It’s been at least a few months since I’ve been able to view anything you’ve posted at catbox.moe. I figured the problem was at my end, but after trying from different connections with different machines, different operating systems and browsers, and trying various suggestions i find online like switching user agent, I still can’t access any files or pages there. Finding lots of people having the same problem with catbox in general, but no solutions yet.
Now I’m suspecting this is just one more way the stasi is trying to muzzle you (because you’ve made me appropriately paranoid about such things.) Anyway, just more data, as though you didn’t already have enough on your plate.

Push for Trump to de-annex Puerto Rico gaining momentum in DC.

The article starts with a long description of how Puerto Rico is part of the United States, but different, then the important information is at the bottom.

The gist is that this is complete BS. A Puerto Rican independence group (independence consistently polls at less than 10% in polls taken on the island) drafted this executive order and got it to the White House staff, and for some reason they are taking it seriously and discussing it. It is supposed to “prepare” Puerto Rico for independence, which the vast majority of Puerto Ricans don’t want and have consistently rejected in various referenda.

Both the Commonwealth status, the various tax arrangements, and citizenship for Puerto Rico are instituted by federal laws, and the place was annexed by treaty between the United States and Spain, and only federal law can change it. And no problems with the current arrangements have come up in over seventy years. The people who want to change it want statehood.

Just like senior Trump administration officials are making way too many public appearances, when they should be preparing for war, they are spending much too much time on chickenshit like this. I am really hoping Trump is just there for marketing and this is just chaff, and there is some sort of cell in there plotting the right strategic moves.

Deal is that there is one of those “green” conferences in Brazil, and connected to that they are destroying part of the Amazon rain forest.

This confuses people on both the “left’ and the “right”. In fact I think in the 21st century these 19th and 20th century political terms are no longer relevant. Its more Cabal and not Cabal. The Cabal inverts and destroys the meaning of everything. What is called “feminism” now reduces the autonomy and independence of women. “Democracy” means unchallenged rule by the elites. What is called “environmentalism” destroys the natural environment, and so on.

“The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.”

In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.”

The article contains a list of cases that are handled by the judicial branch, but other than the list of cases where the federal Supreme Court has original jurisdiction, legislation passed by Congress determines which courts within the judicial branch hears which cases. Federal legislation organizes the courts and can even designate a court other than the Supreme Court as the final appellate court for most cases.

Here is the important implication. These judges can be impeached by a majority vote of the House of Representatives, but removal requires two thirds of the Senate, and that is not going to happen. Impeachment may be a valid tactic for the theater (and the current Senate Majority Leader is not going to just refuse to hold a trial, like Schumer did with Mayorkas). But the tool, which requires just a majority in both houses and the presidential signature, would be to reorganize the judicial branch, including abolishing the DC circuit and transferring its cases to other circuits. The judges involved would still hold the title “judge” and be paid their salary, but be assigned to hear cases only affecting minor matters or assigned no cases at all.

arrest the small players, publicly. get them to flip on the big ones. this isnt rocket science. george soros is calling the U.S. a human rights violator while stealing our money and nuking our system of criminal justice as he steals from us. arrests, NOW.
