More Consulate Workers In China Evacuated Due To Sonic Attacks

Somebody has a new toy:

A crisis over a mysterious ailment sickening American diplomats and their families — which began in Cuba and recently appeared in China — has widened as the State Department evacuated at least two more Americans from China on Wednesday.

The Americans who were evacuated worked at the American Consulate in the southern city of Guangzhou, and their colleagues and family members are being tested by a State Department medical team, officials said. It is unclear how many of them are exhibiting symptoms, but officials expect more American personnel to be evacuated.

For months, American officials have been worried that their diplomats have been subjected to targeted attacks involving odd sounds, leading to symptoms similar to those “following concussion or minor traumatic brain injury,” the State Department says.

The cases in China have broadened a medical mystery that started in 2016, when American Embassy employees and their family members began falling ill in Havana. In all, 24 of them were stricken with headaches, nausea, hearing loss, cognitive issues and other symptoms after saying they heard odd sounds. The issue has roiled relations with Cuba, which immediately fell under suspicion, and led the United States to expel Cuban diplomats…

In Tuesday’s statement, Mr. Pompeo said he had created a health care task force to examine “the unexplained health incidents that have affected a number of U.S. government personnel and family members stationed overseas.”

The statement left open the possibility that there have been similar events at other American embassies or consulates. One American official said that he was aware of reports of isolated episodes, but that there did not appear to be any discernible pattern.

Very interesting. China is not going to do this on its own soil. Likewise Cuba. I do not see Putin authorizing this as he is trying to forge a new, stronger relationship. Who else is out there who is hostile to America, and technologically and operationally sophisticated enough to pull this off in a myriad of nations? And they are doing this even as we are hunting them, and led by a leader who will slaughter whoever is responsible the moment he gets a bead on them? It would fit with the idea of Cabal, Inc.

Most puzzling is who has the balls to launch attacks like this on Chinese soil. PLA Intelligence will disappear you into a black hole, and you will wish you were dead. Whoever is doing this must be immensely technologically sophisticated, and/or have an impressive network of Chinese locals to run it, because any foreigner entering China is not about to launch an attack like this while under the level of surveillance which any foreigner would get on entering the country. All it would take is one misstep, to make you look interesting, and the spooks will swarm you like angry bees, just out of your sight, and you will not have a moment’s privacy. And Chinese Intel is not concerned with human rights, or privacy protections. You can bet they have surreptitiously entered every domicile surrounding the afflicted diplomats residences and workplaces, and tossed the residences for anything which might be related, or point to a culprit. I would assume they have come up dry.

There was an interesting element in the book Chameleo, which was about a low level drug addict named Dion, who through a quirk of circumstance found himself turned into some sort of ultra-elite intelligence test subject for all the latest psyop technologies, and ultra-elite surveillance technologies. There were indications his targeting was being done by some sort of private sector defense contractor which would ally with US government intelligence agencies, but which might have been keeping its toys close-hold, and out of the government’s purview.

Dion bought a vehicle, and attempted to hit the road to get away from his pursuers. As he fled California, he found he was followed by a seemingly invisible drone, no matter where he went, even in the middle of the desert. The drone appeared to be covered with a LED TV screen, which projected the image behind it on its surface, making it appear invisible. But Dion said that every so often the sun would hit the TV screen covering it just right, and he would see the sunlight reflect off the glossy surface of it. Occasionally at night they would light the screen up, perhaps just for effect, so he would see a bright white shape in the night sky following him.

There did not appear to be anyone around him operating it, and the implication was it was being run out of some office somewhere, maybe even thousands of miles away. There was even a photo in the book of a white streak heading up into the sky, and disappearing into the clouds, which Dion supposedly took of it.

I have to wonder if these sonic attacks could be launched by a similar drone, perhaps even controlled via satellite from an entirely different country. That would allow them to launch the attacks without having to fear their operatives being caught by China, and revealing who exactly is behind this.

I hope they get caught soon, and have public examples made of them. This hitting Americans behind their backs, in ways they can’t defend against is unacceptable.
