A new Norwegian study has found the gap in labour participation rates between citizens born in Norway and third world migrants widens the longer newcomers have been in the country. Researchers at the Ragnar Frisch Centre for Economic Research uncovered “encouraging signs of labour market integration during an initial period upon migrants’ admission”.
But after a period of just five to 10 years, according to the report, “the integration process goes into reverse with widening immigrant-native employment differentials and rising rates of immigrant social insurance dependency”.
What is happening is they are importing r-strategists, and then provisioning them with free resources, driving them even more r. Even the few K’s who enter are probably r-ified as well to some degree. I expect as you drive them r, you will increase criminality and rates of sexual assault as well.
This could be avoided. Don’t offer free resources to migrants. Make initial entry and survival difficult for migrants so the r’s will go elsewhere and only the K’s will seek to migrate to your nation. Put out images of a nation hostile to outsiders and new migrants. Have strict controls at the border refusing entry to the diseased, especially those with sexually transmitted diseases.
Do that and your migrants will be K-strategists, they will integrate, and eventually they will help to make your nation a K-selected paradise of freedom and loyalty.
Without understanding r/K Theory none of this is predictable, but with it you have the power to control events in a way you otherwise never would.

In the years immediately following world war two when the migrants started noticeably flowing in they did precisely what you described in your second paragraph, but women wanted a welfare state and the leftists in the society worked internationally to project American racial dynamics unto all of the west.
This also tracks with the realization that they are not going to do well due to the IQ differential. After the special training programs, affirmative action ends there is flunking out, poor results for secondary education, trade schools, and “college”. The second and third generation of failure because of their lower IQ’s breeds enormous resentment which turns on the host culture which they can never fully fit in without overtaking it.
Once upon a time immigrants had hurdles to jump in order to get into the US. This process increased the likelihood of good quality people becoming citizens. Now we are supposed to let everyone in without discrimination?
