HIV Overcoming Drugs That Prevent Transmission – Is It Replicating In GI Bacteria?

HIV Is Defeating The PrEP Drug Regimen’s Transmission Prevention:

Researchers have established the third case of an HIV infection while under HIV PrEP regimen on a daily basis in a research study conducted in Amsterdam known as AMPrEP.

The discovery emerged in late 2016 even as PrEP is continually used by thousands of people around the world to prevent HIV infections at an estimated rate of 99%. However, it is not 100% at preventing HIV and needs a combination of prevention methods such as the use of condoms…

The man was also expected to keep a record of his sexual encounters where he reported to have engaged in unprotected anal sex with 90 sexual partners in the first 3 months of the study…

The findings of the study were interesting because in this particular case, the virus did not have detectable resistance mutations as compared to the only two other cases of failed PrEP reported before which were highly drug-resistant.

You see how insane this is. Even the best PUAs would be challenged if they were told they needed to get 90 bangs in 90 days. Most mortal heterosexuals couldn’t pull it off if they tried. Yet gays live like that normally, day to day. If that behavior isn’t reproductive strategy-related, I can’t imagine what would be.

This was a drug-sensitive virus strain that created a pocket of infection in the rectum, where it was not as exposed to the drugs as it would have been systemically. Once established, it kept churning out mutants, and throwing them into the system. That is a blueprint for finding resistance genes. It is also extremely disturbing, because I only see one place in the rectum that would be free of drug exposure.

This likely means that throughout the gay population you probably have millions of gays on PrEP with HIV cooking in their rectums, somewhere where drug levels are lower. To my eye, a likely explanation is that the HIV is reproducing in bacteria, as PPMV, a pepper virus with an RNA genome, or Tobacco Mosaic Virus, may in the bacteria in the rectums of people who eat infected material). If so, there may be millions of asymptomatic HIV infections in gays that are all working, 24/7, churning out mutants and throwing them into the system, looking for those genes that will overcome the drugs – as well as mutants that can better exploit bacterial DNA/RNA machinery to reproduce their viral particles.

It may also mean that HIV may eventually adapt to occasionally survive outside the human host inside a bacterium. It probably wouldn’t last long as carrying HIV would be a burden to the bacterial cell, but it might last long enough to jump, person to person. Then any potential HIV-carrying fecal bacterium that makes it from a gay into your GI tract (as happens all the time with regular GI bacteria through unsanitary conditions like lack of hand-washing after using the bathroom) could theoretically protect the HIV from the environment outside the human host. Once inside a new host GI tract, that bacterial cell could infect more bacteria in you with HIV, and they would all begin producing a swarm of infective HIV viral particles in your GI tract. HIV does carry reverse transcriptase right on board, and even without that, in the studies above it appeared the replication was done straight from the RNA genome. Why have anal sex, when you can get HIV in your rectum from bacterial transmission?

You can bet right now, if that HIV is multiplying in bacteria (not impossible since any vascularized rectal flesh would theoretically have the same drug exposure as the rest of the body, meaning the only area of reduced drug concentrations where that drug-sensitive virus could have survived would have been in the bacterial populations in the lumen), then the HIV is also adapting to use bacterial machinery for reproduction, just like PPMV, which it is believed may survive in the host microbiome as a means of being transported to new pepper-plants to infect.

As HIV evolves to exploit microbial reproduction, that could produce bacterial vectors for HIV that would one day spread with poor hand washing after using the bathroom in the first world, or like Cholera in the third world. Now that would make things interesting because it would target those who were gay-tolerant socially, and evolutionarily favor those who were not – and we would all blame the gays for mixing HIV and rectal bacteria together in the first place. That’s what happens when a segment of your population is a human disease incubator.

Also notice the resistance genes are already popping up. That is a Darwinian advantage in the new environment of PrEP usage, and it will bloom, especially given gay behavioral tendencies. As that happens, AIDS will return, perhaps in the supercharged Cuban three-strain hybrid, and it is shaping up to do it right at the Apocalypse, when the money will not be there to find new treatment modalities – or even pay for the treatments we already have.

There is almost a cosmic balancing to r and K, and given how r we have gone, the cosmic forces that govern such things may be preparing quite the K-shift for us.

Get ready for the modern Renaissance and the new Victorian age.

Tell everyone about r/K Theory, because With all the gays culturing pathogens in their rectums, the pandemic will be unavoidable

Wow, AIDS spread by contact. Simply amazing. Segregation and caste systems might be making one heck of a comeback.

I was thinking something similar if AIDS became a contact spreadable. And that public restrooms will become unusuable.

Those of us who were reluctant to be served by homosexual waiters back in the eighties weren’t bigots, we were prescient.

It strikes me that more virulent forms of a virus emerging is a form of r-selection. Essentially, an r-selected virus would be more virulent because it reproduces much faster, but would also have the disadvantage that it would have to constantly spread to a new person before it killed the current host (or the current host eliminates it). A K-selected virus would be more likely to reproduce slowly, keeping its host alive in case new hosts were hard to come by.

Conclusion, HIV virus read the r/K book and began aplying it to further their virulent agenda… 😉 Just kidding, this shit is big, and now they wnat to make NHS in the UK pay for everyone’s HIV PrEP in order to make them feel safe to fuck without any kind of protection. What could go wrong?
