News Briefs – 06/04/2024

Untitled

Here are some news stories that might be of interest. Most articles will be more or less summarized in the headline. You can skim the headlines and summaries, and click the links if they are of interest. Keep in mind, many of these reports are products of an unreliable news media, so although they will be what people are hearing and talking about, there is no guarantee any one of them is necessarily correct, and we have had cases of outright lies make it onto these pages.

We have an advertiser, The Daily Financial Trends – a financial news aggregator designed to deliver the data other financial sites deliver, but in a fraction of the time. Give them a click and see if you prefer getting your financial news there.

If you have clicked on the page for this News Brief, this is a link that will take you directly to the comments section.

“Make sure those you follow talk about the surveillance, because everyone who is in the game knows. Make them either damage the machine by saying it, or reveal they are part of it by staying silent. Demanding our side talk about the surveillance is really the closest to a Xanatos gambit our side has.”

We will be moving this News Brief to the main domain in the near future, so you will find this at anonymousconservative.com, instead of anonymousconservative.com/blog I have a lot going on right now, and it will take time to make sure it goes right, so not right away. I will try to redirect people from /blog to there, but if that doesn’t work, just go to the main domain.

Scott Ritter ‘s passport confiscated while attempting to board a plane to Russia to attend an economic conference. From the piece – “I was boarding the flight. They pulled my bags off the plane, then escorted me out of the airport. They kept my passport.”

Hunter Biden’s jury set: 6 men, 6 women, 1 former Secret Service employee. It looks like these cases are just ways to reveal the extent to which Cabal compromised all of our government. To that end, I would assume Hunter getting fully acquitted and going free despite obvious guilt is probably the script, designed to show everyone the Justice system is imprisoning Trump, who did nothing, and letting Hunter walk. Though it is possible they convict him, and Dad just pardons him, as Trump is left hanging. I doubt it is real though. If things were real he would be getting prosecuted for banging his brother’s underaged daughter.

The chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee vowed Monday to send a referral asking the Justice Department to further prosecute the first son for allegedly lying to Congress during his father’s impeachment inquiry earlier this year.

President Biden is expected to sign an executive order Tuesday that would give the White House additional authority to limit the flow of migrants across the southern border, allowing border officials to turn away migrants at the southern border once crossings surpass a certain number, an official said.

President Joe Biden has revived a debunked tale about his past – his fictional claim that he used to drive an 18-wheeler truck.

Bill Guan, the chief financial officer of the far-right Epoch Times, was indicted Monday on charges of allegedly participating in a massive money laundering scheme. It is very tough to tell what is real and what is fake when a domestic intelligence organization has set its sights on a target. Makes me think Epoch Times is uncontrolled, and as I have said, whatever is coming will be such bullshit, they do not want a single voice speaking the truth to contradict the bullshit narrative they feed everyone.

Five quatloos says they either let illegals fly without RealID, or they exempt them from the same proof-of-identity standards the citizens have to meet.

Joe Manchin DITCHES Democrat Party, Dems LOSE Senate Majority?

He hasn’t stopped caucusing with the Demons yet, but he may
They don’t understand how the Contingent election they discuss would work, it’s a vote in the old House by state delegation with one vote per state and Rs would win
They are also wrong, the House has to pick from people who won Electoral votes, they can’t pick just anyone

I hold a theory that the top level either turned senile or turned things over to idiot children, starting about 2015.

They have won over the past ten years, but only because they had achieved completely dominance by 2015 anyway, so they could get away with any project they wanted, until they couldn’t. Like the best way to wind up with a small business is to start by owning a big business.

Agreed.
And every one that dies or retires and is replaced by someone lower down degrades them further

I believe that prior to 2015 in the last generational turnover we got the midwits who set up the course of events that will ultimately cause their collapse, going senile or being replaced by tards is just hastening the process.

I don’t think there will be an “election”, at least one involving multiple candidates, but this is in fact a reason why:

Former President Donald Trump’s conviction in a Manhattan courtroom last week may well spell electoral disaster for vulnerable Senate Democrats who have not only tacitly endorsed the lawfare against Trump, but also embraced every other aspect of the left’s assault on democracy and key American institutions.

The Democrats are defending three Senate seats in states Trump officially won, and by large margins, and the Republicans are defending no seats in “Biden” states.

If “Biden” “wins” again, the Democrats get the tiebreaker and can afford to lose one seat, but everyone expects the GOP to pick up West Virginia easily. They have no real chance of gaining a seat from the Republicans and have no margin of error. Voters in states that Trump officially carried over the court cases would be effective of sinking their chances of holding on to the Senate. Cabal HQ has seen this, too.

More than a million United Methodists quit the church overnight over new rules supporting LGBTQ+.

Misleading. This sounds like a million people made individual decisions to walk. What happened is bureaucratic infighting.

The international council of the Methodist Church adopted some resolution supporting the Narrative, and the Ivory Coast Methodist church announced it will stop participating in the international conferences.

Though Bruce Charlton made this comment yesterday that is worth keeping in mind on these sorts of things, about the Latter Day Saints:

“Well hardly anybody outside of the CJCLDS has much knowledge of, or interest in, Mormon metaphysics and theology – so they nearly always get it seriously wrong.

“I used to hope, and to some extent expect, that their deep theology would prevent the CJCLDS from becoming aligned with the evil agenda of the globalist totalitarians – however, I was wrong about that.

“They went all-in on the 2020- birdemic-vax-lockdown agenda; have failed antiracism and diversity litmus tests; and even (amazingly) last I heard had begun to provide tacit (and financial) support to aspects of the sexual revolution and even trans- agendas – despite that this starkly contradicts their theology!

“It seems that the problem of Western “church Christianity” as such is so very bad, that it makes little difference *overall* whether a Christian church is Catholic (Eastern or Western), protestant, Mormon, or any other particular denomination.

“Apparently different churches vary in the specific profile of their corruptions, but all are significantly aligned with the agenda of evil, and are on the same downward path.”

my parents still attend the same Methodist church *building* I grew up in, but it is NOT the same church. They have been entirely brainwashed to embrace the LGBTQ+/-, and it is dumbfounding. The church preaches against “hate,” but it condemns anyone who is not enlightened enough to embrace the transinsanity. It’s not just the gay stuff (same sex marriage) — it’s all of the degeneracy and mental illness. It’s a self-reinforcing, bizarre bubble of filth and lies. And they all feel so good about themselves. it’s tragic.

Just this morning, I was out for a walk and noticed some chalk words on the sidewalk, obviously written by a young child, and it said, “some people are born the wrong sex, and it’s nobody’s fault.” I am so thankful that my own children are old enough that they passed through the government indoctrination facilities well before this hardcore brainwashing took over. They were not completely protected, but it is so far gone now… I weep for this generation.

I feel like the kid in “the emperor has no clothes” and everyone else is entrained to this horrific, soul-sucking BS dragging them down to the pit of hell. I try to warn them, and they can’t hear me.

In any appeal, it is necessary to address the logical premise for any alleged error. That is unavoidable.

For instance, to say a court did not properly instruct the jury on the elements of a crime is the conclusion of an argument. The argument leading to the conclusion necessarily addresses WHY the court failed. Theoretically, it could be as simple as a court unintentionally skipping that part when instructing the jury.

If the court failed to include elements of a crime because the court was relying on a case which held that it was not necessary to specify “a” crime when “a” crime is an element of another crime, then the question is whether the court was correct in relying on that case. This is a more fundamental question.

In the Trump case, it has been known all along that the prosecution took the position that they were not beholden to specify “a” crime or disclose the elements of “a” crime which was itself an element of the crime charged against Trump. The various possible due process consequences such as lack of notice have been understood since the beginning.

Which means they were understood by the prosecution before Trump was indicted.

The question which should have been asked all along is WHY the prosecution held this apparently unconstitutional position. Was there any legal justification?

I asked myself that question, and on this site guessed that the prosecution was relying on a particular NY burglary case. In fact it was this case the prosecution and court relied upon, as we found out at the last moment before jury instructions.

In the burglary case, counterintuitively, the Court of Appeals held that “a” crime was not required to be specified in order to obtain a valid indictment and conviction. The holding in that case was the key to the prosecution against Trump, the vital premise, the sin qua non.

The only essential issue on appeal will be the applicability or not of the burglary holding to the crimes charged against Trump. The consequences are not the essential issue. The unconstitutionality or not of the consequences will necessarily be decided when the main issue is decided.

I have no knowledge other than scattered reports, but the reports state that Trump’s lawyers failed to properly object. There has been a lot of mistaken assertions with respect to NY law because it apparently differs from other jurisdictions, and people have made wrong assumptions.

If the issue was not the subject of a proper objection, it can be and will be ignored by any appellate court, regardless of the merits. In which case, Trump’s lawyers were grievously poor.

But even then, despite lack of proper objection, the appellate courts may consider the error if it falls into a rare category of legal error where the error is considered so fundamental to the operation of courts that an objection is not necessary. This is where the consequences of the main issue become more significant, but they are not the question being decided, they are adjacent to the question about the necessity of making a proper object, and the fundamental operation of the courts.

I thought these aspects of the appeal would have been discussed by the Turleys, Levines etc, who have pointed out the due process considerations for a long time, but have never asked about the legal justification of the prosecution and the court. But they have not been and seems might very well might not be.

Again, Paul Craig Roberts:

My questions are for aware people, a status for which few Americans qualify. If Human history continues, which at this point of time seems doubtful, future historians will ask why the people did not protest their pending annihilation. How was it possible that entire populations could be so brainwashed that they were removed from the reality of their own destruction?

It was Liitlebook. He commented here for a while but started in on White hatred by talking about Tex’s mind virus, neanderthals good, Saps bad, nonsense. This of course annoyed me, so I read his site and pointed out all the silly assed nonsense he was pushing due to his Tex mind virus infection. I don’t know the address of that site. He got mad and left. Before that, he had another site that you people are referencing. I looked and looked and…found a link. Here it is. I must warn you the guy is very bright, but there are some real whoppers of untruth there(madness), but there’s also some pure genius too. Sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference. You’ll have to hunt for his classification scheme. I’m not going to do it. It was on that site. I do believe he had something going on there that illuminated the truth, but I’m not so sure what he established “as” the truth was correct or not, I do believe the Tex mind virus infected his classification scheme to its detriment.

I looked around and I’ll just bet this is his present site. Fortunately, he has either decided to leave it alone or finally discovered the truth that Tex whole Neanderthal god, Whites bad, was nothing but another long line of demoralization tricks by various dubious people with a penchant for writing long tomes of nonsense.
