It does seem like any normal person who placed their hands on that child’s shoulders would hook their thumbs over the trapezius muscles of the shoulders. Joe is purposely not hooking the thumbs, and that is causing his hands to slip forward and down over the front of the child’s chest.
It is a very strange thing, because it would seem any normal man would feel uncomfortable like that. Even the little girl looks very unhappy and stiff with discomfort. And this is not kooky Joe’s first alleged creep-fest.
I have said it before and I will day it again, Joe has that narcissist drive to make those around him uncomfortable. And amazingly, he intends to run for President.

Fast forward to him whispering to the 13 year old about how horny he is. While the audio isn’t clear and people might be skeptical that he really said that, the fact is, you can see it in his eyes.
And in the eyes of the mother and the girl, who looks really uncomfortable.
That video was all kinds of creepy.
I don’t want to get ahead of myself without proper investigation here but these incidents appear to take place in the senate chamber during Senate Confirmation ceremonies.
The families are there watching this behavior as if they are un-phased by it all.
Perhaps there’s a metaphoric and a literal meaning to these swearing in ceremonies…
Its funny how a surveillance stare actually undermines its ability to take in information precisely from its all encompassing nature. Because in such an environment, all the people who could not be discreet were weeded out, leaving only those who knew how to both be discreet and understand much from just a look in the eyes.
And because no one is openly saying anything, you end up with an elite that has no feedback from reality. Which leads to bad decisions, which leads to their eventual collapse.
I wonder if anyone else understands why im writing all that on this post.
