If any readers are familiar with radiofrequency analysis, I have purchased the TinySA Ultra spectrum analyzer, as well as this EMF meter.
But as I delve into it, I am thinking swept spectrum analyzers are probably not as useful for attempting to characterize some directed energy harassment.
The current assumption about Havana Syndrome (which I assume will be similar to most DEW harassment) is that it is a pulsed radiofrequency attack, which allows it to evade the swept spectrum analysis tools, by hitting with a high energy pulse, for a microsecond in between detection sweeps. In Ultra mode, the TinySA takes about five seconds to sweep the entire massive spectrum it is examining, so while great for a static radio signal which is constantly on, it seems it will miss pulses most time, unless it happened to just sweep over the frequency just as the microsecond pulse of energy hit. Even my 2.4 Gig router only registers like one in three or four sweeps.
Is this thinking correct? If so, does that mean you need a Real Time Spectrum Analyzer? Or does it require some type of Oscilloscope? Or some other tool entirely, to detect the pulsed forms?
Likewise, is a normal EMF detector not suited to detecting pulsed EMF disturbances, since they would hit and be gone before the meter could record the full impact of the event?
In retrospect, the eggheads who developed these technologies are not amateurs, and they would wargame against their tech, and take preemptive measures to prevent a $150 device from exposing their operations.
If this is all correct, I am curious if there is a tool for less than the $3-40 grand a real time spectrum analyzer would cost, which would allow detection and recording of the pulses? Obviously rental is not an option, as they would just wait until the device was returned, and constant rental would probably be more expensive than simply buying one outright.
That said, the TinySA may have caught something interesting. I got the high pitched thing filling the house, or so it seemed where I was sitting. It begn very loud, very suddenly. The TinySA showed a big peak at 297.4 MHz. I have to go through the files tomorrow, but I think I was able to get an audio of the room with one Tascam, I think I fed the audio from the listen function of the TinySA into another Tascam, and I found the peak only occurred stably in the chair I was sitting in. When I got up and moved around, the peak disappeared, only popping up with less amplitude intermittently elsewhere in the house. When the high pitched abated, so did the peak.
I will say the TinySA looks to be a great tool for SHTF. For those who have no idea what it is, it is a pocket-sized device which can be used kind of like a Police Scanner, only it will show you the much more massive spectrum of frequencies it detects on a graph, which spikes at any frequencies where there are signals. You can then see the exact frequency at each spike, and the amplitude, and even plug in headphones and listen to the signal.
If you are operating, and are worried about OpFors closing in, it allows you to pick up on any radio comms in the air around you, and if they are unencrypted, listen in, and if they are encrypted, well, knowing there are encrypted comms closing on your position before you see them or they see you is useful intel too.
But unfortunately, since it goes frequency by frequency, sampling for like a single microsecond every five seconds at each individual frequency, it seems of limited use for picking up pulsed radiofrequency energy attacks. So probably not that useful for characterizing how the American Stasi’s The Beam ™ is operating.
I may not have the training to characterize how The Beam ™ works myself, but I would love to gather up the required data here, and store it, so one day somebody might come along and figure it out. It seems having it the most evil enemy mankind faces deploying it on me is such an opportunity. I hate to miss out on exploiting it.

Thick sheeting would “channel” the blast up and the vast large majority of the blast would go straight up. So you might need a 100 meter circle of steel plates to make a barrel around their embassies.
If you can set the scan range to smaller increments and then work your way through the spectrum you should get much faster sweeps. Because of the tightened range. Like 1.0 to 1.25 ghz for a day, then 1.25-1.5 for a day, etc. maybe focus in on 390 mhz 400 mhz. This is just below the licensed bands.

Mercouris makes an error in that there is no constitutional requirement for the President to give an annual speech to Congress. The requirement was “from time to time”, not annually, and for half the country’s history was met by a written report. The main question I have about the performance was that it was completely pointless. But the rest of the take is pretty spot on.

I think it is natural to want to protect peaceful animals like deer. But guys experience that path of events hunting them, and it is so instinctual, and they are so hooked, they get obsessed with killing innocent animals like deer. Guys who get too close to the flame with less innocent things, end up serial killers. You had a dude in the IDF who ended up going to remote tourist locations, and actually executing innocent tourists like they were prisoners, as he tried to relive his days in the IDF, where they had him executing terrorists.
You are going to have a whole population of righteous dudes, armed to the teeth, looking at evil traitors all around who tried to destroy the nation, and victimize innocent Americans. I see these Cabal-people all the time, and there is something wrong with them, on a deep level. I think it’s vital to understand that psychopaths have very poor perception of risk and believe that they can maneuver, talk or somehow get out of any situation. They build models in their heads and refuse under any circumstances to acknowledge that some situations are just foolish to get yourselves in to.

I don’t have a tiny sa, but old stand alone frequency scanners. I would recommend you sweep the area you said before like 390-400 mhz. And then look around +-2 ghz because that is a frequency that biological water adsorbs, ie. microwave ovens which might be a clue. (Or not, who knows)

I am posting the link here, since the discussion is of the “Deep State” having tech that would seem to be completely sci fi to most people, which is also discussed here. Also the original post is pretty sane and well researched, as these things go.
A Malaysian civil air flight disappeared, after taking off from Malaysia, about ten years ago without any plausible explanation. Some debris may or may not have been recovered, far from where the plane could plausibly have been.
The conspiracy theory was that the plane was filled with engineers trying to defect to China with space age US deep state tech, so to prevent this from happening the plane was just disappeared, using the same tech. Or maybe the tech itself malfunctioned in the hold, bringing down the plane.

This is misdirection. The Jews own the externally controlled anti-hijack systems that can remotely control most commercial planes. I’m not sure if their system is in all of them. It’s law they have to have them. (This is how they did 911 also) Shortly after this plane went missing, high level Israeli officials said that the plane was hijacked and flew to Pakistan. Unfortunately for the Jews it was found that another Malaysian Airlines plane EXACTLY like the one that went missing was purchased by a plane parts broker in Florida by a Jew who of course was a former IDF. This plane was then flown to France, then to Israel where it was seen in a hangar. Now the plane broker says they were going to sale the parts off the plane for profit. But does anyone, anyone believe this??? Like Boeing does not make parts for their planes??? Anyone with the brains of a turnip knows the way you make profits from planes is to fly them as much as you possibly can with passengers. You can’t make money having them sit in a hanger, and Jews are not known for getting into a losing proposition, from the very get go, by doing incredibly stupid financial stuff.
There’s no doubt in my mind, and others, that they intended to smash this plane into something like 911 but were foiled by people who put together what they did. They were going to pretend that it was MH370 that was the weapon. And how predictable that they blame the whole thing on the US. Why was MH370 hijacked. I suspect it was a twofer. One they were going to use it missing to fake an attack pretending it was the same plane and two, they killed an important core of shareholders of a tech company that made profitable microchips that were on the plane. With them gone, Rothschild owned shares gained control of the company.

Some ‘medical’ company probably gets paid by the Canadian government to reward doctors who recommend that course of action. Prescribing a certain drug or procedure during a consultation can count in stats (ie. 20 people ‘saved’ – transmogrified) and the doc has an exec job lined up somewhere after they reach a certain number.

Probably. All countermeasures are not perfect though. When you emit, you emit. Sometimes a second or third sensor of similar or different make may pick up something the other sensors don’t. Example: You have three scanners, two are type A and the third is type B. One type A detects every odd millisecond and the other every even millisecond. The type B scanner is odd. So generally, the greater the number (and type) of scanners the higher the detection probability of an RF pulse.
Also important is RF direction finding equipment. It will tell you the directions RF is coming from. Very useful when used with other scanning tools.
Electronic warfare (which you are engaged in) is a conflict of math and physics. You may not ever be an EW impenetrable target, but you can definitely be an EW hard target.

The most useful feature for confirming efficacy of shielding is “RF Browser Mode”, which sums all RF from 0.01Ghz to 10Ghz, including pulses as small as 250 nanoseconds (0.00000025 seconds). This isn’t going to be helpful until you’ve eliminated all interior and ambient sources of RF, including WiFi, cellular, some lightbulbs, some AC-DC transformers, non-grounded ethernet cables, etc.
Once you identify a pulse in RF Browser Mode, a small panel of aluminum (e.g. 12″ x 6″) can be placed on the six sides of the EMF-390 meter, in turn, to see which panel location most reduces the signal. Then you can physically move the meter along the axis perpendicular to that panel position, and repeat the test until you’ve localized both the direction and in-room location with peak value.
Once you have identified the presence of a recurring pulse, direction and source, then you can use TinySA to narrow down the frequency range, as others have outlined.
Higher up the hardware food chain, Ettus URSP-B200 is used by research papers and supported by open-source software, including GNU Radio. There are also various open-ish SDRs and software stacks, with varying degrees of longetivity.
