NEW details have emerged about the fatal police shooting of an Australian woman in Minneapolis.
Justine Damond, 40, was killed in what police confirmed was an “officer-involved shooting” in the city’s Fulton neighbourhood after a 911 call was made.
Minnesota newspaper The Star Tribune reports Ms Damond was dressed in her pyjamas when she went to the driver’s side door of the police vehicle that responded to the emergency call.
She was talking to the driver when the officer in the passenger seat pulled out his gun and shot across his fellow officer.

Mohamed Noor is the newest Somali police officer in Minneapolis.
“Officer Noor has been assigned to the 5th Precinct, where his arrival has been highly celebrated, particularly by the Somali community in and around Karmel Mall,” says Minneapolis Mayor Betsy Hodges. “The community even hosted a meet and greet event (see pics) to welcome him. I want to take a moment to recognize Officer Mohamed Noor, the newest Somali officer in the Minneapolis Police Department.Officer Noor has been assigned to the 5th Precinct, where his arrival has been highly celebrated, particularly by the Somali community in and around Karmel Mall. The community even hosted a meet and greet event (see pics) to welcome him. A wonderful sign of building trust and community policing at work.

Yay Diversity! Clearly having a diverse force is much more important than hiring by IQ and ability.
He shot across the chest of the driver of his patrol car to hit her several times, while the driver was talking to her. That in itself is somewhat unusual. Drawing from a seated position, while keeping eyes on the target, and then discharging while in a car might not be as likely as him approaching the scene with his gun already unholstered while in the vehicle, Somali-technical style, before he had even seen what was going on. Also unknown is why his partner did not seem to get any rounds off, though a nine millimeter going off repeatedly inches from his face, inside a car, unexpectedly, as he was looking the other way and not expecting it might have had something to do with it.
I’m normally very forgiving of police mistakes, but how do you shoot a pretty 40 year old blond yoga instructor in pajamas when you arrive at a possible assault call? Unless this woman was high on drugs or totally out of control, it looks pretty bad. I’m sure it will get just as much media coverage as thug Michael Brown diving into a Police Officer’s cruiser to fight with him right after committing a strong arm robbery, though. The Fake News is nothing if not predictable.
Hiring Somalis is just a bad idea. Nobody with a brain would import people whose average IQ is 69 (meaning fully half have sub-69 IQ’s), let alone hire such people whose religion is hostile to America and freedom, and then put them in a high speed job, with a gun, where one mistake would kill innocent people. That they restructure math, reading, and writing police tests into personality tests so they can hire mentally retarded Somalis at the expense of more qualified candidates is shameful.
But view it from the perspective of an ugly leftist r-strategist feminist, who would otherwise never have found anyone who would mate with her. Her ranking on the mate-value scale just went up one notch. That is the r-strategist reproductive strategy when importing violent foreigners with low IQs and a hostile ideology. They are importing violent savages all over the world because they are hoping they will kill us for them. That is how the human r-strategy has evolved to compete while minimizing personal risk and personal conflict. And it is why Communism has killed so many.
When the Apocalypse goes down, all of this will go away, and the meritocracy will return out of necessity.

The Somali officer must have had some kind of racial animus. What else could explain his bizarre yet coordinated actions?
I’m so sorry. It is tough to tell what happened, but if she had already begun talking to the driver, the passenger smoking her from in the car would seem incredible, especially since she didn’t have a gun.
My guess is there was more going on with him than we knew. The amygdala can be primed, like by some stressful/angering thing beforehand which degrades function. When you’re gardening and fuck something up because you were steamed at how your wife was boning the neighbor it is one thing. When you pull your gun and shoot because a flashlight looked like a gun to your amped up amygdala, it is a whole other thing. Since IQ is a proxy for reaction time, and vice versa in the research, those personality tests Justice is forcing on departments to increase minority passage, should be ditched, and they should go back to IQ/Math/reading/writing.
My bet is that nothing will happen to this “officer”. Anyone want to open the bidding? The city do not want to be put in a position of having to fire or prosecute their first Somali policeman. So it will turn out that this shooting will be declared “justified”.
I could see that happening and the police department knowlingly flushing their credibility down the drain all while protesting loudly that the system works and is trustworthy. I hate the BLM crowd but american police departments brought it on themselves.
I’ve seen smarter police dogs than this Somali. That’s probably why muslims dislike dogs so much, they can’t stand the competition.
Every single report of this shooting makes a point of saying she was in her pajamas. Some articles repeat this over and over. Also, I came across this little nugget buried in the middle of a long Daily Mail article about the shooting: “Noor, who joined the Minneapolis Police in March 2015, has had three complaints made against him in two years – including a lawsuit. She was shot “through” the police car door. I think he had his gun out and accidentally shot through the door and once he fired, well…now she’s a threat(has to be). He just screwed up. Dufus.
