Probably in DC, protocol is surveillance everywhere else should know when anyone heading to that neighborhood, and alert the local unit before you even arrive. So an unannounced arrival is even more interesting. You probably will get a drive-by or a dogwalker at some point if you dilly-dally around in there with no clear purpose. I guarantee you, 100 percent, this person was noted and watched as he approached and entered the house, probably with actual eyes on from the house next door. The non-conspiratorial possibilities I see are it was a drunk neighbor who went in the wrong house, surveillance knew it was no threat, and chose to not burn the ridiculous level of surveillance there and let it play out, maybe even calling Sullivan to alert him so he could confront the guy and tell him to leave. Maybe Secret Service was even in the house just in case, and they are hiding that so you have no idea of the surveillance out there. Or it was some sort of CIA exercise, to test their operative’s ability to penetrate such a residence while security was on it, and Sullivan was used for the exercise, which was controlled, knowingly or unknowingly. Or, maybe most likely, surveillance is wholly detached from LE, NatSec, executive protection, or anything related to official government functions, and is just there to catch Sullivan having gay orgies with midget trannies, for purposes of blackmail, and his murder would be of no operational concern to them, so they just heated up some popcorn, and waited to see what would happen. The other possibility is this was some sort of message from Cabal, or even the anti-Cabal forces, maybe like Pelosi’s husband. But I would not advise you to head to Sullivan’s house with an eye to getting inside and delivering a manifesto on the interdimensional reptilians sexually abusing you, and think nobody will notice.

Just a thought as I was enjoying my breakfast – the young, child-bearing cohort in China and the West would benefit greatly from “community centers” specifically designed for young parents and families that provide sports/games/class facilities for the parents to socialize and play, as well as for the kids. Grandparents and other parents would provide extra child supervision.
What I think many young people fear is that life and fun is over when you have kids and that they would have no help, support, or like-minded friends. Make these family centers fun, social and supportive and many young people would see a positive alternative to their “independent” life.
One model may be to simply rethink modern schools and make them not just for children but for the entire family. In the West, in particular, this model would weaken the death grip of the woke teachers unions and education boards, keeping children within the family sphere of influence.

All my political friends are fervent catholics or philo catholics, who dislike liberals, and favour christianity for what they see and I concur, it’s very positive social effects.
My doubt lies whether I will go back to attending when I finish translating my last book to Spanish, or if I will go one of these weekends, maybe to pray for the souls, including mine, and to help the poor. It’s true that in this fallen country, most people abandonned the faith, and are in favour of its societal collapse.
You might get some participation in China, but not in America. People in America don’t have much community spirit any more. (“Bowling Alone”) The downside in China is that everyone works long hours. If you have kids, you need to cook for them and other chores. There’s no time for fun.
The only possibility I see for what you have in mind is more religion. Churches should provide what you have in mind. I think that they would love to do just that.

Another data point. I remember getting “sex ed” in the 6th grade in the mid-80s. I distinctly remember asking myself was the actual act was, and how it worked, and while it was in the curriculum and I managed to find it in the textbook, it was literally one line and the teachers never actually taught it. I know how valuable your time is but as a teachable moment I have a grandkid that appears to have been sent a partner. Met the partner for the 1st time. The immediate feeling I had was like when you try to push two magnets together. It was that strong. Another grand kid confirmed the same reaction I had. There is background here I won’t disclose but I want to protect this kid and the parents aren’t receptive. This will be the 2nd one we’ve lost if this unwinds.
A partner probably means your child has incredible potential. I say it is best to keep it hidden but they actually seem to be tracking such things genetically, so there is only so much you can do. My story is a little more complex, but generalizing, my family had a strange discomfort with others around them and tended to self-isolate, something as a child I found strange when I would see other families on TV doing things with other people, while mine didn’t really associate with anyone. Decades later, I am now the same way. But as a result, Cabal really had no reason to know who I was, but when I showed up to Kindergarten, there were all their kid agents in the class waiting for me. It sounds nuts, but they had followed my mom all her life, both our neighbors were “them” before I ever had cause to be known, and by the time I showed up to school, they knew I had a creative thing going on from watching me in and around the house. They put a lot of effort into such things.
Your grandkids neighbors will be them, as will a fair share of classmates. From there, they will test if they will give in to bigger kids, then porn exposure and throwing their girls at them, and if all of that fails, they may end up with strange, inexplicable health problems, and they might even at some point feel the vibrations softly while they sleep. They might also come harder, with anything from molestation to trying to get them on drugs, but they didn’t have access to me for that due to the familial self-isolation, so I got all the other things.
I don’t know how much of that can be guarded against or shielded from. I never tried, because I never had any idea all of this was in the shadows around me, but I hope if I can get the word out to our kind, maybe there are work arounds which can be found, like moving them in the house to a farther room when they sleep, or finding out the masses are pressuring them to change something and changing it fast, just to feign being socially compliant, to get them off your back. Or not generally giving the impression you would just as soon kill fifteen or twenty people as wear a different kind of shirt.
Obviously these things can only be discussed and/or planned in a house by writing notes in an area likely to not have any cameras, and burning the notes afterwards. The monitoring is probably significantly more technologically advanced than we would think.
I am sorry you have to deal with it. Sometimes I am irritated that I did get bent by them, and become this hard, but on the other hand, this is a fallen world, and you kind of need these adaptations as a practical matter. You can only live in the world you are given.
