I watched the fucking awful Leave the World Behind recently in which a character refers to the “evil cabal” that rules the world. He then immediately assures us the truth is worse – there is no evil cabal we can blame, we humans just suck and cause all our own problems.

JUST IN: Chaos breaks out in New York City after underground tunnels were discovered under the Chabad Lubavitch World Headquarters in Brooklyn.

Look at all those guys. I bet almost every one of them is taking steroids. How do you get the cut of those guys and work 40 hours and usually overtime. You would have to spend every spare hour lifting. Cops look like this too. I wonder if the availability of these is not only made easily available, but notes are taken on who gets them illegally?
Adding muscle is actually one of those things which on a graph peaks earlier than you would think, and trails off sooner too. You can actually put on most, and I mean like 90-95% of the muscle with just 20-25 minutes a day, and if you are pressed for time, but want it, you can probably do that in 15 minutes, doing it as a circuit. At least for just size. You can go over that, but the returns on mass will diminish (although physical capability will increase). I would do two sets, one set to failure with 10-15 reps, followed immediately by a second set to failure with 10-15 by dropping a plate to get whatever would produce failure at 10-15 reps. Then just do a circuit, day one, biceps, triceps, chest, lats, deltoids, back, anterior deltoids, traps. That is nine exercises, covers the whole upper body, and figure one minute lifting, one of rest, and on to the next muscle. Legs are the same, squats, leg curls, lunges, calf raises, toe raises, hip adduction, hip abduction, knee lifts, dead lifts. And if you are really pressed for time, you can split it even more. half upper body, half lower body, then the other half upper body, then the upper half of lower.
I think all those guys look about like you would if you did that and had One meal per day.

I should add, when I speak on this specific subject, it is with an enormous body of knowledge, and immense personal experience. I may know more about this than anything else in life. So when I say, every person should be putting in 15 minutes on day one, 15 minutes on day two, and then take day three off before repeating the cycle, and that it is even more immensely important as you get older, and the gains are less, I mean it and know what I am talking about.
That said, I have taken time off myself now, so you have to decide what is most important to you, and do what you have to. But I will undoubtedly be lifting myself again in a month or so.

Not at all. The circuit training is both cardiac and strength training. And it will course blood through the system which flushes toxins, and has other effects like improving cognitive function. The key is hit it hard and fast for the seven or eight exercises and get it done.
I’m curious about this, does strength work the same way. What about health benefits? That you can get a good percentage with low time? Does anyone have a link on a particular program that uses just heavy stuff. Not gym equipment or other. Stuff like bags of sand or five gallon buckets where you can get these sorts of results?

One set of ten to fifteen reps every two to four days on a muscle is probably 75 percent of the benefits of doing 5 to six sets of ten to fifteen reps every other day. And it is less taxing. You can workout to the point you are in incredible shape, and add more exercise, and not end up in better shape, but be more exhausted all the time, if that makes sense.
When you lift, you damage the muscle, and trigger an inflammatory process which is critical to rebuilding the muscle. That inflammatory process tires you, and the rebuilding during what is called the recovery process is tiring as well. There is a sweet spot which is really quite early on the curve. After that things change, and that extra 15-25% will cost you energy for doing stuff, You will need an extra hour or two, or three of sleep, you will need more calories, and you will not have as much energy during the recovery. As an example, I have not lifted now in two or three weeks. It is a conscious decision, sue to the harassment and another book I am developing. I just need that extra energy to get through this period. And it is a sacrifice as I love the sensation of lifting. For me, it is literally like talking a drug.
You can do a workout with sandbags and 5 gallon buckets, and a place to hang. But you do not see that stuff in professional gyms for a reason. Equipment, even the most rudimentary, makes everything faster and easier, and more pleasurable, which is important. You should at the least get a high pully which offers you resistance to downward pulling, and a leg curl for hamstrings. But cheap dumbells are not a bad idea either. I actually put up a piece a ways back on weightlifting in a fifteen minute period every day or two. I will have to look for it.
Having a bench press and a locker at your place of work goes a long way.
Is that muscle failure on each exercise in the circuit?
Yes. Each time you exercise a muscle it should be to failure. If you are adding the second set, drop the weight and immediately begin the second set to failure at the lower weight. And to get more growth out, take ten fast deep breaths before doing each set to maximize oxygenation.
Young men going monk mode in school and college is going to be necessary. Because who knows how many honeypots are out there.
IMO, college evolved specifically as an intel program, to get 17 year old kids who are clueless and naive away from their families and unprotected, where Cabal agents could embed in their lives, almost as new families, in residences which were owned by either the university, or controlled landlords who ran properties around the university (and which could be put up with all kinds of cameras and bugs and spy gear), and all of it was to be able to more easily target targets. Ad the honeypots are integral to that plan.
It sounds weird, there would be all these girls for whom sex with a guy, on orders from their “boss” is just a gig for their intel op, but all these people are weird. I am sure many marry just on orders, and even have kids with their target. They seem to feel everyone out there is a threat to their operation, and they need to hustle however they need to hustle to get control.
I’m not so sure they would have to be under orders. Or have any knowledge of direction at all, particularly of a cabal.
Consider that there have been media specifically targeted young girls for a long time. Then, as the internet evolved, and “social media”, it became easy to target *individual* girls and use artificially-generated peer pressure to influence them to do what you want. Your handlers control every web search, every Facebook feed, every YouTube or TikTok suggestion. The current generation grew up in a media Skinner box.
Sure, it wouldn’t be 100% effective… but the operational cost would be trivially cheap. You need a 9 or 10 to show up at someone’s table and hustle him for a date? You target two dozen of them, and maybe three show up. It doesn’t take any more effort for two dozen, or two thousand, as it would for one.
They hook up, then you start pushing marriage influences. They get hitched, then you set them up in a blackmailable situation, and presto! Puppetry.
None of them have to know who they work for. Most of them probably wouldn’t even know they were being ‘managed.’ Way simpler and cheaper than breeding them up, indoctrinating them, and then hoping none of them goes off the reservation and starts talking to people they shouldn’t. Particularly in today’s “social” interactions, where so many people just babble any thoughts that come into their heads.
