Last week, Israel began administering third vaccine doses to people with weakened immune systems, including organ transplant recipients and those with autoimmune diseases. I have laid out how anybody with a brain would expect this vaccine to cause some degree of autoimmunity in healthy people. I saw the entire clip, and most of what Eastman actually said is that if fraud was found over the selection of the electors, the country is in uncharted waters. The Constitution just doesn’t go into much detail on this.
I’ve argued in comments that if even fraud was found, the Electoral College result can not be fixed simply. The problem is that the Electoral College is not an ongoing legislative body. Its an electorate, where the electors vote once and that is it. They don’t even assemble, but vote in polling booths in fifty state capitals. Plus Congress meets once and certifies that the electors are actually qualified to make up the electorate, which it did for the 2020 election in January.
There are two issues here, and I think Eastman confuses them. Before Congress certified the Electoral College vote in January, it had the option of decertifying the electors in the six contested states, and those state’s electors would simply have not participated in the election. This happened in a couple Civil War and Reconstruction era presidential elections, electors from the Confederate states were not counted at all. They could have certified alternative slates of electors. Congress could potentially have delayed the certification vote, the actual Constitutional deadline (not the federal statute) is January 20th, and possibly Congress could delay certification past that point and the President would be an Acting President selected in accordance with the Presidential Succession Act, until the Electoral College result was finally certified. This is what Eastman is talking about
But Congress did certify the result. The Electoral College having voted and Congress having certified the result, at a minimum Congress would have to rescind its certification. Even if it could do that, all six contested states would have to be decertified completely, with the electoral votes not counted, to produce a Trump EV majority. Otherwise, whenever Congress changed hands, it could just revisit the results of the last presidential election and start substituting slates of electors for the electors previous Congresses certified. So at the most, you order the electors to meet in their state capitals and vote again for President and Vice President, but not the electors of the six contested states. This is really messy. And the vote was already taken and certified.
The elections to Congress itself are different, since its an ongoing legislative body, so in those cases the courts just void the elections and order new elections for the remainder of the term. Even then, this does not invalidate the votes cast in the legislature by the fraudulently elected legislatures. I do think evidence of fraud could well wind up in resulting in Republican majorities in both houses before November 2022, due to courts ordering new elections.
Not incidentally, based on what is coming through on my Quora feed, the narrative the news media will be selling to the normies is that the audits were done and confirmed that Biden won, regardless of what the audits actually show.
There are no rules anywhere today though because we live in an intel/surveillance-driven world. What happens is merely determined by who is in power and what they can do with it. If Q-forces are in power, anything they want to happen can happen, because most of our leaders are dirty, and most those which are not want to live and not be killed. The Republicans and the Vice President are traitors. All of them except the few that refused to certify the vote. If we can prove the fraud and they all knew about it they should be tried for treason.
On the other hand if the States prove unequivocally that it was all fraud, and it was, then there’s a clause in contract law, a very basic one, that if there is no real contract then the whole thing is null and void. A fraudulent contract is NOT a contract. It is not binding.
An example (not the best, I bet Phelps could come up with a better one but this is off the top of my head) if some guy comes in and threatens you and makes you sign a contract for which you get next to no profit, or consideration, then it’s really not a contract. NO VALUE WAS EXCHANGED to both sides. Saying I’m not going to break your leg is really no value to one side.
So if the electors vote based on fraud they didn’t “really” vote at all. The whole thing was a fraud so it can’t really be counted. This means that any electors that voted under conditions of fraud are voided. Their votes don’t count and since the system says the count is done then the only electors votes that “were not” fraudulent would be counted and Trump is President.
It is a well known legal principle and they could use it without twisting legal principles at all.
That being said it’s a bit of a talmudic way to do things and I think the best way to put Trump back in would be to vote him in as the leader of the House and then impeach Biden and Kamala.

As far as I can see, that is saying it is primarily a Chinese/global Marxist operation. Outside of using the Russian infiltration of Norway in the 40’s, I don’t see any of his sources saying they saw Russians setting up military camps in Mexico or shooting at Border Patrol.
I think Putin sees Soros and Cabal as an enemy, and given what they did in Ukraine (or in the US for that matter) I don’t blame him. To that end, I don’t expect him to treat the US as an ally while Cabal is running it.
To amend my earlier comment, once the President and Vice President are sworn in, the only remedy I can see for their being fraudulently elected is impeachment and removal, or they are shamed into resigning. One of the theories of societal change you hear our side bat back and forth is that of accelerationism, ie make things so bad that it causes such a shock to the system that the normies, moderates and such recoil back and push the needle back towards the right corner. Think about that, it’s summer and the vaxxed are already getting hospitalized, their immune systems are compromised just as was predicted by many of the doctors on our team.

I’m not saying you are wrong but I don’t think you can make this work. In the past there was no pill and no abortion. Girls got pregnant and people got married. People used to get married much earlier. With the extended childhood due to stretching out of school it’s absurd that no one can have sex.
Out of all the drives of people after air, water, food there’s sex as next in the line. It’s a very powerful drive and it’s not going to be easy to shut it off.

Does anyone else remember news stories about how the drug companies were NOT going to use monkeys or apes for virus testing because of “bioethics”? I remember thinking that was idiotic, given the mortality claims at the time. That was before people started connecting the dots and we learned we were being bald-facedly lied to.
Good catch. I do remember an article like that now that you mention it. I wonder if there is something else they are doing behind the scenes, and they drained the monkey supply doing it, and this is just a cover story because they needed a few mil to keep the monkeys flowing.

Many, many animals are far more brilliant than anybody would believe. Without a big post, living in the woods growing up, I came to learn even the birds have empathy, and personality. And funniest of all, they view us as powerful, maybe almost magical beings, but they have no desire to interact with us – until something happens where they realize we could help. I have actually had a catbird of all things, approach me persistently and then lead me to a friend who was caught up in some birdnetting stretched over berries in the garden, all so I would free his buddy.
I was always amused, because he knew he could come to me at the house and lead me back, and I would free his friend. But other than that he had no use for me, and I never saw him again. Challenges to the presidential electors for GA, MI, NV, and WI all failed when the House members making the objections failed to gain the support of a single U.S. Senator. Together these states comprised 48 EV, which was more than enough to flip the election result. But what if a duly elected U.S. Senator was unable to participate in that process because a fraudulent pretender was wrongfully certified in his/her place? Would that make the entire Jan. 6-7th certification of Joe and Ho’s “victory” null and void in either a quo warranto action, or reopening of that certification by Congress?
The Houses of Congress by the Article I, Sec. 5 of the U.S. Constitution are the judge of election of their respective members. (But the constitution makes no mention of Congress being the judge of the election of presidential electors.) A fraudulently elected Congressional pretender would likely be unmasked first by some action at the state level. This would be either a state official decertifying the election, a state judge making such a determination through a writ of quo warranto, (or a similar legal action even if not entitled as such), or a resolution of the state legislature. Once that is done, it would trigger the appropriate House of Congress to revoke recognition of that member. That would be followed by either the certification and recognition of the actual winner, or if that is impossible to determine, the appointment of an interim senator by the state governor.
Once that is done, that senator could and should make the argument in Congress that the the Jan. 6-7th certification process was illegal, or that state’s AG could make a similar argument at SCOTUS through quo warranto. With the obvious election fraud in AZ, GA, and MI, more than one senate seat could be reversed and start this process. Since flipping one senate seat would change control of the U.S. Senate, that should be a focus as a first step in addressing the fraudulent 2020 election returns.
