Every single government employee should have to register their current address for the exact reason of protesting them being corrupt and, if necessary, canoeing their heads in Minecraft if they refuse to stop being evil on the public dole. Just because the lefties are using the tactics doesn’t mean we should knee jerk react ourselves out of something.
In theory, if the world were perfect, you would be dead on. But under these conditions, I don’t know. Maybe it depends on the rest of the system. Right now, with everything corrupted, the difference between our sides (setting asode Cabal for a moment) is there is a big hurdle between us and action. By the time we cross that hurdle on our side, finding someone would be no problem.
The skinny-jeans wearing soylet though, crosses that barrier every time his machiado doesn’t have enough hazelnut in it, and if he couldn’t easily find the person he has his panties in a bunch over, he would give up, to go see a trans-open children’s play at the local theater and then go home a dilate. Plus when he crosses that hurdle, we are still in a deep slumber. We should have 100 armed men surrounding Thomas and Alito’s houses, ready to kill on a moment’s notice, anyone who looks the least bit sketchy and is approaching too quickly. Our side has already had one Justice likely killed in the last seven years or so, and the one who was publicly complaining about the surveillance no less, and we know Law Enforcement can do nothing. And we know how critical this period is, that our elections are gone and our nation is being purposely sabotaged. But still we are doing nothing. to protect anyone, let alone take anyone out.
And then if you factor in the surveillance, and the fact we have this huge covert thing in the shadows, trying to hide as it kills people, giving it easy access to politicians just offers it the cover to act.
If I were publicly known with name and address, I have no doubt I would get my ticket punched, and it would be blown off as just some random nutjob who didn’t like the website. But if it happened now, a big question would be, “How did they find him?” Being hidden removes some cover for direct action against targets, and I think the reality we have to assume is, 99% of the direct action against politicians is not random nutjobs popping off, but rather this thing, using the idea of random nutjobs as cover.
Scalia didn’t take things seriously enough, or just got fatalistic and left himself open. If he locked himself in his house, and minimized access, and his house was far enough from neighbors, the only way they could have taken him out cleanly was under the random nutjob cover. If his address was easier to find, that is easier to believe, but if it was only known to government, then things would be clearer if something happened. Not a huge difference, and maybe they would have killed him and we would still probably not be doing anything. But it might have made Cabal pause at least.
I am all for putting politicians in fear of an angry populace, but right now even if you published everyone’s home address, with the floorplans, and a complete dossier of intelligence to execute hits on them, I do not think anybody who serves Cabal could be hit, even if our side were ready to start trying. Surveillance would pick up on it too soon, and you would fail, and then you would be taken off the gameboard. The coverage is just too deep, it has too many people in too many places, and it has too much intelligence to start. So it already knows who it needs to be looking at on our side, allowing them to focus that machine from the beginning.
The first thing we need to do is eliminate the Stasi-like ground surveillance. If we do that, then I would agree 100%. But with it there, I think the idea of politicians being publicly vulnerable is just a benefit for Cabal, making it easier for them to sell the idea all this stuff we see is legit, grassroots action, then in reality it is all organized and coordinated.

I’m of the opinion that there’s maybe 1 in a million “good” politicians left, so statistically it’s in the public interest for them to be easier targets.
And if you’re in politics, want to make a real difference, are aware of the surveillance and cabal, and aren’t rolling with a literal private army you’re too naive to have any actual effect on things anyway.

I’m getting the feeling that this is fake news. First, the provisions aren’t abortion specific, they are for if you are travelling for anything medical you can’t get done locally. It’s pretty common for, say, a kid in Dallas with a heart defect to need to get an operation in Houston because that is where the doctor who knows how to do it is.
I’m thinking that this is a standard insurance thing that people are turning into an abortion thing.

So, a minor thought popped into my head.
A few posts ago, Sam J presented a youtube video on office parks that try to be as bike/pedestrian/public-transport friendly as possible. These are mostly in Europe, and the Northern European states, like the Netherlands, are particularly proud of this design.
It occurred to me observing these locations that it would be impossible for friendlies to move military equipment around these areas. No trucks, no tanks, no personnel carriers, no humvees, nothing. Everything would have to be airlifted or you would have to cut a path by blowing it up. It would also be impossible to quickly evacuate people if need be since transportation would be hampered.
An invading army would have complete advantages with this design. Civilians rendered trapped and/or immobile means they can be easily captured or killed. A domestic military needing to blow up their own infrastructure to engage the enemy would be doing the enemy’s work for them. Essentially, Europeans adopting this design have made a Russian invasion even easier to pull off.

The courts saying they need to check in with them, for any election laws, is a farce. They are stealing power. They made that up. There’s no clause in the Constitution that gives them that power.
So what to do? People keep saying the Constitution is old and not up to the task BUT read this,

They could demand photo ID. All ballots being controlled and accounted for. All ballots given to a voter accounted for. All ballots scanned after being cast or during and a image of the ballot being uploaded to the internet tied to each voting place, with the number of ballots and the names of the voters attached. That way all votes could be independently counted by the public at large. They could even demand the voters be “qualified” by whatever means they deem necessary. The above clause is not vague.
I’m constantly blathering on and on about the Senates in the States being elected by regional basis instead of by population, giving too much power to the cities. Well it seems that the Constitution handily provides that if they have the majority they can do just that. They could also demand a voting system that guarantees honest, open and verified voting, OR, the people who refuse can just have no Representatives at all. Not only the above but since it doesn’t require the President at all then he can not block it without blatantly trying to overthrow the Constitution in a most public way.
People are always saying that we need this, and that, change, civil war, mass bloodshed, etc, and I am telling you that the US Constitution is the finest document of governance in the history of planet earth that flawed humans can think up. That we don’t follow it is hardly the fault of the Founders. It’s all there.
There is no reason at all given the above Constitutional clause that the Representatives and the Senate could demand regional voting, which would totally collapse the Democratic vote in one swift kick.
