From flashpoints around the world – wars in Africa and the Middle East, terrorism in Asia, gang violence in Central America – tens of millions of migrants have run for their lives in just the past few years, creating crises of epic scale for many destination nations.
A small fraction, about 85,000 annually, find a haven in the United States as refugees. Last year, 2,645 were resettled in Pennsylvania, including 510 in Philadelphia. New Jersey became home to 314, 91 of whom moved to the Camden area…

So not only do we have to provide the adults with free food, housing, and job training. The swarthy adult males, from cultures which normalize homosexuality and pedophilia, have to be admitted to public education so they can spend 13 years doing a full K-12 public school education, alongside all the children, paid for by yet more property taxes. How do they pay for housing and food for that whole time? Welfare.
What makes it even more funny is that they are coming from nations where a third grade education is normal.
All that is missing is travel money so they can go back to their home country for vacations, but those demands are coming.
Migrants are overwhelmingly r-strategists, and when migrating from harsh environments to environments of ease with generous welfare and freebies, they will almost always be r-strategists. And being r-strategists, their expectations will never cease to blow your mind.

Now they won’t get tired while they’re raping the Europeans.
I know I’m not telling /you/ anything, but if we want to turn the culture our way we have to kill the idea that America’s wealth is just ‘in the air’, and should be given to all of those benighted people who don’t happen to have our enlightened way of life and wealth. I’m convinced part of people’s generosity is thinking it’s free, and, wanting to /be the one/ to introduce people to America’s wealth. Small people getting to show off and vicariously feel America’s greatness in the act of giving, /being generous with other people’s money/ as Margaret Thatcher would say.
Finding a way to do this before your apocalypse would be nice.
I like the line that /it’s a big, wild world and why are we responsible for it all?/ That used to be not such a radical idea, but I guess TV, the internet, and maybe the ubiquity of English have brought the big outside world right into our laps, making us know and feel its suffering, bringing them all into our ‘caring sphere’. I shudder at the consequences of taking this to logical extremes (like the Italian navy picking up migrants /off the coast of Libya/!).
But that means we have to see their suffering /and not care/. We need to toughen up, harden our hearts. It may take your apocalypse to do that.
Minneapolis is cutting rent for refugees if they take a trip home, thereby subsidizing the trip.
