Q has just pointed out how his comms work. Basically Q tells us inside information, and then the President drops a clue, out in the open, which tells us this isn’t a fake, and the information is good. Q tells us the Hammer drop is coming in post 74, and then The President arranges to have a Fire Truck with the number “Q74” waiting and holding up a flag, when the President is about to receive the North Korean Hostages.
Now, Q tells us the name of one of the two NYPD Detectives who were murdered by the Cabal:

The President gave a speech at the National Law Enforcement Officer’s Memorial, and in the process invited Detective Miosotis Familia’s family and partner on stage, to talk to them. Her partner accompanied them, in what appeared a prearranged display.
He said:
My name is officer Marr, I was Detective Familia’s partner the night she was killed. I knew her for about ten years, I worked with her on and off.. She volunteered to come back to patrol… and I had the honor of being with her that night… She may have been lost that night, but she saved a lot of lives in turn, because of her memory, and everything that transpired after the fact.
What was everything that transpired after the fact that saved a lot of lives? Did NYPD join with the White Hats, and aid the Storm? Did that save other NYPD lives we haven’t heard about?
Notice also, as the President discussed, recently MS-13 declared they were going to kill an NYPD officer to take back the streets. Now consider that the NYPD appears to have decided to join with President Trump to take on the Cabal to avenge one of their own, and suddenly MS-13, which Q has said is used by Cabal as domestic shock troops, declares war on the NYPD and vows to kill one of their’s. That was an example of Cabal’s comms. That is Cabal saying, “We are not pleased.”
You can see what Trump and Q are doing. They point out that CIA asset and FBI Agent Robert Levinson was abandoned in Iran and attempts to rescue him were sabotaged by the Cabal. They are now pointing out that Police Officers were killed by Cabal to keep their crimes secret. In the process, They are saying to ground level troops in Intel, Federal Law Enforcement, and Local Law Enforcement, that this Cabal is killing their fellow warriors. And finally, they have attached the face of puny spineless woman-beater and rapist Eric Schneiderman to represent the Cabal elites who are deploying this machine on innocent people.
If there are sadistic videos of abuse of children, and pedophile child-trafficking operations those will come out soon, to emphasize the point that Cabal was doing whatever gratuitous horrors it wanted to innocent people, and probably even children.
This is the pain. Q is slowly working up to exposing the horror that has been going on in the United States, and exposing how we were really living in a monarchy, where the Cabal Royalty could take whatever they wanted and kill whoever they wanted, and there were no laws which could stop them. The Constitution, the elections, the laws, the freedom, it was all an illusion. In reality we were all slaves living on the Cabal’s plantation.
To me, this is like living on the rocky, toxic planet earth before life evolved, and being shown the amazing complexity of mankind, and how it would all arise. I have known for a while all of this is out there, but I didn’t know if I would ever be able to discover the entire truth about just what was out there and how it was structured. I cannot believe in a few months, without any sacrifice or effort, it will all be laid out.

“74” may also refer to the day Detective Miosotis Familia was shot (July 4). And of course, our actual and now because of her sacrifice our new (symbolic) Independence Day.
Also, at 19:40-ish in the video it certainly looks like her partner hands POTUS something. Some have said it could be a USB thumb drive or a Challenge Coin. It could have been both. And that the drive could be the HRC video and/or Weiner laptop “insurance” files. Around the same time in the video, POTUS says two time “55”. Which outside the context of “5:5” sounds pretty odd — he’s saying the 90 year old lady looks 55 (of all numbers). As you probably know, anons think “5:5” refers to the HRC video. When POTUS says “55” twice, you can see Detective Miosotis Familia’s partner begin to prepare to hand the object(s) to POTUS. And the expression on Ryan’s face changes..

You bet. Watch the whole video if you get a chance. It’s kind of a peculiar in mood. As if POTUS is speaking esoterically. Forcing us to read between the lines. Like the concealed content is foremost in his mind. Other fallen heroes are mentioned but Detective Miosotis Familia seems to be the most prominent by far. He’s quite moved by the event too – I’ve never heard his voice crack before. This is no ordinary speech. POTUS also says to the family directly “you know what I mean, you know what I mean” which if I recall was in reference to the great importance of her particular sacrifice.
I’ll ask a few Q-type questions:
If you had the files from the laptop, how could you ensure they would be revealed to the very head of law enforcement? Put it directly in his hand.

A few anons have pointed out the G-E’s long history with the NYPD. His private security consisted of former NYPD detectives, and the street-level guys know that Trump is a white hat.
But where things get interesting is how the NYPD developed a world-class intel unit after 9/11 focused on counter-terrorism, which includes operators on the ground in various locations.
So it’s not a stretch to think the NYPD, through their own footwork and intel passed to them by white hats in the federal behemoth, was the backbone of Trump’s private intel network for years. Hence all his old tweets that have aged extremely well (e.g. calling out the perv NY AG who just resigned).
Now this is more speculative, but I suspect that Obama’s and New York City’s gross politicization of law enforcement civilian leadership actually “supercharged” the NYPD street-level as an intel clearinghouse because of alliances with guys like Rudy, Trump, Erik Prince, etc. So white hats from across the world channeled their intel through these quasi-private networks to circumvent the corrupt civilian leadership.
NYPD’s importance as a front in the Swamp Wars is also apparent when you read about how former AG Lynch was unafraid to use her office to keep the NYPD at bay during the Weiner laptop investigation.
I think Trump said she had continued to save lives even after her death because the NYPD detectives discovered what was on the Weiner laptop and that info could save countless lives in the long run. Children being abused, sex slaves of all ages both male and female, etc., etc. Now that the light has been turned on and pointed directly at them, the cockroaches are scurrying like crazy…..and it’s only just begun.
