Minor Refugees A Problem In Europe

Germany is seeing it:

A group of fifteen young unaccompanied migrants from North Africa are terrorising the German city of Mannheim. Most of them are from Morocco.

According to the city’s mayor, Peter Kurz, they damage property, commit street crimes and attack people. He says that people see it as a “failure of the state” when the young migrants can’t be held accountable for their criminal behavior.

Some perpetrators can’t be arrested because of their young age or an unknown identity. It is also very hard to deport them even if they can arrest them, according to German data not a single unaccompanied young refugee was deported last year.

A lawyer says there are a lot of problems concerning deportation of the group of young culprits: “It is often very difficult for public authorities to obtain the necessary identity documents without them deportation is impossible. Sometimes, despite bi- or multilateral agreements, also problems with the countries of origin, which the refugees would have to take back.”

Around 33,000 unaccompanied minor refugees are currently being cared for in Germany, according to figures from the Federal Association of Unaccompanied Minor Refugees from mid-October. They live in homes, residential groups, in foster homes or live alone. Many do not have a fixed residence status.

So you show up in a nation without papers, and get a sort of instant citizenship by virtue of the fact that they don’t know where to deport you to. This is the stupid downside to civilization. if you abide by rules too closely, and never deviate, there are all sorts of opportunities for the rules to be exploited.

Rubbing salt in the wounds, most of these are not even children:

Age assessment tests on asylum seekers in Sweden show that thousands of migrants are older than they claimed. The national forensic medicine agency started testing migrants in March after authorities expressed doubts over several applicants. Immigration agencies have since made 5,700 decisions based on the tests and relabeled 79 percent of those applicants as adults rather than children, newspaper Svenska Dagbladet reports.

When you are dealing with r-strategists, you cannot expect morality. Morals are just psychological expectations. As a result, the moral framework of the r-strategy is totally different from that of the K-strategy. The r-strategists expect free resources, so when free resources are not forthcoming, they feel it is as much a moral violation as K-strategists would see unfair competition as immoral. For r’s, free resources are a moral imperative, and your unfairly preventing them from having free resourses by exploiting your superior abilities is what is immoral and unfair.

As a result, in their mind, they are allowed to do anything to reacquire the free resources they are being unfairly denied by your immoral “selfishness.”

Sooner or later, confronted with that psychology, we will begin to do whatever we need to do to reacquire the fairly apportioned resources, awarded based on ability, effort and determination, that we know is our moral imperative.

The only answer to this is Apocalypse. K-strategists need to be so worked up they abandon all rules, and just assert their perceptions of right and wrong by brute force. These minors need to be dropped out of a cargo plane over Africa, with or without parachutes.

Until then, it will be a rough ride.

Tell everyone about r/K Theory, because it is moral by every measure but r

Repatriation of All. Jail those complicit in this policy past and present

With ‘Diversity™’: Freedom = forced association, liberty = serve the state, ‘equality’ = the higher subsidize the lower, caring = (hands up) – OR ELSE

Non-Whites can easily replace German engineers and British architects, but an authentic burrito or kebab can only be made by real Mexicans and Turks

Good Jurisprudence, especially in the English Common Law tradition uses intent. The intent of the persons, the intent of the Law, the intent of the ruler. This always allowed practical minded authorities the ability to handle situations such as these. Obviously that practicality has eroded for the West, and left wing legal groups would exploit these gaps- abusing the letter of the law- to allow wanton destruction of order.

For Policemen, Soldiers, Citizens- ask yourself what is the INTENT of these minors? What is the INTENT of the Law? What is the INTENT of a leftist lawyer who would defend these individuals? Answer that- and you will understand the Law. And what is the INTENT of the Law? It is Order.

Situations like these could also be handled with part of Roman Law, concerning natural law. Simply put these foreign minors are breaking rules of any civilized society. The punishment would have been slavery or execution, followed by flogging and banishment for any who dared defend them. This would be viewed as the “nice” Roman punishment.

This is exhibit A for the overwhelming of our society by the supremacy of the individual; no matter what they do or who they are (very low IQ, feral, barbaric, savage, psychopathic, etc.). We have so elevated individual rights that the State is unable to serve the interests of its people and this kind of chaos ensues.

And it’s all down to the notion of universal egalitarianism and equality. The Enlightenment and the U.S. constitution has turned out to be a suicide pact. And I say this as a reformed libertarian.

How one can even be a refugee from a place where tourists pay lots of money to visit is beyond me. What conflict or persecution are they fleeing from in Morocco exactly?
