims who left their plane on a runway and walked away from it took down the twin towers, and we had no idea it was coming, because our nation has so much privacy and so little control over society. But fortunately when you go home and close your door and are with your family you have complete privacy, and can talk freely in your home.” It’s like I think nations may be a meme to keep us thinking there is no way all this shit is controlled, because other nations would reveal it because they are fighting with our government and would love to embarrass it.
When something happens today where somebody is giving secrets to China, or China stole our W88 warhead design, or got some supercomputer tech – that was not stolen. It was supplied. I don’t know what Robert Hansen was doing, but I know if he was legitimately spying for the Russians, somebody knew 100% what was going on all along, just like I know 100% the domestic intelligence machine I see in front of my house knew 9/11 was coming, and would have been all over those hijackers. They have too much control to not have noticed those hijackers and gone in for a closer look.
Some here have made a case Cabal is more fractious, and consists of multiple organizations battling for control and only loosely working together, but I don’t think the world tends to work that way. I think Intel operations are kind of like gravity aggregating matter together over time into planets, or the entropy of systems always growing. I think intel operations naturally tend to aggregate into one command structure because intel ops are always trying to infiltrate each other and corrupt each other, and over time somebody wins and takes control and consolidates power. It may be loose, but it is one structure that is stable, barring a rare cataclysmic event that temporarily fractures it before the pieces begin trying to corrupt and control each other again, and that reunites it one way or another into one organization.

Great summary, AC. I’ve tended to lean towards the Cabal factions theory – mafia-like families or aristocracies – but maybe I’m naive and haven’t accepted the even worse reality. Your view that this all ultimately, inevitably must aggregate over time makes a lot of sense. In which case, there really is a top of the pyramid. It has probably been with us for hundreds of years, if not longer, and is utterly entrenched.
What do you think is the best outcome for the good guys? Do you think this time is any different? Is it possible more of us than ever before have a greater understanding of how deep this goes and can better resist the false flags, fake narratives etc? I guess I’m curious what level of optimism/pessimism you’re at.
I don’t think you will ever get rid of intel trying to control everything. The force of it, the advantage it gives is too strong. Doesn’t mean you don’t resist, I think the ecosystem requires resistance.
Within intel, I think there is a decent chance the forces might be roughly balanced, with the advantages of child-trafficking pedo-blackmailers with demon worship on one side driving consolidation (That level of control it offers over assets will be desired, and I think the demonic may even give it additional tangible power), and the level of hatred and disgust of all that motivating opposite cliques to continually resist, as well as God’s grace, offering an equal force driving splintering and overthrow on the other.
Whether the system will trend to one side or the other may just come down to our free will. I think there is a good chance we can get a world out of this now run by good people who will leave us alone at some point. But right now, if it happens, it will be luck, because the citizenry is way to ignorant to produce it itself.
We have to educate everyone that this is how the world works. This fairy tale that everyone plays by Marquis de Queensbury rules, and conspiracies never happen, and believing in them is a mark of a damaged psychology, and there is no such thing as personal, mass surveillance of society, and everyone is always good and the system has checks and balances that no conspiracy will mess with – that all needs to be beaten out of the people. In the various witch programs we see on television, the witch always has a “familiar.” This is actually the demon bound to her that fuels her power. Looking at the Chinese, I think if we do get a real President, the Chinese will feel compelled to try something crazy, maybe like a real covert bioweapons release. I don’t think so. There’s cycles to things and the Chinese are on an up cycle that should last for several hundred years. Doesn’t mean they won’t have set backs but they will be brief.
I can’t prove it really. If you read about and pay attention to such things you will notice that, it’s just the way things work out. I can’t give (solid)reasons why. The ones I can give will seem contrived. All I can say is things just work this way.
They have very competent management. Recently they decided to crack down on all social media, large internet based companies like Jack Maw and to pour all their resources into making hard goods and software for these hard goods. That alone anyone with good sense can see is a recipe for success.

I’ve tried to be positive. Even as I noted continuously the constant failures on Trumps part. He talked a good game and moved the pieces around on the board but never actually did anything decisive. Anything he did was really already cooked into the books. His attacks on the press merely accelerated that which already was in place. He put horrible people in charge and refused to get rid of those that were also horrible that he could have, all the while abandoning his friends and allies to the wolves.

Sigh..it’s always been that way. There’s a 250 year cycle of countries rising up and becoming an empire and then falling to pieces. This cycle has held for thousands of years. The empires fall behavior is exactly as we see in our government now. The people that move up into power are evil and want nothing but power and have no ability to run anything. Nor do they care as long as they are in power.
It’s very sad as having a decent amount of people doing the right thing could actually turn things around. We see this in Rome where the western part fell completely to pieces but the eastern portion continued on in good shape for a really long time. I think the Eastern Roman empire, Byzantine empire, was the longest lived empire in human history.
