News Briefs – 02/02/2023

Here are some news stories that might be of interest. Most articles will be more or less summarized in the headline. You can skim the headlines and summaries, and click the links if they are of interest. Keep in mind, many of these reports are products of an unreliable news media, so although they will be what people are hearing and talking about, there is no guarantee any one of them is necessarily correct, and we have had cases of outright lies make it onto these pages.

We have a temporary advertiser, The Daily Financial Trends – a financial news aggregator designed to deliver the data other financial sites deliver, but in a fraction of the time. Give them a click and see if you prefer getting your financial news there.

We maintain a light, news-story-only, very mobile-friendly  version of this site, with no comments, at https://www.rkpolitics.com

The FBI searched President Biden’s Rehoboth Beach, Del., beach house on Wednesday amid an ongoing investigation into the president’s handling of classified documents. Nothing classified found, supposedly. However the agents took handwritten notes that appear to be from Biden’s time as Vice President.

The National Archives was blocked from informing the public about the initial discovery of classified documents at President Biden’s former DC think tank by either the White House or the Department of Justice.

Lawyers for Hunter Biden sent letters Wednesday requesting investigations into allies of former President Donald Trump who they say trafficked in stolen information from his laptop — a dramatic shift in strategy for the president’s son after years of GOP attacks. His lawyers now admit the laptop is his.

Lawyers for Hunter Biden are demanding Fox News issue corrections about some of its coverage of the president’s son or risk a defamation lawsuit, according to the Washington Post.

Colorado lawmakers might keep using secret ballot system that transparency advocates say is illegal.

Former ABC News reporter James Gordon Meek was hit with a child pornography charge by federal authorities in Virginia on Wednesday — months after the FBI raided his home and seized his laptop and other electronic devices. From the article:

FBI agents said they found a cache of horrific images and texts Meek exchanged on Kik and other messaging apps after seizing one of his iPhones when they searched his house in Arlington, Va… “Have you ever raped a toddler girl? It’s amazing,” [Meeks] wrote in one of the messages. “

This was the ABC producer who disappeared earlier in the year after a raid on his home by FBI SWAT, and people thought he may have been vanned. I wish I could cheer. He’s MSM, and intelligence, so I would assume it plausible he was comped with child-porn and sexual assault of children. But in this nation, with intel running everything, there is no guarantee he didn’t stumble on something like the domestic surveillance network, try to report on it, and all of this was planted to frame him. Just no way to know whether to cheer, or hoist the black flag.

FBI agents tasked with following suspected killer Bryan Kohberger as he drove across the country “lost” him, but eventually caught up with him around 900 miles and 15 hours later in Loma, Colorado thanks to an automated license plate reader. Either FBI surveillance is not in anyway able to draw on Cabal’s gangstalking/surveillance, or they are telling this story to try and convince normies that there is not any massive domestic surveillance machine watching everyone. Article also claims the two Police stops were not planned, and FBI was terrified the cops would screw things up, so there is other bullshit in the article.

Frat member found dead at accused Idaho killer’s former universityAn online petition organized by a group of Tyler’s friends called for the fraternity to be investigated. “His death directly followed a long and cruel pledging process allowed by his fraternity, Theta Chi. Their inhumane and cruel hazing forced Luke, and many others to do things nobody should ever be forced to do… We demand that Theta Chi be investigated, shut down and the fraternity’s president, as well as pledge masters and others with power in the fraternity be investigated for their involvement with the death of Luke Tyler,” it adds.

I was not low IQ at that age, or a weak, naive guy lacking in paranoia. But I am blown away by how helpless I was facing the seasoned intel officers in the shadows of the education system, and the fellow students in the civilian informant/surveillance network, that the US domestic surveillance/intelligence operation was running against me – and which I get the impression is being run against everyone. I had no idea I even faced an enemy, let alone was losing to it. Every year, parents of all the kids with potential send them off to college naive, alone, and unsupported, to residences accessible to and controlled by the machine, and never even think to ask how a simple party-club like a fraternity could have the free money to buy a big mansion just to hang out in, when the local small business, which is making money for a needed service, can barely afford a storefront. Nor do they think twice when the party-club says you have to get up in front of everyone and engage in humiliating behavior if you want to join. Intel is everywhere. School your kids.

What happens if people actually reach out to those things, and seek some sort of deal? I am still kind of blown away that from the time I was a kid, the established knowledge I was exposed to on this in public schools was, there was nothing to it, and religious people were believing a silly fantasy. Meanwhile, the reality of this is the single most relevant piece of data to understanding the world. And you know the people in the story know that.

As you may recall, one part of New York City’s brilliant plan to deal with the flood of illegal migrants being shipped to the Big Apple from our open southern border was to commandeer some of the city’s pricey hotels (at taxpayer expense) and convert them into “temporary” shelters. I say “once-elegant” because investigative reporters have been touring both of these establishments and finding that they are no longer recognizable.

NFL is scripted…
From the article:
“ But when you look deeper into it and watch more of the podcast for context (which I did), it sounds like everything was just a big goof. And by the way, great marketing from these guys to use this clip to promote their show amid all of the ratcheted up “NFL is rigged” talk. PFT Commenter even brilliantly said, “can we clip just that part?””

We sure are seeing a lot of examples of cooling the mark this week, aren’t we?

My wife loves Jackie Chan movies partly for the insane stunts (he does all his own stunts) and especially the outtakes trying to get a scene right where the stunts fails several times.

But… but… all Target stores are gun-free zones. It’s right there on their corporate web page. And they don’t care if someone has a license or is in a Constitutional Carry state; if a Target employee suspects someone is armed, their policy is to order them to leave the store immediately, though some stores simply call the police and report a “trespass” instead of saying anything.

The Target near me has its doors covered in gun-ban signs, but I’ve heard not all of them do that.

I’ve mentioned the weird things my high school counselors tried to push in previous messages, but one of the things that turned me against college was when they told me that I would *have* to join a fraternity; it wouldn’t be possible to go to college otherwise. And then a long spiel about various degrading things I would have to do to join one.

I thoroughly hated the entire scholastic system by then, and was just marking time until I turned 18 and could walk away. I had wanted to be an engineer, but not enough to endure the frat thing as they described it.

I know exactly what it was. When I was in the third grade we moved to a new state and a new school district that still maintained “school prayer” even after it had been officially repealed. I didn’t know any of their prayers, so I was ridiculed and punished. I offered to learn them, but they wouldn’t tell me; apparently it was inherent from birth, and the only reason I wasn’t chanting along with the class was because I was “belligerent”, which was their word for anything they didn’t like.

It finally escalated to expulsion, and getting both the county and state school boards involved, and an hours-long conference with my parents, whereupon is was agreed I would be given the prayers in writing to memorize and it would all be dropped.

By that time I was tired of their punishments and was happy with being expelled, and nobody bothered to ask my opinion. I’d made the offer in good faith, they’d spat on it, that door was closed. I refused to learn their shitty “prayers”, and got expelled again. After more bureaucratic kerfluffle I was eventually un-expelled, but they took their revenge by making things as miserable as possible, such as inciting other students to attack me (I was expelled for fighting; they got patted on the head), throwing my schoolwork in the trash and marking “not turned in”, etc.

And then, via their shadow transcripts where teachers forward notes and warnings to each other, it followed me from grade to grade, and across schools too. It got to where I could recognize when they finally got around to reading the notes; it was blatantly obvious, like being taken aside and warned that they knew I was a troublemaker, and they weren’t having any of that in their classroom.

What they did, in the name of their god, was deliberate child abuse.

She’s probably a C-cup. She is also wearing Spanx. The dress is off the rack. Off the rack clothes are cut for a B-cup. She is wearing an underwire smoothing bra. The dress is lined, but it’s a smidge small. You can see the drag lines radiating from her tummy.

We are all conditioned to seeing Republican wives in national news. The Bushes sent their wives to Scaasi for a work wardrobe. GW griped about the price of dressing his wife in custom measured, custom made clothes while he was president. Trump’s two main wives wore custom. The pieces are so well-made, and so well-maintained, that his daughter Ivanka borrows her mother’s clothes on occasion.

State level Republicans haven’t learned everything they need to level up, but Mrs DeSantis is giving it her best shot. Three children (?) and she’s trying to force her body to fit into a glamorous dress. She hasn’t gone the next step up, which is have the dress made for her body.

Democrats, bless their hearts, do peculiar things when faced with getting dressed. We are so used to them looking oddly dressed for international anything. Hillary Clinton, a nasty piece of work, never thought that a dress shop clerk might know something, anything, about getting dressed.

Michelle Obama did far more interesting things. She would buy from American designers who were black or Asian or female or gay. The designer would get fantastic exposure. They were smaller businesses. They would sell out of whatever piece Michelle Obama was photographed in. Michelle Obama is a style icon for working Democrat women.

The designers had not been trained on how to engineer clothing for international events, or travel, or for photography. That’s how you have the photo of Mrs Obama in a rumpled, full, probably cotton skirt next to the slim cut, smooth lines of the royal female backsides, that shows up in memes.

To be fair, Catherine, princess whatever her title is,has had to learn how to dress for all that. She had similar wardrobe issues when she was first starting out as an international media icon- see through dresses, rumply dresses, skirts flying up into the air in gusty weather.

It’s a lot less like dress-making, and a lot more like upholstery- linings are heavier. There are curtain weights sewn into the hems of skirts and dresses, things like that. The linings- plural- are generally sewn tighter than the outside fabric. There are waist-stays to keep everything in line, bosom padding sewn in, wire stays, even on dresses that are not sleeveless. The hem depths need to be deeper. The seams for hems are different than off the rack.

If you look at the subtle color changes at the sides of her dress- the drag lines, the gaps, the pull lines- and you are trained, you can see what is going on with her clothes. Clothing is a multi-billion, trans-national industry. It’s the Phoenician Navy’s most basic industry, according to Miles Mathis.

I am not an expert. I just read stuff about it because it is fascinating. A custom or semi-custom piece costs between $3,000 and $10,000 (probably more, these days) because that is what it is worth. Really, it is. The inner construction, the perfect fitting, the materials gathered from around the world, the lifespan of the piece, the presentation of power.

We all have questions about GW, for instance, but nobody questions how regal and fit a former elementary school librarian and housewife raised in the desert is: that’s Laura Bush. Her wardrobe matched her demeanor- regal. She was treated like she belonged on the world stage. She was dressed correctly. The words out of her mouth were gracious.

Melania Trump has a heavy bosom, and no one comments about it now because 1. She dressed for politics and 2. Everything she wore was tailored to her body.

I despise Jill Biden for many, many reasons. Most of them stem from her presentation. She wears ill-fitting, off the rack clothes, and then has the gall to have articles praising her style puffed in the media. She’s just tacky. I’m kind of poisoned on her because she had articles commissioned about how she was prettier than Melania back in the days when they were both young because she was so much smarter than Melania. Pretty and smart are two very, very different things.
Michelle Obama, really, genuinely, did interesting things in her term as First Lady. The buying of American designer clothes is huge. She was not able to puff them in the media. She chose off the rack clothes so that fashion bloggers could find the exact model, and let her fans know what they were. The fans could buy, and did buy, the exact models. This kept American designers, manufacturing in America, solvent. Huge, big, giant fan of this.

Kate the princess does the same thing for British fashion. She wears a few statement pieces for big media events. Everything else is British mid-range design. She also has British based pattern companies selling home sewing patterns similar to her clothes. She’s not shutting down that- which she could. She is careful to let the media get good photos, front and back, so her fans can copy what she is wearing. Jill Biden, in contrast, covers up the style lines.

Gee, I wonder if non-American politician #97394839262 is finally going to save the day???

He can’t even be bothered to fake an American name. Foreigners will never make fit leaders of America because they are not Americans, will never be Americans, and will never have the interest of Americans at the front of their list.

It’s not a hard concept to grasp.

In 1992, Labour thought they would win the election. When they lost, prominent Labour female said “We do all this for the British, and then they vote Tory”. They then decided to replace the British with a “better” voter stock.

In the 90s, ex-Labour MP Roy Hattersley, said, on camera, “I do not believe that any ethnic group should be in the majority”.

Translation, the English/British were to be reduced to below 50% of the population.

“Catholic school students kicked out of Smithsonian museum in DC over pro-life beanies.”

This got me thinking about how Catholic school students get treated by TPTB and I remembered the title of a song by Red Hot Chili Peppers, a band that used to be quite big and therefore almost had to be a Cabal project. “Catholic School Girls Rule” (1985) isn’t a little bit of irreverent teasing and a little bit of admiration, it’s just a blunt attack on Christianity and traditional society.

The lyrics are self-explanatory and bad enough, but it gets worse when you read about the song’s inspiration:

The song is inspired by the repeated statutory rape of a 14-year-old girl who attended a local Catholic school. Singer Anthony Kiedis encountered her backstage at a concert and started a relationship with her, even taking her on tour in order to continue to have sex with her (despite having found out her age). He eventually returned her home after discovering her father was a police chief. […]
“Once I got into the shower, she immediately went into an impeccable rendition of Marilyn singing ‘Happy Birthday Mr. President’ to JFK. [very MK Ultra kitten of her] […] The next day we drove to Baton Rouge, and of course she came with us. After we got offstage, she came up to me and said, ‘I have something to tell you. My father’s the chief of police and the entire state of Louisiana is looking for me because I’ve gone missing. Oh and besides that, I’m only fourteen.’

And somehow Kiedis walked away from this unscathed. That was part of a pattern, see the Sexual Assault section of the band’s Wiki page. Slaps on the wrist, at most. And that’s just the stuff we know about. Only if you’re “with intelligence.”

The title of their biggest album was Blood Sugar Sex Magik (1991), Kiedis’ father was a Hollywood actor, the band has had major drug problems, the usual political work for Al Gore, Obama, Sean Penn – all this contradicts the idea that these were just a bunch of very creative guys from ordinary families who didn’t subscribe to any religious or political ideology and just forged their own path with their talent.

A federal judge in Wisconsin on Wednesday ruled that a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the father of a man shot and killed by Kyle Rittenhouse, Anthony Huber,

That judge should be impeached. If we can’t stop them using corrupt judges to destroy us then it will all be eventually lost. It can not be more clear this guy chased him down and would have killed him if he could.

“…Upon the recommendation of United States senators from Wisconsin Herb Kohl and Russ Feingold,[5] Adelman was nominated by President Bill Clinton on September 8, 1997…”

Haven’t found the ruling itself, but found some more complete reporting. So, it looks like Kyle isn’t even the actual target of the lawsuit, the city of Kenosha is. To get at the city, they have to rope in Kyle as a “conspirator.” The motion here was to dismiss the case because with no evidence that Kyle made any agreement with the police, there can’t be a conspiracy.
The judge ruled against that, saying that it is “plausible” that an agreement could have been made without an explicit agreement. That’s pretty standard in litigation. It’s also much harder to prove. The judge is quoted as saying,

“While I agree that such a conspiracy is unlikely, I cannot say that these allegations are so fantastic that I may ignore the complaint’s factual allegations and dismiss the conspiracy allegations as frivolous or entirely implausible.” The judge continued, explaining that Huber has already offered “more than most plaintiffs can allege,” given that conspiracies “are usually kept secret.”

So it sounds like even the judge knows that they are full of shit, but didn’t have a clear enough case to throw it out. My experience, though, when judges say things like that, they are telling you that your case is shit and the jury is going to laugh you out of the courtroom.
Also, Kyle is a co-defendant, and the claims are almost certainly joint-and-several damages, which means that everyone is on the hook for all of it. If they do get ruled against, Kyle can just duck the judgment and let the city take the entire fall, money wise. He’s still going to have to pay his legal bills, but the city will get the entire bill if this somehow turns into a judgment. Kyle was already ducking service (which looks to have pissed the judge off) so I don’t doubt he would be as canny with the judgment itself.

Thanks for explaining that. I wonder why can Kyle not get some of these people suing him to pay his legal expenses? How hard is it for this to happen? it would seem that if this is difficult, anyone could be ruined by legal fees. Like Flynn was.

It has to be done by statute, state by state. Some states allow recovery to more or less degrees. A lot of it is claim specific.
Texas (only using it because I know it) allows you to recover your fees defending yourself (which is much rarer than fees for winning a suit you brought) if the judge rules that, as a matter of law (meaning no question of the facts) the lawsuit has no basis in law — meaning it is entirely frivolous — you can get your defense costs back. You can get them back under certain sanctions, like if someone sues you and then refuses to cooperate with disclosures. And you can pretty reliably get your defense costs back under the anti-SLAPP rules most states have now.
The presumption in English Common Law is that everyone has a right to their day in court, so there aren’t a lot of restrictions on bringing a suit, including not being on the hook for the defense costs. Of course, that also goes back to the old medieval courts where literally the whole town would line up to sue each other when the judge was in town, and everyone represented themselves to the judge.
Seriously, Court Day was a really big deal. You would go to sue your neighbor over his cow breaking down your fence, you would be suing someone else for their witch wife curdling your milk, and there would be three guys there suing you because they all chipped in to buy a tun of beer from your wife and all got the shits from it.

Disabled residents sue Portland over homeless camps blocking sidewalks and discover city spent $2 MILLION taxpayer funds for 22,000 homeless tents – mayor defends expense for ‘public health emergency.’

” They gave away the tents to help create the homeless crisis. These people are doing this purposely, and all of it is planned. The leaders we “elected” know something we do not know.”

This was made obvious with the COVID lockdowns, mostly in March 2020. Every place did the exact same thing, like they were working off a script. And you are right to put “elected” in quotes.

Unearmark. Pass a law cutting all funds and salaries to any Federal agency or contractor giving these people employment. Personalize it. Make it explicit, these people who act unlawful never be funded again or at least while we have control of the purse strings. This would be difficult to do the first time but if we could get 4 or 5 cases like this and push it until it stuck it would put a huge crimp in the pozz. They would know they were no longer protected to act like criminals. The Democrats already do this. They have the march through institutions but they don’t control everything and the surest way to control them is to cut their air supply off…cash.

I might add that in these unearmark cases we have the upper hand as the left almost entirely depends on government funding to do what they do. Even the big tech is riddled with government funding. What if when twatter, Google and all the other big tech companies started banning conservatives we passed a law not allowing any funds to any company controlled, managed or in any way a part of the specific people running these companies from any government agency or contract. It would shut their asses down immediately. In an all out “fund fight” we would win this, because less of our side depends on government funding. Think next time you see some leftist cause and see if they could survive without government finding.

Vitally important on this is to tie the unearmark to specific persons. They try to shut down all funding for an organization which might actually have some use by bundling these pozzed evil people into the funding of organizations. A favorite tactic of theirs is to infiltrate some useful organization, then siphon off funds to schemes no one but them wants. An example, the CDC using all sorts of resources to ban guns. That’s not their job, and in singling out the actual persons involved in making the decision to do this takes a huge swath of pozz away from them. We could do the same with various lawyers and operatives who have infiltrated different organizations to steer the whole organization onto paths no one wants. Get rid of them PERSONALLY and leave the rest of the organization. I promise you it would not take long for them to get a clue and start questioning their handlers plans to hijack organizations.

A Bill of Attainder is when the legislature passes a bill to punish a particular person.
Denying the person government pay should not count, but prohibiting them from ever getting a government job in the future might.
We might need to keep doing it on a case by case basis.

A Bill of Attainder is when Congress passes a law specifically to target one person for an alleged crime. Parliament used to do it to the colonists instead of giving them a real trial in court, which is why our Constitution specifically prohibits it and also guarantees a jury trial in the Bill of Rights.
I think that since you are simply removing funding from someone, you wouldn’t fall afoul. But anytime someone is named in a law, you are skirting near it. Parliament, for example, would just pass a law declaring someone an Outlaw, and remove all legal protections from them without a trial.

Thanks a lot. The background on this is very helpful. It may well be that my brilliant “unearmark” idea is…not so brilliant after all. I could easily see them saying it’s unconstitutional. A bit squishy there. The only way to find out is to try it. The other option s to unearmark funds for specific causes. I’m close to positive you can do that because it’s been done by refusing funds for various things related to abortion.

I read a little on this and it’s a very close call. Congress has the right to decide funding, so…it would seem that they could decide to not fund various people. They also have the right to approve of members of the government. So there’s that. Tough one.

Spike proteins can easily cause protein misfolds in neurons given enough time. This was known (and discussed on this blog) since early 2021. We are lucky that Covid-19 isn’t causing a massive die off through what are essentially airborne prions. That could potentially cause the extinction not just of humans, but of most higher order mammals as well. Lucky for us it’s just the vax that is causing it, for now.

I suspect the Chinese Communist Party decided to cut themselves in on Chan’s estate. They’re treating Hong Kong to the spiked jackboot, and Chan has too much family there to openly defy them; that’s one of the reasons he moved back to Hong Kong from the United States.

The picture Farcesensitive posted says it all. They just can not contain themselves. It’s not my fault they can not do so. In fact as much as I hate the Jews it’s really not any “racial” thing. I just see, hey who’s doing this awful thing, and it’s always the Jews. And they’ve been doing this for thousands of years. This HAS worked for them but it only works if they can evacuate an area after they’ve parasite and attempted to destroy the people in it and if they can run off somewhere else and bemoan the fact that they are such little angels and the good White folks at the new place feel sorry for them and let them start over. This “feel sorry for me technique” is a favorite ploy of psychopaths, by the way. It doesn’t work on nonwhites and it doesn’t work when people can look up what they’ve done in the past.

I used to post a gif of this video, no sound, and called it “Jew actions and results”. It pissed them off to no end. It got me banned a few places. They went ape shit over this, they hated it, but it’s true. Think of all the extreme effort they put into turning everything they touch or have any sort of control over, into shit. The work load has got to be intense. But since it’s all in the pursuit of evil, it always ends in destruction for them. They are truly mentally ill from a long term strategic survival perspective. Only in ignorance of them can they prevail, and that’s not likely to happen.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AUynmVu6S5A

I found a great video site by a guy who talks about Geopolymers. He has found a huge mass of them at ancient sites. Many in Great Britain. I had no idea these things were everywhere. Now I knew about the ones n South America and the pyramids are certainly have a large amount of geopolymer in them but these things are everywhere. A warning he seems to see geopolymer in a lot of places that I suspect are not, but he provides plenty of them that you can tell are. If you ever wondered how they made all these huge megalithic sites pre-history, he covers it.

He has lots of videos. I haven’t seen the one you are talking about. There’s good stuff there but I think he believes lots of things that are not geopolymer, or that I don’t think are, are geopolymer. An example is hills where houses are cut into them. Certain kinds of sandstone are easy to cut in to, and after you cut in to them, carbon dioxide seeps into the stone and hardens it(or I think that’s how it works). None the less he shows a lot of great examples of geopolymer. The caskets in Egypt are most certainly some form of geopolymer. The pyramids have a lot of it on the top levels and in the facing. The interior is rough cut blocks.

In one of his videos he says an old school Mason contacted him and told him there are craftsmen that are masons that know the secret, it’s been passed own for ages and they keep it secret. He says there are two plant chemicals needed, which he will not divulge, and that they do touch up work for all the major buildings and for wealthy clients who are proscribed to keep what they do secret. I can’t remember which video. If I find it, I’ll comment on it.

It seems trivial, but interesting.

She was told to ask “Can I name him Storm?”. She didnt need permission.

I think it is a message, or a signal.

It might have felt like the Trumpet-playing Brunson Brothers Supreme Court case hit the end of the road last month when the Supreme Court declined to accept it.

But I have a big update for you: it’s back on!

Check this out:

Brunson Case has been accepted again for conference, this time on February 17, yup the 17th. https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/svg/1f91e.svghttps://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/svg/270c.svg pic.twitter.com/rbvctIeNoN

That’s right, its back on the docket and set for conference…

When?

Oh, just the 17th of February.

Probably just a coincidence…

People are already calling it “Q Day”:

The Brunson case has been scheduled for conference for February 17th.

   That’s right, the 17th.. “Q” Day!

There is also Q post #3872 that is coming up on the 3 year delta on that same day.

   To be blunt….
   GAME OVER.
