A pro-illegal alien march and rally held in Dallas on Sunday called Mega March 2017 drew several thousand attendees, way short of the 100,000 planned for by organizers. The turnout pales in comparison to the 2006 Mega March in Dallas that drew an estimated 500,000 and stretched many packed city blocks. In contrast the 2017 Mega March only thinly fills half the lanes of about six blocks as seen from aerial video by KXAS-TV.
That sounds more like the mid to high hundreds.
It is interesting that the illegals happily turned out without any fear, back when an establishment cuck was running the nation in 2006. Now that there is a new sheriff in town and ICE is on the move, not so much.
This is how an aggressive K-selected stance can have an outsized effect on the dialog. Had 500,000 people flooded the streets in this protest, that would have moved the Overton window leftward, as many Americans concluded the leftist position on illegal immigration had a lot of support, so it must have some legitimacy. But launch a few high profile raids, and next thing you know the God Emperor’s opposition is nowhere to be heard from. That will affect the nation’s opinion on the issue, and shift the nation rightward.

They didn’t show because ICE would be there. God bless ICE and the BP, the best federal agencies. See the great thing about moving the Overton window to the right and turning rhetoric up to 11 is that it has a deterring effect. Like a lions roar it can stop a fight. A little chest thumping could stop a war. Now if the right in Europe could learn to take it to 11 on the refugee debate, maybe a bunch will go back. If they don’t, they will have a war, eventually.
