Whatever the world is cueing in on, angst, uncertainty, or resource restriction, it is everywhere.
I suspect this is a brain programming designed to bring the functional individuals up to Apocalypse speed, in preparation for the Apocalypse. If we understood the mechanism we would understand that a very intensive period of natural selection culled the population until people were super-sensitive detection machines, designed to see indices that are not visible to the naked eye, and reprogram their own brains without ever even being aware of the reprogramming.
Given the speed of the shift now, it makes you wonder exactly what it is in the offing, and how close it really is.

This is related to something I sent you recently regarding the potential for genetically high value male children to detect early on the hostile environment they were born into and there are instinctive reactions that cause them to cocoon and develop almost entirely internally until the environment is ripe to re-assert their genetic spectrum.
