News Briefs – 05/13/2024

Here are some news stories that might be of interest. Most articles will be more or less summarized in the headline. You can skim the headlines and summaries, and click the links if they are of interest. At current rates of consumption, the U.S. has at least two centuries of oil, report says.

Yes, but that’s a bad headline… The article points out that ignores the cost, among other things.
Peak Oil was never about “oh, we’ll run out of oil”, but that the curve of production/consumption would cause negative issues, as we used cheaper resources and had to move to more expensive ones, and that’s been accurate.
The refusal to use nuclear, to figure out newer battery tech that doesn’t use lithium/etc, and reducing cost/size/etc to make electric storage viable is a huge sign that we’re still in a downward spiral.
The hydrocarbon revolution is still here: “plastics”, as The Graduate put it, are still a major need, and as the wacko environmentalists do stupid stuff like No plastic straws, No plastic bags, in favor of wood products, we barrel down a path of anti-tech and ending western civilization (which is their goal)
3D printers keep improving (the wire EDM machine mentioned yesterday or the day before: the kit for it assumes you’ll 3D print most of the parts, so we are bootstrapping “consumer level production” on the back of 3d printers) which have become cheap enough to make viable, EXCEPT for the hydrocarbon plastic… We have people talking about and building plastic recyclers, using non-filament printer, etc. but the inherent cost of that material is tied to the Oil (read hydrocarbon) industry: the power for that printer, and the materials the printer uses.
To be clear, things will collapse first, for sociology reasons, driven by ideology AND economic reasons…
But Peak Oil is one more reason why the coming dark ages will be long and cold compared to our past 100+ years. If Elon/etc get out into space, and the libertarian frontier people are the ones in charge, asteroids and other sources of hydrocarbons (Venus?) might help forstall things, but I suspect that’s a pipedream. The “humanity is bad” forces are strong and want to keep people locked on Earth, and reduced in population. Makes you wonder if aliens are driving that effort.

NY Supreme Court shoots down Nassau county, Long Island’s transgender sports ban.

Fixing this one, and I don’t think it should have been a link.

First, “NY Supreme Court” sounds like it is the highest court in the state, and in other states it would be. The highest court in New York is called the Court of Appeals. The lower level courts in New York are called “Supreme Courts” for some reason. So if you see a “NY Supreme Court” judge rule on something, it means something, but not much.

Second, the article itself clearly states that the ruling was that the County Executive didn’t have enough authority to issue the ban via the equivalent of an executive order, and that it had to be done by the County Legislature. The Nassau County legislature has a 12 to 7 GOP majority. The article itself notes that the legislature should just re-issue the ban and there is no apparent reason they couldn’t.

Kari Lake is re-iterating what Jovan Pulitzer often says, and Jovan Pulitzer knows his stuff about elections. She has been on his show.

If you go by the Steve Sailer commentators, you would think that when you show up to your suburban polling station, you would be in line to vote behind a dozen people speaking Spanish. It doesn’t really work that way. The migrants go on the voter rolls, along with dead people, people who have moved out of the area, and outright fabricated identities. Ballots are filled out by the Democratic Party in the name of the “voters”, with mail in ballots being the preferred method, though I think there is some electronic tampering involved.

Pulitzer had a show where he pointed to hundreds of voters in Dallas County, Texas, all registered as living in a parking lot. Its a big problem, and the GOP embracing “early voting” (which Pulitzer thinks is a bad idea) won’t solve it because the Democrats can always manufacture more ballots, then turn around and accuse the GOP of cheating.

Btw, I think we are down to very few actual Democratic voters apart from members of the Surveillance.

“Peak Oil” was never about literally running out of oil. It was the extraction costs getting so expensive, relative to the return, that the return on investment goes down and screws up the rest of the economy. Which has already happened.

Hasn’t, really. It’s money printing, not energy prices, driving inflation. Texas Sweet is only $80 a barrel, which is way lower than it was 10 years ago. It’s pretty close to where it should be, compared to other prices, for an Oilman’s Lunch. (That was a special in high-end stakehouses and Petroleum Clubs in Texas in the 80s where you got a full three course lunch with a giant steak, and the price was pegged to the spot price of a barrel of oil.)
In fact, natural gas prices are negative now in the Permian. Since it gets produced in addition to liquid crude, there’s more natural gas than there is demand/capacity for it, so producers are having to pay collection points to accept it. The good news is, that excess natural gas can be economically converted to gasoline if gas prices start to rise dramatically, slowing that sort of rise.

Still a money maker. And still very much less expensive than all this green business. 7.5 billion dollars for 7 charging stations. Hasn’t anyone designed a charging station that is solar battery supplied? I guess it would have to be totally theft proof, not inexpensive either.

From Martin Armstrong:

House Democrats Pushing to Permit Migrants to Vote

Posted May 13, 2024 By Martin Armstrong

A few votes could change the course of history. The Equal Representation Act questions whether illegal migrants should appear on the next US census in 2030, effectively granting them representation. The 206 to 202 vote was passed on party lines, with ALL Democrats voting in favor of permitting illegal migrants to be counted as American citizens for redistricting purposes.

The repopulation theory is not a conspiracy. The Democrats are losing the favor of the people rapidly, and the new world order is on the line because citizens simply will not vote for these extreme measures that ultimately weaken America.

This is treason.

Robert Barnes discussed this on last Sunday’s Barnes/ Viva Frei podcast.

First, this is the relevant language from Article I, Section 2 of the Constitution:

“Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons.”

This is now interpreted that the size of a Congressional delegation (and electoral votes) for a state is a function of the state’s total population. Everyone is included.

The only excluded categories are “Indians not taxed” and not-free (other) persons, neither of which are supposed to exist due to the 13th Amendment and Indians being made citizens and subject to federal taxation. And people in these categories were still counted for apportionment, due to the the southern delegations to the convention wanting their slaves to count, but at a rate of three fifths of the other people.

A Republican congressman proposed that non-citizens (not sure about legal permanent residents) not be counted for apportionment and the Democrats are trying to head this off. Barnes was supportive of this but correctly noted the issue was complicated.

There are congressional districts where only a small portion of the adult residents are citizens, and can legally vote. Both the Republican and Democrat in DC think this benefits the Democrats. Its sort of like counting the slaves for apportionment. I’m not so sure, since these includes several rural agribusiness dominated districts, with lots of migrant farm workers, that elect GOP representatives.

Re-reading the Constitutional text, to me the obvious solution would be to count the illegal migrants, but at a rate of three fifths of the citizens and permanent residents.

I think that this has always been the plan with Bragg. That’s all prosecutors nowdays, really.
More interesting is the judge. He is on the same track, which usually isn’t the case. I think the Judge knows he is absolutely going to be overturned so he is doing the “process is the punishment” deal, but even HE is finding this distasteful and is starting to turn on Bragg. Don’t take that to mean he’s in ANY way supporting trump, but he is feeling betrayed by Bragg.

Too many, and I mean too many DA’s just want the win no matter what. Just get it closed and off the books. Plenty of folks sent to prison have had their convictions overturned years afterward when thorough re-investigations have uncovered malfeasance on the part of these detectives and DA’s. But nothing happens to the authorities. They just state that they believe they got it right. And I’m not talking about technicalities.

Hey, I’m still reading through Substacks on Q by other patriots and came across a mention they made about Bill Binney, whom you’ve repeatedly mentioned in your posts. The 3 posts on him by the Team and a link to the Substack article, as well as the relevant paragraph are below:

https://qalerts.app/?q=Bill+binney

https://patriotsinprogress.substack.com/p/all-q-drops-part-91-satan-has-left?utm_source=profile&utm_medium=reader2

“Q responds to an Anon in drop #386. The Anon re-posts drop #384 two times and asks Q if Bill Benny was a whistle blower, truther, and hero. Q responds that Bill Binney is a [Patriot] of the highest caliber. Let’s do a little digging. ‘William Edward Binney is a former intelligence official with the United States National Security Agency (NSA) and whistleblower. He retired on October 31, 2001, after more than 30 years with the agency. He was a critic of his former employers during the George W. Bush administration, and later criticized the NSA’s data-collection policies during the Barack Obama administration. He dissented from the view that Russia interfered with the 2016 US election. More specifically, he was critical of the view that Russia hacked the DNC server’ (https://bit.ly/2JLAfyb). ‘In 2002 – long before the revelations of Edward Snowden rocked the world – Binney and several former colleagues went to Congress and the Department of Defense, asking that the NSA be investigated. Not only was the super-secretive agency wasting taxpayer dollars on ineffective programs, they argued, it was broadly violating constitutional guarantees to privacy and due process” (https://bit.ly/39RgM2r). Binney also agreed with Trump on a variety of topics (e.g. wire-tapping, voter fraud).’

(((Bernie Sanders))) publicly talkin shit about israel; says the unthinkable: “no more money for the jewstate.” I don’t care who you are or how psychic you are, nobody had that on their 2024 Bingo cards. Nobody. That’s so off the charts out there, in fact, that I see it as proof that TPTB have switched gears/shifted over to a new and more blitz-y stage of their stinking bullshit Great Game they’ve all been playing for these last 500 or so years now. If a US Senator who also happens to be a (((Friend of America))) would do such a thing, then all of the old rules; all of the old order are now in the process of being overturned.

Which is extremely bad news for those of you who still have faith that TPTB might graciously deign to not steal the upcoming elections. They obviously stole the last elections and they completely got away with it. Stealing the next elections will be an even bigger and more brazen theft, but…. 1) why the fuck shouldn’t they? 2) it ain’t like the fuckin rubes will do anything about it – the most heavily-armed people on earth, and no one dares say boo. also, still precisely zero words on behalf of the J6 human sacrifices by either the GOP or the legal profession 3) we are now entering a newer, faster, and much more harsh version of…. whatever the fuck this is. Elections in such an environment will of course needs be predetermined; and not left to chance. ‘Chance’ results would play havoc with their timetables. Fuck the voters. The voters are irrelevant.

I think you’re probably right that the international Cabal is edging towards revealing itself and most likely in an attempt to direct the hate and slaughter away from at least some of their top people. I also agree that the scapegoats (though also somewhat deserved) appears to be the Jews. Assuming that’s all correct the one thing I’m not really getting is why Jewish Cabal members are going along with this plan. Are they so devoted to their weird and twisted group and belief system they are willing to sacrifice themselves to appease the mob? Or maybe they aren’t but I see no real indication that they are going against the Cabal leadership. Something still isn’t adding up here. It’s like watching a movie with the wrong audio or with drunk glasses on. You get kind of an idea but ultimately it still just leaves you confused. I do think we’re slowly getting pieces of the puzzle though so maybe the whole picture will eventually fall into place.

It’s the absolute total control they have that’s so weird. You would think someone, maybe one of their children, would eventually decide to burn the whole operation. Just one person not even having a change of heart but deciding they have a personal issue with another Cabal member and out of spite revealing everything.
I remember listening to a podcast about serial killers a while back and one of the stories was about this guy who would use his daughter to lure young women to their house for the father to rape, torture, and eventually murder. This went on for many years until finally the father did something that pissed his daughter off. Can’t remember what exactly but I remember thinking it was relatively no big deal. Like maybe he smoked her last cigarette or something I dunno. But for whatever it was she finally turned him in. It wasn’t guilt or remorse or anything like that that seems to have triggered this. Just simple anger and spite.
I wonder why we don’t see that with Cabal? Even someone who has raped and murdered children and has absolutely zero regrets, they don’t get into arguments or fights? They don’t get depressed and decide to burn everything to the ground and then off themselves just because? If Cabal has really been around so long, and I think at a bare minimum it’s been at least a century, why don’t we ever see stuff like that? Even once? Terror only goes so far and some people eventually stop being afraid. Just another very weird anomaly around this whole thing that defies normal logic imo.

The Cabal created “The Religion of Abraham” as a means to correct about 15 severe problems they had in running their Swindle out of the fertile crescent. The Cabal is/was the international guild of merchants and moneylenders (usurerers), who were interrelated throughout the various city states and areas. These people always provided intelligence assets for the city states because who else knew about what was going on over the Horizen? “The Sumerian Swindle” by Gregory Delaney, PhD. Available free in ebook version. Several people have read it aloud on Bitchute, etc. If you get the book, go for the Third Edition.
.
Christians won’t mostly care for this because the OT and entire Bible is shown to be fake. The author may have been serious in his claim that Jesus was real, though he is not who you think. Or maybe he was just leaving religious people an “out.”
.
“The Sumerian Swindle” also provides thorough and complete details about how Usury developed, how it works, and how it is connected to and responsible for every type of evil and negative aspect of civilization, such as we are currently experiencing. The brilliant author wrote in a manner accessible to “the masses” because how stupid would you need to be to issue a book like this that only the top 2% could understand? Thus, smart boys may take offense lol.

While it’s definite not as common as water (this just shows ignorance of how much water we have) the Abiogenic petroleum origin is interesting
But this doesn’t help with the issue of Peak Oil: extraction costs are the true issue here. As we tap “easy to access” sections of any resource, prices are low. As demand increases, prices rise. So long as collecting is cheap, prices remain acceptable. As extraction costs increase (harder to collect, new techniques needed, increased technology, increased labor, etc), the price increases. If your needs outstrip the costs, you either find new ways to do without, or you come up with alternatives, or you pay more. Peak Oil describes the curve of this… We keep finding new uses, but we don’t keep finding cheap sources, so the uses mean costs rise, and at some point, you can’t afford the item. If everything uses this item, you start to suffer.
