News Briefs – 05/05/2023

Here are some news stories that might be of interest. Most articles will be more or less summarized in the headline. You can skim the headlines and summaries, and click the links if they are of interest. Keep in mind, many of these reports are products of an unreliable news media, so although they will be what people are hearing and talking about, there is no guarantee any one of them is necessarily correct, and we have had cases of outright lies make it onto these pages.

We have an advertiser, The Daily Financial Trends – a financial news aggregator designed to deliver the data other financial sites deliver, but in a fraction of the time. Give them a click and see if you prefer getting your financial news there.

We maintain a light, news-story-only, very mobile-friendly  version of this site, with no comments, at https://www.rkpolitics.com

An Oakland man was seething with anger and frustration over cars racing by his house when he began firing an assault rifle at passing motorists, according to investigators.  Could be a random nujob. But again, this is how it would look if the local network was racing up and down a target’s street to screw with them, and the target finally snapped. And they won’t report that in the news.

Mass shooter at an Atlanta hospital who killed a CDC employee“She told the Associated Press that her son, a former Coast Guardsman had ‘some mental instability going on’ from medication he’d received from the Veterans Affairs health system, which he had begun taking on Friday.” Which means he had a therapist. And it does seem like the shootings are accelerating for now.

The CIA introduced King Hussein of Jordan to a Jewish B-list Hollywood actress in 1959 — touching off an affair that produced a dwarf love child who later killed her, reports say. She has the CIA on one side, a King who she can humiliate on the other, Mossad probably behind her, and it was the dwarf love-child who killed her. Even though he pled guilty, you have to wonder if she, in later life, was pulling a Robert Maxwell, and trying to leverage the secrets she had to get more money and live at a slightly higher level, and those managing the case decided it more economical to hire somebody to kill her. And in that day, nobody would have believed the truth, so the kid took the best deal he could. If the King was asking that of the CIA though, you know he was already owned, and was just a puppet. And I told you, they field female assets who will bang random guys for the cause. I believe they will also marry, have kids, and then divorce-rape as well, and probably even fake a rape up front, so be careful out there if you are a target.

Bombshell email shows ex-acting CIA Director Mike Morell pleading with John Brennan to sign “spies who lie” letter to give Biden a “talking point to push back on Trump” during debates. DCIA opening up the information warfare on America.

Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) has come forward and stated that she has “staggering” evidence of the alleged crimes in Hunter Biden’s bank records.

One of the key business associates of Hunter Biden is reportedly cooperating with House Republicans in their investigation into shady deals involving Joe Biden and foreign entities. The danger is they use stories like these, as a narcotic, to dull our side and slow us down. No way to know if this time Lucy will not pull the football away – and that is why the scam works so well.

Benny Johnson sums up why whatever is going on is unlikely to really change anything:

How many whistleblowers have to come out and expose the Biden Crime Family before something, ANYTHING actually happens?

1. Eric Schwerin, Hunter’s partner at Rosemont Seneca
2. Tony Bobulinski, Hunter’s associate, CEO of Sinohawk Holdings
3. White House Stenographer, exposed Biden ties to Ukraine natural gas and Burisma
4. IRS Whistleblower, exposed tax fraud and lies
5. FBI Whistleblower, exposed Biden “criminal scheme”

Why does it seem like the Deep State is working overtime to cover for the Bidens? Americans are sick of it. We want accountability NOW.

Former Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio and three other members of the far-right extremist group were convicted Thursday of a plot to attack the U.S. Capitol in a desperate bid to keep Donald Trump in power after the Republican lost the 2020 presidential election. Guilty of seditious conspiracy. I find this interesting, because FBI arrested him prior to the Capitol riot, and he was banned from DC by a judge, so he could not take part in the protest. It kind of feels like FBI knew somebody intended to take out their asset, using Jan 6th, and took measures to protect him by removing hi from the scene, while giving him a cover so he could maintain his position in the movement. But the other side didn’t play along and just took him off the gameboard regardless. Unless this all gets reversed, and just serves to increase his cred in the “patriot” movement, in which case same shit, different day, no new people are in control, and nothing has changed.

Ex-FBI agent who feds say urged Jan. 6 rioters to kill police worked terrorism task force. So he was at the tip of the LE spook-spear one minute, and was cheering for the violent beatings of cops the next? Sounds incongruous.

JP Morgan could be held liable to the victims of deceased predator Jeffrey Epstein if they show that Jes Staley, the bank’s former head of asset management, was personally aware Epstein was running a sex-trafficking ring, US District Judge Jed Rakoff revealed in court on Monday, explaining why he refused to dismiss the lawsuits against the bank. Apparently they are saying Staley assaulted one of Epstein’s victims, according to testimony, and they have emails where he and Epstein talked sex, which puts JPM on the hook.

Former President Trump on Thursday was given three days to decide whether to testify in his civil trial over writer E. Jean Carroll’s sexual battery and defamation allegations against him.

Former President Trump will try to move his Manhattan criminal hush money case from state to federal court, his lawyer said.

Michelle Obama expected to challenge Joe Biden for President. Gingrich and Stone are saying it. Maybe, but maybe not. If you remember, Obama actually had to hide her when he campaigned, because something about her rubs the electorate the wrong way so much, he could not let her be seen. Now elections are rigged, but the indications are, they still need to keep it close enough to rig, which might mean the Cabal leadership will avoid her as a candidate, preferring some more plain, and less obnoxious figure.

Rapper Kanye West’s on-and-off political operation is back on, with right-wing provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos at the helm once again five months after being ousted by his far-right rivals.

Republicans worry that if Trump chooses to skip the debates, candidates for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination may not get their opportunity to go toe-to-toe with the front-runner, fueling concerns about diminishing the importance of televised primary debates.

Tucker Carlson floats plan to host alternative GOP debate in post-Fox future.

Mathematical flaws in ranked choice voting are rare but real.

SC Justice Sonya Sotomayor getting $3 million in her book deal, and then not recusing herself from a case which threatened to cost the publisher money. Worth noting, when you deal with a major publisher as just a regular author, you are looking at getting like 5% or less of the retail price of the book as a royalty. Even if she got 100% of the retail price as her royalty, 3 million books, divided by say $20 average per book, and you are looking at 150,000 books sold. 50% Royalties would amount to 300,000 books sold. I would be shocked if her book honestly sold 300-400 copies, not counting the pallets of books publishers will purchase, and then ship back out as new, to make a book look popular. Most people just do not buy books. In the Penguin/Random House antitrust trial, it was revealed that of 58,000 trade titles published each year, half of those titles sell fewer than 12 books (Notice the note attached to that tweet (which was quoting court records), points to a link that is titled, “No, Most Books Don’t Sell Only a Dozen Copies” but says, “In terms of the dozen copies statistic, I can’t evaluate it because it is unclear what it’s referring to.”). It is very rare for someone to purchase something which they know will eat up hours of their time, and which they do not clearly see advancing their more primal needs in life. Especially when they can look online and get the gist of the book in three minutes on google. So book sales will be sparse even before you realize it is a money laundering scheme designed simply to route cash to the “authors.” That $3 million was undoubtedly a payoff. The only question is, for what?

So I read the article about the Westinghouse reactor and noticed that the name of the CTO of Westinghouse was that of an Indian woman. So I had to look her up. Came from the Dept of Energy, of course. But man, is she the ugliest woman I’ve laid eyes on in a long time. Do an image search for Rita Baranwal, just not while you’re eating lunch.

Former President Trump will try to move his Manhattan criminal hush money case from state to federal court, his lawyer said.

No brainer. The law that elevates it to felony status is a federal crime (which NY is not charging him with). It’s a pretty easy argument to win.
Once that happens, the case is pretty much over, because the statue of limitations has already run on the federal charge and we have a judicial estoppel issue in that the FEC already issued a report saying there is not enough evidence to even bring a case against Trump in this specific case.
So, a federal judge is going to look at that, throw out the campaign finance part, drop all the rest of the charges to misdemeanors, and then either Trump will just pay the fines and declare victory, or fight the charges and use it as a campaign point.

I believe they will also marry, have kids, and then divorce-rape as well, and probably even fake a rape up front, so be careful out there if you are a target.”

That reminds me of the John Paul Jones saga. Jones, a Scottish-born American Revolutionary war captain was hated by the British. When he was in Russian service under Catherine the Great after the war he is accused of raping a girl, 10, and his career abruptly ends. However, the girls father eventually comes forward, says the girl was over 12 and her mother had left him and gone to live in a brothel with their daughter. 12 years was likely not a birth date, but a christening or baptismal date. JPJ was also likely not interested sexually in Catherine (who was a notorious fornicatress, even in her older years) and she likely detested him for this. Although JPJ used the services of prostitutes (he was a Navy man in Russia after all), he didn’t have a bad reputation anywhere else. Someone likely slipped an older looking teenager among his ‘regulars’ and he found himself in a world of trouble. Jones definitely wasn’t in the right, but once the story was going around that he raped 10 year old girls his career was done, even in 1790. He eventually went to France and died there two years later in 1792 at the age of 45, likely hounded by British agents.

JPM would rather not acquire these regional banks. They’d rather not have regional banks collapsing either. JPM is trying to insulate itself from the same exposure and taking on large amnts of the type of investments that increase exposure is not what they want.

Of course, it is possible that this was planned out and JPM is looking to consolidate for the sake of political power. But it isn’t desirable from an economic standpoint. Or just barely so.

I really think US Gov pensions and DC region property values (sky high) are the only thing propping up the regime.

Much like UKR. US funding UKR pensions and bureaucrats is rhw only thing keeping the fight going. If those ppl begin to feel exposed, it is all over.

Likewise, the partisans of DC are partisans only so long as the pension checks clear and their homes in NoVa etc keep appreciating. And to a lesser extent their 401ks.

Like UKR, the regime has to show a win as well. DJT would work. And CHN splitting from RUS would work. And UKR offensive breaking through would work.

They have to keep the partisans confident in the future and the present. Because the regime rules for their benefit. Or rather, the partisans believe they confer political legitimacy and not the rubes. They don’t, but they have to believe that.

A ruling class is simply that group which confers political legitimacy on the Sovereign (of whatever form).

> DFT – Russia Says It Is Committed To Oil Production Cuts, Media Wrong On Data

That’d be playing the same game the Saudis did in the early ’70s. But there’s no need for it; Russia has plenty of oil, they have a captive market and can charge any price they want for it, and I’m sure their economy can use the revenue. Plus they were insisted on being paid in roubles, which had to be purchased with gold. Russia isn’t short of gold either, but it’s always nice to get more.

Normal. It’s a motion you file because you have to, not because you expect it to be granted. You have to give the judge who (you allege) made the error a chance to correct his own error before you appeal that error and have the judge overruled.

A warning to not post anything as to what you would do in a particular situation. He had posted about having to shoot someone in a like case. It nailed him to having a predisposition to just shoot someone. I see lots of idiotic statements on line and it will come back to bite them if they get caught up in a “peaceful” demonstration. I really can’t see other than that post a reason to charge him when there are pictures of the guy with a rifle, shouldered, finger on the trigger, threatening the man. He didn’t get clapped for talking about self defense, he got clapped for talking about driving through crowds of legitimately innocent people and shooting legitimately peaceful protestors.

His surveillance unit knew this, knew he was headed in the direction of the non-peaceful protestors, and directed a controlled asset with the AK to go harass the guy and give him a reason to act up and get thrown in prison.

He thought he lived in a different system than he does, and that he could exercise legitimate self defense. The enemy knew him better than he knew the enemy, ensuring his defeat.

The proper response would be to take one of those trucks that chalks lines on football fields, draw a line just this side of the border in likely areas, and put up signs saying YOU WILL DIE IF YOU CROSS THIS LINE. Then set up Army and Guard units with machine guns and make that happen.

But the Fed won’t do that. They’re going to get free lodging, meals, healthcare, welfare, and smartphones with money taken from us at the threat of arrest and prison if we don’t give the Feds their cut of our earnings.

> Signature Bank still insists they were in no danger when regulators just swooped in and seized them, claiming they were collapsing.

The thing is, we’ll probably never know. SEC investigations can take years, and so can the trials if it gets that far. Most of them end in a plea bargain and get sealed.

And accounting isn’t the precise thing most people think it is; when Shakespeare said to kill the lawyers first, that’s because accountants weren’t really a thing in the 16th century.

They announce that every five to ten years. Then they go radio-silent. If pressed, they admit to “technical difficulties” or “regulatory problems.”

> “I would end Ukraine war in 24 hours,” says Trump.

Easy enough. Turn off the flood of money and weapons and it’s over.

“These cycles are being used to suck up the wealth of the smaller players who were making it, before they can move into the big leagues.”
————————————————————————————————————–

Which is why the multigenerational theft must be reversed with a one time wealth redistribution once the civil war is over and the enemy is removed from our society.

Concept art is always hilarious, because talented artists and gun nuts tend to be like oil and water. The reversed magazine is comedy gold.

A non-sequitur question re the Jan –
All of the vaccine damage I see refers to MRNA (Pfzer Modrna). I was forced to get the jab due to employment and thought going w the non-MRNA was the best of the bad choices.
Can anyone share some vaccine damage info on JNJ specifically?

I did have a swollen lymph node reaction about 4 weeks after. Aside from that nothing discernible. I do some competition athletics and have redlined my heart many times since then w no issue. Had blood work as well that was fine.

The only thing I may have noticed is that the standard colds I have gotten since then are worse and last longer than I remember.

Any info is appreciated!

You should ask this question on the Market Ticker. Karl Denninger might have an answer for you.

I am pleased to see that Vivek Ramaswamy is doing so well in the most recent Republican Primary Poll, CBS YouGov. He is tied with Mike Pence, and seems to be on his way to catching Ron DeSanctimonious. The thing I like about Vivek is that he only has good things to say about “President Trump,” and all that the Trump Administration has so successfully done—This is the reason he is doing so well. In any event, good luck to all of them, they will need it!

I don’t trust Vivek, but this is worth noting.
This is hardly an endorsement or an offer of the VP position though.
