Peter Thiel writes of a coming reveal of secrets of the old guard. He is CIA, or at least was. Although I would think it unlikely, if the guard is changing, he could have taken a better deal and turned to save himself.

I would never convict him of anything, and I doubt any real American would. Now would any real American care what happened to a traitor who sold the nation out to foreign elites to enrich themselves. And that is to say nothing, compared to me testing if we are really electing our leaders with my No Bags/No Tags political party running governors in all 50 states and a POTUS candidate. That is going to be a scene, and the only way the nation will ever become one America again.
A pussy like Theil, who did whatever it took to save and enrich himself, may look out on America and think everyone will go softly into that good night with a shrug. But I think real Americans, the ones who make the country great, who could care less if they live or die for a good cause, finding out the truth, will want a future a little more exciting and disordered, with a greater degree of justice. I would expect it will be violent, even if most of them will simply allow the violence by condoning it when called upon for jury service or voting the election booth. IMO, what has been done to this nation is unforgivable, and the trash will have to be taken out before those of us who held loyalty with each other can move forward. I think most will agree.
I suspect, even as he pats guys like Theil on the back and tells them it will be OK, deep down, a chaos-maven like Trump knows the trouble waters we are heading into, and maybe even likes it.
And again, we are not here by chance at this moment, nor is American Stasi as amazing as it is by coincidence. We are being used by forces far beyond our comprehension, and our presence at this pivotal moment should make you realize, we will have a significant role to play in these events. You should be looking forward at what is to come with as much excited anticipation as I am.

This would explain most of the characteristics you have described since most of your counter measures would have stopped normal Hertzian EM waves. This is closely related to anti-gravity tech which would explain the physical manifestation, since scalar wave are thought to affect space-time itself. A Danish study indicated that men in general became less fertile between 2020- 22. It didn’t give a reason, and the writer jumped to the conclusion that it was the “vaccines”. However, lots of studies have been indicated drops in male fertility for over a decade, before the “vaccines” were introduced.
If anything this backs my theory that the MNRA “vaccines” were saline, and the operation was introduced to cover for degraded health in people from other causes.
