Hillary’s Book Flops, But The Media Machine Protects Its Turf

You will never see SJW’s Always Lie on the NY Times Bestseller List. Why? It is solely a promotional tool for the publishers who are allied with the media machine. Want evidence? Hillary’s book will debut on the list, at number 15.

Why is that unusual? Here is the NY Times article on it:

Hillary Clinton’s newest book, “Stronger Together,” which provides a policy blueprint for where she hopes to take the country if she is elected president, sold just 2,912 copies in its first week on sale, according to Nielsen BookScan.

Both Mrs. Clinton and her running mate, Senator Tim Kaine, have promoted the book on the campaign trail, but the sales figure, which tallies about 80 percent of booksellers nationwide and does not include e-books, firmly makes the book what the publishing industry would consider a flop.

Notice most of those sales are probably buy ups by the publisher to try and avoid having it sell only a handful of copies, as well as freebies bought by Hillary’s campaign for giveaways.

And that ignores that the publisher paid Hillary millions for the book, despite the fact it will never make the publishing house money. Why? It is tough to say, but you have to wonder.

Ignore the machine. It is nothing but a corrupted illusion.

From what I’ve read, the NYT Besteller list sales figures are compiled from a relative small number of booksellers – and publishers know which ones. You don’t have to buy (really) large numbers of books to influence the outcome – just from the right sellers. Perhaps they think they have so much money that the “prestige” matters more than the return. After all, that is a similar reason to why millenials pursue “experiences” rather than purchase durables.

Would it be good for one of Trump’s people to gap and so that they could use some of the positions in the book for an attack.

Stefan Molyneux after the Republican debate on his show mention bush was being hypocritical when asking for an apoloy from trump on comments about how feels for Mexican position from his wife, and quoted out of his book on how his wife changed his position on illegal immigration.

Thoughts?

You right about that. I must say though out of all the presidential and prime minster (Australian) races this is the most entertaining and interesting. I knew Trump would do well after watching the first Republican debate and i thought he would have a good chance of winning but this year has been amazing. The way the media has been not only biases, the DNC hack, the Hillary getting sick, along with how Obama gave the money to Iran, the trans issue of the bathrooms and unfortunately though predicable the terrorist attacks. Trump rise could not of come on a better moment. 2008 and 2012 he would of loss to Obama in my opinion but this year is like showing all the negatives of the left and it is waking a lot of people up
